We have never been very comfortable in front of the camera, but Katie was able to make the experience enjoyable and fun. From the wonderful shots at our engagement shoot to the magical photos she took during our wedding, we couldn’t have asked for someone better to capture our special day! The photos were beautiful.

worried about our engagement photos because we ran late with unexpected traffic. Katie managed our anxieties, directed us incredibly well, calmed my partner and I down, was extremely personable, and remained a "fly on the wall" throughout our ceremony and reception dinner. I could hear how enthused and excited my family was with Katie's direction as I was upstairs getting ready to walk down the aisle, and it was just absolutely wonderful. Katie also was reasonably priced for my graduate student budget, which I appreciated, but her engagement photos didn't compromise on quality. We absolutely loved working with KatieMac Photography and could not recommend her more. We can't wait for our wedding photographs which we know will be fantastic.

Neither of us had much experience having our pictures taken before, and as a queer couple, we were nervous about feeling comfortable. When it came time for our engagement session, not only were we comfortable, but we had a blast! Katie and Claire were so easy to work with and immediately made us feel relaxed. They brought the same energy to our wedding day - they did such an amazing job making the day feel special and as stress-free as possible. Everyone told us how stressful a wedding day is, but it was honestly so much fun, and a big part of that was having Katie with us every step of the way hyping us up, getting us to where we needed to be, and making sure we had beautiful photos of every moment. We truly felt like friends by the end of the day, and we had so many guests tell us afterwards how much they loved our photographers! All of the communication and booking process was smooth and professional, we got our photos back impressively quickly, and we couldn't be happier with how beautiful our pictures are. We'll absolutely be reaching out again for any professional photography we need in the future. We can't recommend Katie highly enough!

ng) Katie made us feel so comfortable and had us laughing the whole time. Her personality makes you have fun and not overthink the fact you’re being photographed. We had the best time and fell so in love with the photos, we knew without a doubt when it came time that we would have her photograph our engagement and wedding photos (which she absolutely nailed). She also did a boudoir session with me (which can be very nerve wrecking) and she had champagne and strawberries all laid out for me. She made me so comfortable and again... the photos blew me away. If I could do it all over again I wouldn’t change a single thing. She without a doubt has blown me away every single time. Katie has such a talent for what she does. If you have photos you want, she makes sure to capture them. If you have concerns about location, she talks to you about them. You have something in mind for a photo location (like a hay field at sunset) she finds the location. You don’t like wrinkles on your forehead, she’ll make them go away. We even had a destination wedding (2 hours away) and Katie drove out there on her own to check it out. Just because she cared and took that extra effort. You seriously couldn’t go wrong with booking her for any of your events. She was hands down the best vendor at my wedding. ❤️📷 💍
