She was wonderful to work with from the cake tasting to our 1 year anniversary cake. Despite being very ill on our wedding day, she delivered (and decorated) our wedding cake at our venue. She's very dedicated and meticulous, as shown in the intricacy of her work. Our wedding cake was even more beautiful than we had imagined!! One layer was pumpkin with salted buttercream icing; the other was her infamous almond sour cream cake filled with white ganache and raspberry cheesecake filling!! Absolutely Delicious!!
I convinced my husband to get a groom's cake, which was 4-tiered books made from chocolate peanut butter cake with chocolate ganache. The details were unbelievable! Our 1st wedding anniversary cake was a small heart-shaped replica of our wedding cake.
I can't say enough about Kathy's cakes!! KatsCakeKreations was our venue's #1 recommendation for a baker, and we will refer her to anyone looking for an amazing baker. She is truly the best!!

t it would cost to have the cake brought to our venue that's an hour and a half away from her, and instead, she recommended another bakery in our venue's area. She even gave me her personal number if I needed to reach back out to her after speaking with them. Just on this interaction alone, I hate that we can't give her our business! I can tell she takes great care of her customers since she helped someone that isn't one.

My husband and I got married on Star Wars day. As a surprise to him, I enlisted the help of Kathy to add a subtle ode to Star Wars on the backside of our cake. You know, business in the front, party in the back 😛 It could not have come out more perfectly! So often wedding cakes are dry, too sweet and just overall unappealing. NOT KATHYS! All of the flavors came together beautifully, the cake was moist and so beautiful!
Beyond the cake itself, Kathy was so friendly and easy to work with. She is clearly passionate about what she does and wants her clients to be astounded with the final product. We are beyond excited for our anniversary trip back up to the mountains to celebrate with another cake from Kathy!
