Katie Osborne Wedding and Event Coordination

We are endlessly grateful for Katie! Hiring her for our month-of coordinator was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. From the first phone call I had with Katie, I knew I did not need to look into any other planners. She was instantly my favorite, and she is the sweetest soul. Katie is BEYOND organized and detail-oriented. I have an extremely type-A personality, so it gave me some anxiety to think about handing over my wedding into someone else's hands. But Katie made it easy for me to do that, which is really saying a lot! We trusted and knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that she would take care of us and our vision for our special day. She blew us away with her execution of our details. Because of Katie's competence and reassurance, we were able to relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding and the wedding weekend itself. She gave us peace of mind and a calm that not every bride and groom can claim to have on their wedding weekend. I will be recommending Katie to every bride and groom I meet from here on out! Now I just can't wait for my siblings to get married someday so we can work with her again! :)

Working with Katie was an absolute dream and I'm so glad she stuck with us even when we had to postpone the wedding due to the pandemic. I consider myself an abnormally organized person and she still managed to take care of things before I even thought of them. She was there for us in times when we were overwhelmed and "needed an adult" to make choices or calls, she didn't judge our eclectic/quirky wedding choices, and she floated around like she was in roller skates our whole wedding day, putting everything in it's place and making sure our day was everything we dreamed it would be. An absolutely wonderful experience.

Katie was our middle daughter's wedding coordinator and we loved her so much that we booked her again when my last daughter got engaged! Her attention to detail, take charge attitude, and kindhearted spirit made our celebration so much more amazing than we could have imagined! I wouldn't have wanted anyone else but Katie in charge of the day! She is absolutely AMAZING and i would highly recommend her!!

Katie was so incredible. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made our day of go so well. She has great knowledge of vendors and helped us save money and find good deals! Honestly our wedding would not have been even half as great without Katie. Day of she took care of every little detail so we could enjoy the day.
