d Photographer, and my fiancee and I went through them and were pretty bummed until we got to Katie. Her photos speak for themselves, they are absolutely gorgeous from the idea to the color! We were very excited to make her our wedding photographer! Throughout the whole process she was very detailed, helpful, and super cheerful! When we finally met her in person we were very excited about her ideas and her pure enthusiasm and joy for wedding photography! She figured out a timeline for when to do photos so that we could get everything we wanted. On the day of she had an assistant as well and we ended up with double the amount of perfect photos of our day! We can't say thank you enough to her! Every detail from the necklace I was wearing to the cake topper was beautifully documented. But what Katie does best is photograph the bride and groom. There is sheer joy and love that is so obviously coming out from the photographs! From the truly romantic moments looking into each others eyes to the stupid silly crazy in love looks when we danced together. Also, the candid photos of the guests laughing and dancing together, I felt like I was there again witnessing everything myself. I was leaving to go back overseas and Katie worked hard to get us our photos quicker than usual. She will go the extra mile! Working in the arts and theater I think it's safe to say that Katie is without a doubt the best wedding photographer in Richmond!
