and beautiful and we can't thank them enough. It was a huge logistical undertaking to build the venue and then to get our guests there, but Katie made it all seem so easy and so possible. I had several very specific ideas that I was excited about, but wasn't sure I could execute on and Katie made all of them happen, much to our guests and my delight. We were also planning our wedding from across the country, but Katie made that feel insignificant through regular communication and effective planning of the times that we went back to visit. I've had multiple guests tell me that our wedding was one of the most personal (and fun) weddings they've gone to and Katie really made that happen with her attention to detail and her ability to bring my vision to life in an even better way than I could have imagined.

She approached the uniqueness of our Indian fusion wedding with such an eye to detail. We felt very comfortable and confident in that aspect because of how much enthusiasm, curiosity, and respect she approached the project with. Choosing her to be our planner was the easiest and best decision we made.

She blended florals, rentals, tabletop, tent draping, and lighting into a seamless design that felt authentically “us.” On the wedding day, Katie and her team made us feel completely at ease. Even with a large number of moving parts—from lion dancers, to a live band and DJ, to a surprise birthday cake—everything stayed on timeline, and guests experienced one delightful surprise after another. Many told us it was the best wedding they’d ever attended. We couldn’t have been happier with every single vendor and the overall experience. I highly recommend Katie and her team to anyone planning their wedding!

She developed an incredibly personalized design plan for each part of our wedding day, and brought that vision to life through small details. She built a master timeline for the months leading up to the wedding, as well as the day of, and kept all parties (bride / groom, family, vendors) coordinated and on schedule. When issues arose, which is inevitable when planning such a big event with so many moving pieces, she was a fantastic problem-solver and moved quickly to correct things. Very importantly, she always made herself available to answer questions or chat though an issue - you would literally never know that she had other weddings she was working on. There isn't enough space on this page for me to appropriately convey my gratitude to Katie for everything she did to make our day perfect. There is not one thing we would have changed about our wedding, and we credit so much of that to Katie.

My husband and I got married at French's Point in Maine in July. Essentially, we rented a property for our wedding weekend and we brought in all of the vendors ourselves. It was no easy feat, but Christine jumped right in and handled it all with ease. She was in direct contact with all of our vendors from the start, which was upwards of 15, and organized everything. She went above and beyond in making our vision come to life. She also went out of her way to check in on us throughout the weekend/wedding day. She built in special moments for us to take it all in and made sure that we got to enjoy every part of our wedding. I truly credit her with how I was able to feel so present and calm throughout my wedding day. Christine is the type of wedding planner who will pull down the sides of the tent when it starts down pouring halfway through your reception (getting soaked herself in the process), she is the planner who constantly checks in on you to be sure you always have a drink, she's the planner who runs back to your room to get you a new pair of shoes because you're getting blisters so you don't miss one minute of your time on the dance floor. She does all of this and more with a smile on her face. There are not enough words to thank Christine for all she did to make our wedding vision come to life. Her attention to detail was incredible, our initial meeting with her was two hours and she touched upon literally everything, even things that my husband and I hadn't thought to consider. She offered to handle the smallest details on her own and would jump in whenever needed. I've heard wedding planning can be stressful but it really wasn't that bad for us - that's a testament to Katie! One of the aspects of wedding planning I felt the most unsure about was decor and she was a huge help with that. It was important to her that it was our vision coming to life, but she offered lots of help, resources and thoughts if needed. It was SO helpful and I loved how our wedding looked on the day of! Katie was really patient with us when we were selecting the vendors for the wedding and helped us come to some really great decisions on the venue, photographer, florist and many other choices. Katie helped us manage our budget and guest list to design a flawless wedding that not only looked beautiful but ran smoothly and seamlessly. It has now been a month and I still can not believe that our day was as amazing as it was. It was flawless, everything went absolutely seamless, and it is due to the hard work and planning by Katie. She does so much leading up to the day, and on the day, that everything preventable in her power is taken care of. I heard after the fact that something out of our control happened, and Katie took care of it diligently, I had no idea it even happened and it was resolved within seconds. Our bridal party and our families absolutely adored her. We did a speech and we thanked her, and our whole wedding started chanting her name. She of course hated it, but she deserved it. I know wedding planners like to stay out of the spotlight, but how can we not give recognition to THE person who made our day so amazing. We set a precedent now with our friends and family that everyone has to have Katie. We love her. She will, without a doubt, be the best decision you make for your wedding.

We started meeting six months ahead of time to iron out vendor logistics and timelines, wedding party timelines, logistical details, etc. Things I hadn't even thought of, Katie was already on top of it. She consistently went above and beyond and did things like schedule and lead Zoom meetings with our families (at our request) to make sure everyone had a general idea of the timing and flow of the day. While I spent the better part of six months hyper-focused on the timeline, I didn't think about it one single time the day of our wedding. It was the biggest blessing to be able to be fully and completely present in every moment and have full trust in Katie to execute the day. Katie is an expert in the wedding business, and the flawlessness of our wedding day was completely thanks to her. The day went smoothly, but even when something came up (like a dress that needed pinning, a relative had a question, or two guests that responded no randomly showed up and didn't have seats...), Katie was there to handle it. More than anything, I am so grateful that Katie was literally my cheerleader every step of the way. Not only is she detail-oriented and communicative, Katie is joyful, kind, and energetic. Her cheerful presence on our wedding day, and in my life, is something I will always be incredibly grateful for.

It's taken me far too long to write this review after take a deep breath from all the stress that is planning a wedding. I was finishing grad school, my wife was starting up her company, and we moved twice. Not ideal for planning a wedding. Katy is the advocate you want. Full stop. Her patience, skill, kindness, patience, attention to detail, (did I mention patience?) is truly second to none. She is the kind of talented that you know that she could be running a Fortune 500 if she wanted to, and instead she has decided to help hapless couples wade through the mire that is the wedding industry and realize their dream. It cannot be understated how hard she works, what an amazing listener she is, and how incredible she is about being real with you when you really need it to stay on track. Because of her, we have the most wonderful memories of the day of our wedding. "Romantic North Shore Wedding" was brought to life on our day! She put our minds at ease multiple times and always said we were "easy" even when we felt we weren't. Having getting married at Crane's Estate and needing hotel blocks, church plans, bussing and coordinating with the Estate I am sure she was working hard on our wedding day but because of that we never had to worry and whenever we could connect with her she made sure WE felt great. When we were supposed to have our wedding on 10/9/20 and ultimately decided to postpone, our venue was very pushy about us keeping our original date and made it very difficult to postpone. I'm such a people pleaser and have a lot of trouble saying no, so having Katie there to be that assertive voice I didn't have was so helpful and very much appreciated. She was also a great collaborative partner when I had no idea what I wanted and wasn't sure what to do. In retrospect I honestly only wish I had hired Katie to plan the entire thing. She is amazing!

She made the tough decisions we were not prepared to make, including when to postpone, who to work with and even helped us find a completely new venue that would better fit our needs. Katie spent two years with us, going way above and beyond our initial contract. Our wedding finally took place on May 22, 2021 and Katie ran the show and kept everyone timely for both the rehearsal and wedding day. She had tabs on everything from set up, design, photography and breakdown. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day of our wedding, we were able to focus on having the time of our lives. We are sure going to miss her weekly check ins, her making us feel like the only couple on her agenda. Any bride would be lucky to have Katie as their planner. I could not imagine the day without her.

Katie helped up with alcohol quantities, helped us put together our rental quantities, analyzed our vendor quotes, and most importantly always answered the numerous frantic phone calls from my fiancé, calming her down and giving her confidence that things would come out the way we envisioned. On the day of, Katie and her team did everything. They moved large farmers tables into the right formations, setup our linens, orchestrated our vendors on what they were doing, relocated chairs during cocktail hour, managed the heaters in our tent to make sure people were comfortable. Our wedding came out exactly the way we envisioned and that wouldn’t have been possible without Katie. Thank you Katie!!

uld have ever imagined. The amount of frantic phone calls and texts she received from me (the bride!) were, I’m sure, overwhelming but you would never know it. She picked up the phone 100% of the time and spent any time I needed to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Katie went out of her way to remind us of things at every checkpoint over the year to make sure the planning went smoothly and, honestly, she made wedding planning feel fun and as stress-free as possible. The day of, she was the first person help setting up and the first person helping pack up when the day was through. She always made sure everyone knew exactly what was going on so that we could all focus on just having fun. Any minor problems we had I did not even know about until the next day because Katie completely took care of them. The inn owner from our venue and countless guests went out of their way to tell me that our wedding planner was amazing and that they were astonished by her performance that day. Katie was kind, friendly, and respectful to everyone involved in my wedding and the best part of her being there is that you can truly see how much she loves her job and creating this magic. I can never thank Katie enough and would recommend her to anyone who wants to enjoy not only every moment of your special day but also each moment of planning it.

Katie had all of the big important things taken care of and was so amazing at the details too - for example she decorated the top of our cake with flowers and I was floored at how beautiful it was!
