We loved Katie so much! I really felt like I found the best photographer for me. She was calm, cool and collected the whole wedding day and really made me feel at ease. We were on schedule the entire day and I know that is thanks to Katie. I live in the Iowa City area and my wedding was in Des Moines so I truly appreciated how communicative she was throughout this process. I may have called her a couple of times in a panic at work because I thought I may have forgot something and we talked it out. AND MY PHOTOS ARE STUNNING. I love them with all of my heart! Thanks again Katie!

Our family is literally crazy, and we were behind on time, but Katie did not let that bother her one bit. She was so punctual, so attentive to detail, and produced absolutely stunning photographs! Katie is also the sweetest person ever so she is so easy to work with. Thanks Katie!

If you are in your search for your wedding photographer, look no further! I found Katie on Instagram a few months before we got engaged and instantly fell in love with her work. We had a little mishap with a car during our engagement session that cut it short - Katie was so nice about everything and we were able to reschedule the second part for a later date. Then comes COVID and it got pushed back a little more. We ended up having a fall session and a spring session and could not be happier with both sets of pictures! By the end of both sessions Katie wasn't just our wedding photographer but we felt a connection to her as friends. Almost a year after our spring session was our wedding. To this day we still talk about how fun she made our wedding and how easy it was to be ourselves around her. A few days after the wedding while on our honeymoon we got a facebook notification that Katie had tagged us in a post - exciting! We figured there would be a mini tease of a couple of photos and were pleasantly surprised with 70 (!!!) photos from the wedding. We have friends who got engaged the week after our wedding and have already recommended her a million times over!

Katie delivers the best pictures - all while feeling like you're working with a friend. She has a great eye for locations and provides a light, natural edit to her photographs. They are airy and soft and beautiful. She is also very helpful in preparing for wedding day - she assisted me with making a timeline, had an extensive survey to make sure she got all the photos we wanted and even addressed my invitations. I can't wait to continue using her work in the future!

From the moment we met with Katie she made our experience amazing. She is so detail oriented and made sure our wedding and engagement photos were personalized to our taste. She helped to create a day-of timeline and helped to make sure the day went off without a hitch! I would highly recommend working with Katie for all of your photography needs!

Katie is absolutely amazing to work with! She is kind, generous, and very patient. I was lucky enough to work with her on a project capturing everything from dogs and kids to a couple celebrating their anniversary. Katie was able to keep up with every different scenario and offered guidance and encouragement to everyone she photographed. She made sure everyone was comfortable and at ease, and in the end captured beautiful photos! Simply put, she is one-of-a-kind and very worth it!

Katie was absolutely amazing. She was very relaxed, friendly, and great at what she does. We met Katie the morning of our wedding, it instantly felt as if we had known each other longer. She was very organized, time oriented, and professional. I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone needing a photographer.

I've been watching Katie's photography business boom over the last few years and was excited when she was available to shoot our big day. She is very professional and coached us along throughout the shoot as neither one of us get our photos taken often/ever. I love how she listened to our ideas and even posted a sneak peak of our photos on social media. She communicated with me weeks prior to the wedding and was easily accessible.

Katie is wonderful! she listens to what we want in our photos and helped us decide how to pose for picture or even what to wear for engagement photo sessions. she is a great Photographer for any occasion. I will definitely come back!
