Katie Narum HMUA is a professional makeup artist that operates out of Broomfield, CO. Although owner Katie loves to help all her clients artistically express themselves, she has a particular fondness for her wedding customers, and does her utmost to help to ease the butterflies and help them feel radiant with her personalized hair and makeup services. After completing a year of college for a psychology degree, Katie discovered her passion for helping people creatively, leading her to the beauty industry. She excels in makeup artistry, aiming to exceed expectations and boost clients' confidence. With training from Stacey James Institute and experience in a salon, Katie co-founded Duality Studio Works with Kaylee Kinman, where they handle various hair and makeup projects. While they still collaborate as a team, Katie is now ready to embark on solo ventures, where she helps her clients prepare for some of the most exciting occasions of their life. Apart from her beauty work, she's an avid artist, finding joy in painting and graphic design, and enjoys leisure time with her significant other and four pets. Katie offers a variety of specialized hair and makeup packages for her clients' beauty needs, with each one including an initial consultation to cover the groundwork for each project she takes on. Hair wise, Katie offers styling services including blowouts and updos, which she can perform onsite and for hair trials. Her makeup services also include a trial, complete with false lash applications, tattoo coverage, airbrush and contour makeup, or for more down to earth customers who simply wish for a little touch up, she can provide natural makeup looks.
