If you are looking for a calligrapher for your wedding, do not look any further! Katie is absolutely amazing. She did all of my place cards and signage and everything came out better than I could have imagined. She worked with me on design, colors, ideas, sent me drafts before she started her final draft, etc. Her final products are incredible. I framed our signage for our wedding, and I plan to keep it all framed. She was so responsive and on top of everything. She mailed me all of my stuff from MA to ME. Everything was packaged and shipped perfectly, so no need to worry about that if you are not close by. She will make you feel calm about this part of your wedding because she is just go good! I cannot recommend Katie enough. If you are going to have any calligraphy for your wedding, it is an absolute no-brainer to ask Katie for her services! She is well-organized, is very responsive to messages, sends you detailed quotes very timely, and will also give you her opinion if you are between styles/not fully set on a font style. She will also send you multiple examples of font styles & previous works, as well as proofs prior to finalizing your pieces. I asked Katie to design all of my "little detail" signs at my wedding. She did a beautiful quote for me (which I now have in my home), as well as lots of little instruction signs for guests. We alternated font styles based on the level of detail within the sign, all based on Katie's recommendations and proofs. I also shared the font style of my invitations with her, to use as a baseline so as to keep everything flowing together, and she made sure to match the font color perfectly. When I gave her the timeline of when I absolutely needed everything, she made sure to send a full week ahead of time so that there was wiggle room, should anything go wrong in transit. Will absolutely ask Katie in the future to make any signs I need!

Katie was absolutely AMAZING! She custom designed our entire wedding invitation suites, hand lettered our envelopes, and hand lettered our place cards. We were local so we were able to meet with her and review her portfolio in person. She listened and paid attention to the design elements that were important to us, and subsequently what she created absolutely blew us away! We have gotten so many compliments on our invites, many people staying the envelopes were almost too beautiful to open ha! On top of her creativity and talent, Katie is wonderful to work with. She was responsive, polite, and very professional. In the past I have used Katie for custom lettered quotes, so when we started wedding planning it was a no brainer that we NEEDED to work with Katie. Her natural talent is unbelievable and she made the entire process fun and easy from start to finish. I can’t possibly recommend Katie enough! Thank you so much it was a pleasure to work with you!

Katie is such a dream to work with. She wrote nearly 200 rose gold name/place cards that doubled as tags for our bar key wedding favors. She worked with us to find the right paper that matched our colors and fit the rest of our decor. Katie also wrote our parents' and grandparents' names in the same calligraphy style as the name cards so we could display them with pictures on our welcome table. For Valentine's day this year, Katie created two 11x14 custom calligraphy prints of our vows. They are so gorgeous and we can't wait to hang them up so we can enjoy them every day. Katie is not only professional, timely with email responses, and willing and able to create custom work—she's ALWAYS incredibly friendly and treats every project like it's the most important one she's worked on to date. We can't wait to work with Katie on future projects!
