Katie Reinders Events ~ Day-of Coordination

We were referred to Katie by a good friend! We weren't allowed to do any setting up at our venue until the day of our wedding. We didn't want to have any of our friends or family to have to deal with the set up, so to find someone like Katie that didn't just help with the set up an take down but also some of the plans was the best!! She wasn't afraid to roll up her sleeves and get it done! We had some very detailed decor and also many fragile vases etc. and she made sure everything was set up and taken down with care! We did forget to go over some of the smaller set up items/signage, but Katie still made sure everything was set up in a beautiful manor and took care of any of those loose ends!! She has an eye for decorating and was so fun to work with!
