us a clear, step-by-step plan for the year and a half leading up to our wedding, breaking down exactly what we needed to do and when. Her timeline and organization made everything feel manageable, even with all the moving parts of planning a wedding. Katie’s creativity with design is truly unmatched. She comes up with the most beautiful vision you could ever imagine, things we had not even thought of ourselves, and then brings them to life in the most stunning way. She went through every detail with us to make sure our wedding felt completely ours. She truly cares so much about each couple and will go to bat for you to ensure that it is the best day of your life. When our venue threw last-minute changes just two weeks before the wedding, Katie worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything was exactly what we hoped for. She saved us so much unnecessary stress and made herself available day and night, answering all of our calls and texts. Our wedding weekend would not have been the same without her. Even when we were hit with hurricane-force winds, Katie and her team stayed calm and adjusted everything so we could still have the outdoor ceremony we had always dreamed of. She kept me completely calm throughout it all, and I had no idea the wind was even an issue. One moment that perfectly shows her dedication was when she and her team crouched behind me holding my dress in the wind so the photographer could get the perfect shot, and Katie did it all in heels. Later, when my bustle broke during cocktail hour, she quietly sewed it back together without missing a beat. She notices every detail, thinks of everything, and somehow makes it all look effortless. We loved working with her and honestly wish we could do it all over again!

m under pressure. She truly made our dream wedding a reality. We would not have been able to do this without her. We enjoyed working with Katie and cannot wait to recommend her services to everyone possible. She has a beautiful talent and it was obvious how much she enjoys her work. She is attentive, responsive, and truly a gem of a wedding planner!

and beautiful and we can't thank them enough. It was a huge logistical undertaking to build the venue and then to get our guests there, but Katie made it all seem so easy and so possible. I had several very specific ideas that I was excited about, but wasn't sure I could execute on and Katie made all of them happen, much to our guests and my delight. We were also planning our wedding from across the country, but Katie made that feel insignificant through regular communication and effective planning of the times that we went back to visit. I've had multiple guests tell me that our wedding was one of the most personal (and fun) weddings they've gone to and Katie really made that happen with her attention to detail and her ability to bring my vision to life in an even better way than I could have imagined.

e was incredibly thoughtful in listening to that vision- and made it even more personal than we imagined. It was clear how strong her relationships and connections are within the wedding world- every vendor we spoke with clearly knew Katie already and trusted that working with her would be a seamless experience. We’ve been putting off writing this review because it doesn’t seem possible to truly highlight how much she did to make our wedding perfect. She approached the uniqueness of our Indian fusion wedding with such an eye to detail. We felt very comfortable and confident in that aspect because of how much enthusiasm, curiosity, and respect she approached the project with. Choosing her to be our planner was the easiest and best decision we made.

ch step of the way. She curated perfect timelines and kept my husband and me on track. She was extremely easy to communicate with and settled my nerves even when I was panic-texting her at several points. She accompanied us to any walk-through or tasting we had and even helped with the smallest detail decisions. I showed her my vision, and she truly made it come to life with her skills and creativity. She made wedding planning a stress-free event, and when it came to our big day, all I had to do was show up. From the moment I woke up, she had everything organized and even cleaned up the event space and delivered our things back to our Airbnb while we were busy enjoying our after-party. I can't recommend her services enough, and if you want a beautiful and seamless wedding, I suggest you work with her!

ing with Katie in June 2024 for our August 2025 wedding. From the start, she listened carefully to our goals and always presented thoughtful vendor options at various price points. She welcomed feedback, supported our decisions, and leveraged her strong vendor relationships to ensure every detail came together smoothly. Design was especially important to me, and Katie collaborated with us closely to create a unique and cohesive vision across the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party. She blended florals, rentals, tabletop, tent draping, and lighting into a seamless design that felt authentically “us.” On the wedding day, Katie and her team made us feel completely at ease. Even with a large number of moving parts—from lion dancers, to a live band and DJ, to a surprise birthday cake—everything stayed on timeline, and guests experienced one delightful surprise after another. Many told us it was the best wedding they’d ever attended. We couldn’t have been happier with every single vendor and the overall experience. I highly recommend Katie and her team to anyone planning their wedding!

the wedding planning process and had great materials on how to choose the right vendors for us. Her knowledge of our venue was invaluable—she had done just one wedding there prior but knew all the ins and outs. She handled my inevitable indecisiveness with so much patience, offering thoughtful advice and guidance every step of the way. During the wedding weekend, she was a smooth rockstar, managing everything behind the scenes and handling last-minute changes seamlessly. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy every moment of the weekend without any stress. We highly recommend working with Katie!

initial meeting to our wedding day, we knew we were in good hands with Katie. We had numerous check in calls to see where we were at and Katie was always available on email to answer any questions we had or to calm any nerves. We were provided with numerous checklists, vendor suggestions, timeline mock-ups, and many other items that we would have never even thought we needed. Katie was amazing at working with our outside vendors and providing a seamless timeline. She was such a joy to work with throughout the wedding planning process and on our wedding day was a bright face that kept everything in motion. I can honestly say that due in large part to Katie, our wedding was absolutely perfect and nothing went wrong at all (and if it did, she never let us find out about it!). If you want to have amazing details, the perfect wedding, and someone by your side every step of the way, Katie and Katydyd Events should be your #1 choice! I wish I could have another wedding just to work with her again!

ptions and all we had to do was pick! Katie did all the rest. Honestly could not have done it without her and her team. Christine is amazing as well!!

there was a lot of the process we didn't know about, and Katie did an amazing job not only educating us so we fully understand but also bringing our vision to life. We also trusted Katie's creative ideas when it came to the execution of the wedding design and she did not disappoint. We truly had the wedding of our dreams and it was all thanks to Katie!

e put together an entire design plan and hit the nail on the head. She handled absolutely everything and was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. I honestly would not have had a wedding without her. She also got an idea of what was important to me and what wasn’t. When choosing vendors, she would send me lists of prices and suggestions and everything was very transparent. I really couldn’t recommend enough! By the end of the wedding, we were saying “TGFC” (thank god for Christine)!!!

do not have enough words to describe how indispensable Katie was throughout the entire wedding planning process. I hired her to do event management, and she exceeded all expectations. She is so much more than a wedding planner as she deeply cares about each of her clients and truly works overtime to help them create the day of their dreams. Katie made the planning process so easy -- she provided amazing vendor recommendations, gave me decor advice, built and managed all my timelines, coordinated with all my vendors and even ran our rehearsal. On wedding day, she and her team setup all my decor exactly the way I wanted it, and she even steamed my wedding dress herself! In short, Katie is an absolute rockstar and I can't imagine my wedding day without her. Do yourself a favor and hire Katie -- I promise you will be very happy you did!

ocal insights and boots on the ground execution. Katie was all of that and more. She helped me build a team of truly best-in-class vendors who were kind, professional and very talented. She developed an incredibly personalized design plan for each part of our wedding day, and brought that vision to life through small details. She built a master timeline for the months leading up to the wedding, as well as the day of, and kept all parties (bride / groom, family, vendors) coordinated and on schedule. When issues arose, which is inevitable when planning such a big event with so many moving pieces, she was a fantastic problem-solver and moved quickly to correct things. Very importantly, she always made herself available to answer questions or chat though an issue - you would literally never know that she had other weddings she was working on. There isn't enough space on this page for me to appropriately convey my gratitude to Katie for everything she did to make our day perfect. There is not one thing we would have changed about our wedding, and we credit so much of that to Katie.

with. We felt comfortable right away and could tell off that bat that she truly treated every wedding as if it were her own. She jumped right in and no detail was too small. My husband and I got married at French's Point in Maine in July. Essentially, we rented a property for our wedding weekend and we brought in all of the vendors ourselves. It was no easy feat, but Christine jumped right in and handled it all with ease. She was in direct contact with all of our vendors from the start, which was upwards of 15, and organized everything. She went above and beyond in making our vision come to life. She also went out of her way to check in on us throughout the weekend/wedding day. She built in special moments for us to take it all in and made sure that we got to enjoy every part of our wedding. I truly credit her with how I was able to feel so present and calm throughout my wedding day. Christine is the type of wedding planner who will pull down the sides of the tent when it starts down pouring halfway through your reception (getting soaked herself in the process), she is the planner who constantly checks in on you to be sure you always have a drink, she's the planner who runs back to your room to get you a new pair of shoes because you're getting blisters so you don't miss one minute of your time on the dance floor. She does all of this and more with a smile on her face. There are not enough words to thank Christine for all she did to make our wedding vision come to life. I highly recommend working with her and the Katydyd team.

de - and she was absolutely incredible! I felt supported, well guided, we had some fun moments and most importantly the wedding day went super smoothly. Highly recommend Christine - she really made our wedding day so special! The assistants were amazing as well. They were guiding me and my bridal party through the day seamlessly. Thank you to the team! Xx

place and seamlessly took over. Her attention to detail was incredible, our initial meeting with her was two hours and she touched upon literally everything, even things that my husband and I hadn't thought to consider. She offered to handle the smallest details on her own and would jump in whenever needed. I've heard wedding planning can be stressful but it really wasn't that bad for us - that's a testament to Katie! One of the aspects of wedding planning I felt the most unsure about was decor and she was a huge help with that. It was important to her that it was our vision coming to life, but she offered lots of help, resources and thoughts if needed. It was SO helpful and I loved how our wedding looked on the day of! Multiple people commented on how much Katie did during the day of. She was fantastic and an integral part of pulling off our day. I would highly recommend her to any couple!

New England area. Katie was really patient with us when we were selecting the vendors for the wedding and helped us come to some really great decisions on the venue, photographer, florist and many other choices. Katie helped us manage our budget and guest list to design a flawless wedding that not only looked beautiful but ran smoothly and seamlessly. Our guests and us were stunned by the result and we had the greatest wedding day. This would not have been possibly without Katie and her team. Katie is an honest, knowledgeable and professional, and her passion for her work shines through.

the whole planning process. We couldn't be more sure in our decision to hire Katie from start to finish! She was there very step of the way organizing our vendors, setting up meetings, and thinking of all the little details we didn't know would matter as much as they did. She was always there for support when we texted her and was quick to complete and follow up on things we asked. Our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. Katie made sure everything was running smoothly, everyone knew what they were doing and made sure all our vendors knew the timeline of the day as well. She was someone we could go to on our wedding day with anything and we felt confident she could handle it. I don't know how couples have weddings without planners and we are positive that our wedding day and the planning leading up to it would not have been close to the experience we had had it not been for Katie! Her written guides during the planning process are so helpful and the process of picking vendors (she would send 5 or so vendors for me to look through at a time) made it so much less overwhelming to find the right people and was catered to exactly the way I would have wanted to pick them. She worked very closely with not only me, my now husband and my mom throughout the whole process and we all knew we could go to her for anything. You won't regret hiring Katie for your wedding!

was the perfect person to help us execute our day. Katie quickly became not just our wedding planner, but someone who we fully trusted and cherished and turned to for any type of advice throughout our wedding process. Our wedding 10000% would not have been the wedding we had if it was not for her. We have received so many compliments on how our wedding was the best wedding our guests have ever been to.. all I can say is Katie. I am someone who generally gets nerves or anxiety on big days, and I was SO calm throughout the whole entire day and I was able to just soak it all in. It makes me tear up thinking about how I was able to enjoy my wedding day fully, and that was because we had Katie by our side. She helped us with every single aspect leading up to the day. Every vendor, every question, RSVPs, invoice, where we can save, where to splurge, advice on family dynamics, our rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, what we needed, what we did not necessarily need, and how to add personal touches. And just so much more. I would text her any time thoughts popped into my head, and she would always be there to help. Our wedding day was perfect. It has now been a month and I still can not believe that our day was as amazing as it was. It was flawless, everything went absolutely seamless, and it is due to the hard work and planning by Katie. She does so much leading up to the day, and on the day, that everything preventable in her power is taken care of. I heard after the fact that something out of our control happened, and Katie took care of it diligently, I had no idea it even happened and it was resolved within seconds. Our bridal party and our families absolutely adored her. We did a speech and we thanked her, and our whole wedding started chanting her name. She of course hated it, but she deserved it. I know wedding planners like to stay out of the spotlight, but how can we not give recognition to THE person who made our day so amazing. We set a precedent now with our friends and family that everyone has to have Katie. We love her. She will, without a doubt, be the best decision you make for your wedding.

every little detail we wanted day of. I felt so comfortable going into our wedding weekend knowing that Katie would be there by our side to run the show. Whenever there was any sense of doubt or questions I had regarding the weekend I would remind myself Katie would be there and my stress would vanish! She truly was life changing when planning this wedding. On our day of, I cannot even begin to explain how helpful Katie was! She was there for every moment and so on top of everything and organized. For an A- type bride, she was a dream!!!! I highly recommend anyone looking for a positive, professional and highly skilled planner to book Katie, asap!

you need her. Katie helped us with day-of coordination, but it was so, so much more than that. We started meeting six months ahead of time to iron out vendor logistics and timelines, wedding party timelines, logistical details, etc. Things I hadn't even thought of, Katie was already on top of it. She consistently went above and beyond and did things like schedule and lead Zoom meetings with our families (at our request) to make sure everyone had a general idea of the timing and flow of the day. While I spent the better part of six months hyper-focused on the timeline, I didn't think about it one single time the day of our wedding. It was the biggest blessing to be able to be fully and completely present in every moment and have full trust in Katie to execute the day. Katie is an expert in the wedding business, and the flawlessness of our wedding day was completely thanks to her. The day went smoothly, but even when something came up (like a dress that needed pinning, a relative had a question, or two guests that responded no randomly showed up and didn't have seats...), Katie was there to handle it. More than anything, I am so grateful that Katie was literally my cheerleader every step of the way. Not only is she detail-oriented and communicative, Katie is joyful, kind, and energetic. Her cheerful presence on our wedding day, and in my life, is something I will always be incredibly grateful for.

She was extremely organized & didn't try to step on my toes as the venue coordinator. She made sure I was up to date with any timeline/food changes along the way. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for someone to handle all the details for your big day!

eliness (among so many other things), made her such a pleasure to work with. Our wedding day was beyond our expectations, and everyone needs to hire her and her team!!

my wife and I finally had our wedding after rescheduling it not one, not two, but 3 times due to that pandemic thing. It's taken me far too long to write this review after take a deep breath from all the stress that is planning a wedding. I was finishing grad school, my wife was starting up her company, and we moved twice. Not ideal for planning a wedding. Katy is the advocate you want. Full stop. Her patience, skill, kindness, patience, attention to detail, (did I mention patience?) is truly second to none. She is the kind of talented that you know that she could be running a Fortune 500 if she wanted to, and instead she has decided to help hapless couples wade through the mire that is the wedding industry and realize their dream. It cannot be understated how hard she works, what an amazing listener she is, and how incredible she is about being real with you when you really need it to stay on track. Because of her, we have the most wonderful memories of the day of our wedding. We were so used to getting beat up and disappointed and so we kept pinching ourselves like, "Is this actually our wedding?!?! How is this real?!?!" Thank You Katy, from the bottom of my heart, for getting us to the finish line when so many things were thrown in our way. Thank you for bringing your heart and soul into what you do. Thank you for being the incredibly rare mix of brilliant, detail oriented, kind and focused. You truly are the best. Love, Billy & Maria

d we did and Katie made us feel comfortable and confident the entire time!! From my first call with her I KNEW that I had picked the right vendor and WOW did she go above and beyond our expectations. She brought our design plan to life making my dream vision come true and making sure all the pieces were coordinated. She was always available and willing to connect if we had questions. "Romantic North Shore Wedding" was brought to life on our day! She put our minds at ease multiple times and always said we were "easy" even when we felt we weren't. Having getting married at Crane's Estate and needing hotel blocks, church plans, bussing and coordinating with the Estate I am sure she was working hard on our wedding day but because of that we never had to worry and whenever we could connect with her she made sure WE felt great. She says she was a small part of our big day but she was a big part of why our day was so special. We cannot thank her enough for working with our vendors, our family and our friends. The celebration would not have been possible without her!!

et, but more importantly started to worry how much of our big day we’d actually get to sit back and enjoy. I knew she was fit for the job the second she told me that not having anything to worry about on the big day was priority number 1 - and boy did she deliver. Katie handled some very difficult vendors with such grace and diplomacy, was on time with everything, managed to source exactly what we wanted even on a budget, and even when I had crazy DIY ideas throughout the process, she never once was dismissive but rather encouraging with additional creative ideas or suggestions. Every conversation felt genuine, like we were talking with a friend who’s known us our whole lives. I truly believe if it wasn’t for Katie, our wedding would have never been as magical and beautiful as it turned out to be. We were showered in compliments for weeks on all of the impeccable, thoughtful, and unique details Katie brought to our wedding. Things that there is no way I, or any Pinterest board, could have come up with. The best part is my now husband & I got to enjoy every single moment of our big day - and with peace of mind knowing everything was in the best of hands. A previous reviewer had once said, “Katie is worth every penny” and although I agree, having her expertise, positive energy, and incredible creativity to assist us with the most important day of our lives will forever be priceless to us. THANK YOU x A MILLION KATIE!!!!

eating a design plan and tracking our RSVPs. She helped us through difficult negotiations with our venue and sourced amazing vendors for us. She was fun, positive, insightful, honest, organized, and overall a joy to work with. She welcomed and encouraged our crazy ideas, and even took phone calls from us on Sunday mornings. We had an amazing wedding day, and Katie was at our hotel at 6am ready to guide us through the day! We were so lucky to have found her. We can't thank you enough Katie, our wedding was perfect!

her!

by the wedding planning process, we added many more of her services, so she ended up doing a ton of our planning. She was instrumental in helping me find the perfect vendors, stay on track with planning, and nail down our design vision. And then on the actual day of the wedding I just can't even express how much she improved our experience. I literally did not worry about a single logistical detail on our wedding day. I was completely calm and present from start to finish and things just magically unfolded perfectly. I'm so grateful I was able to enjoy the day knowing Katie was handling everything in the background. If anything went wrong, I had no idea. Cannot recommend her highly enough!!

ew we needed someone to create and facilitate the wedding day timeline, but Katie’s services went above and beyond including monthly check-in meetings, keeping me on track with to-do lists (and always bringing up things that weren’t even on my radar) and even helping to suggest vendors that I hadn’t hired yet. She also facilitated a church and venue walkthrough months prior to help with our design vision. Leading up to the big day, Katie led us through all the little hiccups and last-minute decisions, giving me and my family utmost confidence in a successful wedding weekend. Katie is organized, professional, and calm & collected at all times - something that I personally needed during a logistically stressful planning process. She is also extremely personable, kind and reassuring. Her team is phenomenal and there is no way that our wedding day would have gone as smoothly without them. Thank you, Katie!

now how we would've made it through everything without her. She's so incredibly kind, organized, and a great advocate when you need her to be. When we were supposed to have our wedding on 10/9/20 and ultimately decided to postpone, our venue was very pushy about us keeping our original date and made it very difficult to postpone. I'm such a people pleaser and have a lot of trouble saying no, so having Katie there to be that assertive voice I didn't have was so helpful and very much appreciated. She was also a great collaborative partner when I had no idea what I wanted and wasn't sure what to do. She really takes the time to get to know you and helps to tease out those extra special personal details into the wedding that makes it unique. I can't say enough good things about her, if you hire her you will not regret it and she will undoubtedly help you create the most perfect day you could imagine.

we had to reschedule our date 3 times and plan 4 different weddings (yes... that insane) and Katie hung in there with us through thick and thin, till the very end. On top of that, our wedding was so fantastic, it actually EXCEEDED my dreams and expectations. She pulled off the perfect day in a venue that was rather difficult, and rather effortlessly. Shes truly amazing. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to all my friends! Thank you Katie! We will always be thankful to you!

to make it all happen. Thankfully, we found Katie and never looked back! She was the best support system through every step of the journey and made the entire process feel stress free and truly enjoyable! Even when covid hit and we had to scramble to find a new plan, Katie had our entire wedding with all of our vendors moved within 48 hours! We would have been lost without her knowledge and support. I knew I wanted help sticking with our budget and Katie made sure that not a single detail was missed. She counseled us and walked us through every aspect of the wedding without missing a beat. On the actual wedding day, Katie handled every aspect with professionalism and care. I honestly felt so relaxed and calm knowing that Katie was in our corner. Both my husband and I cannot imagine having gone through it all without her. We are honored to have worked with Katie and to now call her our friend. If you are looking for the best wedding planner, your search stops here! Katie is it!

erything about your wedding reflects you. She does not have an agenda to push specific vendors on you, she genuinely wants you to work with other vendors that fit your vision and budget. Katie really makes sure that you ENJOY your wedding and that is the best part. Me, my husband and our families did not feel even the slightest bit of stress and that is something we will be forever grateful for. She is amazing at her job, and I wish every couple could work with her!

erally the most organized person and made our dream day a reality! We got SO many compliments on how it was the best wedding ever. Without Katie, none of that would be possible. She was flexible, understanding, kind, and knew every single tip and trick to make it the best day ever. I could go on forever about how amazing Katie is, but bottom line is you should hire her for your wedding because you absolutely will not regret it!

a reality. With her guidance, I planned the best wedding my husband and I could have imagined!! Katie is warm, kind, professional, prompt, supportive, and honest in all the ways you need to know to have your wedding go off without a hitch! She truly knows her stuff, and cares deeply. Katie does this all while giving that feeling of ease you have when you’re talking with a friend. Most importantly though, when it came time for me to enjoy my day, she seamlessly took charge as I immersed myself in the moments. During the planning process there were initially some covid related hiccups and a double booked makeup artist - Katie came to the rescue with an action plan straight away and the issues were quickly solved. Most notably, several of my other vendors (Hair/Makeup/Photography/Videography) all gave her a distinctive nod in how well she plans timelines and keeps the show moving without causing undue stress on the bride and groom. What an honor to have her work with us on our big day! Katie absolutely loves her job and is fantastic at it. I cannot recommend her services enough!

reschedule due to covid. Katie didn’t skip a beat, contacting every one of our vendors and rescheduling as many as possible to our new date. She was supportive and a friend during such a stressful time. Leading up to our next date, she was on top of every detail. She threw in advice and tips and there wasn’t a single moment we didn’t feel like Katie didn’t have our backs. On the day of our wedding, Katie was calmly and confidently attending to every tiny detail I had planned. Truly amazing. I cannot recommend Katie enough. If you are questioning whether a day of coordinator is worth it, stop - Katie did SO much to help us stay calm and present leading up to, and on our day. In retrospect I honestly only wish I had hired Katie to plan the entire thing. She is amazing!

state. She was flexible on packaging and her time and services because I had already done some work in booking vendors. She spent hours on the phone with me discussing our visions for the day and had expert recommendations on how to go about decorating and preparing. Then, the pandemic hit. Katie was single handedly keeping it together for us even though it was her industry was one of the most impacted. She made the tough decisions we were not prepared to make, including when to postpone, who to work with and even helped us find a completely new venue that would better fit our needs. Katie spent two years with us, going way above and beyond our initial contract. Our wedding finally took place on May 22, 2021 and Katie ran the show and kept everyone timely for both the rehearsal and wedding day. She had tabs on everything from set up, design, photography and breakdown. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day of our wedding, we were able to focus on having the time of our lives. We are sure going to miss her weekly check ins, her making us feel like the only couple on her agenda. Any bride would be lucky to have Katie as their planner. I could not imagine the day without her.

She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great day.

er and her team. We hired Katydyd for day-of planning, but Katie was SO MUCH MORE than a day-of planner. She truly made us feel like we were her only couple for the entire year we worked with her. She is so incredibly organized and knows her stuff inside and out. She is accessible, creative, caring, and her amazing passion for what she does is obvious as soon as you meet her. I even had a few vendors ask me for her info because they were so impressed with her work and want to recommend her to their clients! You absolutely can not go wrong with putting Katie in charge of your big day. If you want perfection, don't look anywhere else! She was easily the best decision we ever made and we owe all of the perfection of our day to her and her team! We can't thank you all enough!

ized and just a force to be reckoned with. Working with Katie was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. From day one she she made my (now husband, yay!) and I feel like her only clients. She took the time to understand us and our vision for the day, and didn't treat us like a "one size fits all wedding". Katie went above and beyond any and all of my expectations the year leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day. She was there for us in all the ways we needed her and all the ways we didn't know we would need her. I can't imagine a wedding day where we could have pulled off the perfect day that we did without her. My wish for any other bride on her day is that she has someone like Katie by her side.

was the most beautiful day and more than I could have ever imagined. Even my husband (wow, my first time writing that) agreed after the wedding that she was SO worth it. Not only did she doing all the grunt work planning the wedding, but she also showed up the day of the wedding and did all of the heavy lifting. I was able to relax and enjoy the day while Katie did everything. I tried to send her home early telling her we could clean up but she insisted on helping clean up and make sure everything was ready for the rentals to be picked up the next day. If you’re on the fence about getting a wedding planner DO IT (of course with Katie). It was the best money we spent

She was hands down one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding day. She made everything flow incredibly seamlessly, set up all our decor perfectly, coordinated with our vendors, and went above & beyond in every way. She will not disappoint and had our families raving! 10/10 would recommend :) We love you, Katie! Thank you for everything!

last 6 months of planning and was able to calm my nerves the day of better than anyone. We did a backyard wedding with a lot of moving parts, without her we would have forgotten many crucial things that were needed to make the day go off without a hitch! She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, when our shuttles did not show up, her and her assistant drove the bridal party to the photo spot to make sure we stayed on schedule. She made every vision that I ever had for the day down to the smallest details come true, it was above and beyond what I even imagined. I highly highly highly recommend Katie, we would have been lost without her!
