Hello! I'm Katie and let's create some magic ✨
I was born and bred in Louisiana, but after high school, I moved to New York City, where I graduated with a BFA in Photography & Imaging from New York University, then landed in San Francisco, CA. When I'm not shooting, I work as a designer, spend time staring at the Golden Gate Bridge, eating tacos, and finding cute places to do photo shoots. One of my favorite things about being a photographer is meeting all of you! Not only do I get to meet new people, but we get to create something beautiful together.
If you are feeling nervous for all of the photos that will be taken of you on your wedding day - don't be! I completely understand how you feel, but I will make sure you look confident, carefree, and completely in the moment. I capture authentic moments - everything from first look tears to end of the night cheers! My style is a bit documentary to make sure I capture the moments you in the moment, and I add a bit of editorial flair to deliver an elevated finished product to remember your big day.

We both prefer candid photos, and Katie knew how to curate moments to get tons of staged-but-candid moments, and she totally delivered. The photos feel real and raw, and they capture the emotions of the day so well. Weddings are a blur, and in the few photos we saw, we were able to relive moments that we’d already forgotten.

ne wedding. Before the wedding, Katie worked with us to figure out how to get the photos we wanted without disrupting the flow of the day or the relaxed feeling we were hoping for. When the weather didn't fully cooperate the day of, Katie took charge to maximize the time in our schedule to ensure we could get everything done and put us completely at ease.
Katie's talent shows through in our photos. She has a gift for capturing people authentically, and even our posed portraits feel natural and joyful. She also took some more moody photos of our setting and venue, which have become some of my favorites. On top of all this, Katie was dedicated to making sure we had great photos of our family and friends, and we received so many compliments about her from our guests! Katie is extremely flexible and listens to her customers. She's also a great, normal person so she's fun to have tagging along the whole day of the wedding.
After the wedding, we got a few teaser photos back within 48 hours. She offered a variety of shots that were really lovely and will help us remember how beautiful, fun, and happy a day it was!
