I have known Katie for about five years, and after being a bridesmaid in a wedding she planned, I knew as soon as I got engaged that I wanted her to be our planner/coordinator. It ...
was one of the best decisions we made. Katie and her assistant were incredible from start to finish. She helped review contracts, answered countless questions, texts, and phone calls, and made the entire process feel so much smoother and less stressful. On the wedding day, she was absolutely amazing. I did not have to think about a single detail — I was able to just be present, be a bride, and enjoy the day. She handled everything so seamlessly and always seemed to know what we needed before we even did. We truly could not have done it without her, and we cannot recommend her enough.
Katie and her team went above and beyond to help us plan and execute our dream wedding! From the very first meeting we had with her, Katie was professional and kind. She is detail-...
oriented and cares about her couples as people, not just as clients. She has a wealth of experience in the wedding industry, and her recommendations and vendor connections were so helpful. I swear she answered within 5 minutes any time I reached out to her with questions or concerns! She was more than just a coordinator; she was a friend. We purchased the month-of coordination package, and we are SO glad we did. We have already recommended Katie O to all of our engaged friends. On our wedding day, we were able to actually be present, laugh, and have the best day of our lives thanks to Katie O and her incredible team. Tara and Jess were our day-of team, and all of our family and friends spoke so highly of how patient they were yet how they ensured everyone was on time and everything went smoothly. I could go on and on about the Katie Osborne coordination team... BOOK THEM! We are so glad we did. :)

ew I did not need to look into any other planners. She was instantly my favorite, and she is the sweetest soul. Katie is BEYOND organized and detail-oriented. I have an extremely type-A personality, so it gave me some anxiety to think about handing over my wedding into someone else's hands. But Katie made it easy for me to do that, which is really saying a lot! We trusted and knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that she would take care of us and our vision for our special day. She blew us away with her execution of our details. Because of Katie's competence and reassurance, we were able to relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding and the wedding weekend itself. She gave us peace of mind and a calm that not every bride and groom can claim to have on their wedding weekend. I will be recommending Katie to every bride and groom I meet from here on out! Now I just can't wait for my siblings to get married someday so we can work with her again! :)
If you're still shopping around, look no further, Katie is the best choice! Working with Katie was an absolute dream and I'm so glad she stuck with us even when we had to postpone ...
the wedding due to the pandemic. I consider myself an abnormally organized person and she still managed to take care of things before I even thought of them. She was there for us in times when we were overwhelmed and "needed an adult" to make choices or calls, she didn't judge our eclectic/quirky wedding choices, and she floated around like she was in roller skates our whole wedding day, putting everything in it's place and making sure our day was everything we dreamed it would be. An absolutely wonderful experience.

ional, knowledgable and handled every situation with grace. Her prices are extremely reasonable, but honestly, her service is priceless. Every detail was handled so myself and my family were able to enjoy the day. Whatever we requested, Katie made it happen. I can't recommend her enough!

ly perfect for our wedding day. There were a few hiccups with some of our vendors that I didn’t even know about until after the fact because Katie and her assistant had it handled. I cannot recommend her enough! She is so kind and professional and will ensure that you can relax and enjoy your event rather than worrying about all the details. Best decision I made for my wedding was hiring her to coordinate!

ding! My husband even said "I don't care what you paid for her, she was worth 10x more?" Talk about thorough! She forgets no detail and will make your big day better than you ever expected! Thank you thank you Katie!

ly as I wished. I didn't have to give any direction. She was always available and even brought items to help entertain the little ones (the paper table cloth was a big hit). The groom has made several comments since the wedding about how amazing Katie was and how she made the whole day easy. I'm so grateful for her and highly recommend her for your wedding!
Highly Highly recommend this sweet soul. She helped bring my day together and kept everything running so smoothly. It seems like she was everywhere I needed her to be all the time....
She is so so sweet, but firm enough to keep everything and everybody in order. Every bride needs Katie for her wedding day!!!

owever I know how much she did, all her hard work, because Everything happened the way it was supposed to that day without my input. I was able to enjoy my day, and all my loved ones because of Katie. She's very professional, has great advice, she cares deeply, she works hard, and she's beautiful inside & out. She made me feel so at ease I completely trusted her and my wedding day went perfectly! If you want an amazing Wedding coordinator, someone who will make you feel like your best friend is coordinating your wedding, Katie will be your perfect fit!
