So, we decided to produce amazing chef driven wood fired food that is served beautifully. Our chef Mike, studied with some of the top wood fired chefs in the world and has been invited all over the country to teach cooking and lead food festivals.

While excited to plan my first baby shower, my mother and I did thorough and careful research on catering services in hopes to present a beautiful display for our special day. I am extremely picky and I wanted everything to be perfect, so was very impressed with the pictures of Katz Craft BBQ on the Knot. I fell in love with what I say for my 90+ guests and to my surprise. I made arrangements and I was able to plan for my event without looking for any other companies. This was the one for me. They penciled me in and helped me to plan a delightful day. I received endless compliments from each guest as they walked in - in fact, it was enough for more than 100 people and we were blessed to have people go for seconds on the freshly foods and the beautiful serving pieces.. I LOVE THIS COMPANY. Everything was so DELICIOUS! Can’t wait to use them again.

Working with Katz Craft BBQ was an absolute pleasure! Mike Katz, the chef and owner, went above and beyond to help us craft our dream menu, dedicating so much time and attention to every detail. The food was simply outstanding—our guests haven’t stopped raving about it since our wedding day! The entire staff was warm, friendly, and professional, making the experience even more special. I can’t wait to work with Katz Craft BBQ again for future events!

Katz Craft was phenomenal throughout the whole process of planning. First of all they lead with some great ideas on things I was not sure how to do. They were prompt in responding to requests and answering questions. Mike was great to work with, he was able to guide me and my husband throughout the process and help us make selections. The day of the wedding they were seamless and we had the best staff and bartender there was out there. They were friendly to our guests and always willing to chat and help us with any request. The food was delicious and we heard nothing but positivity from our guest! You have to go with this company! They are the best!!!

Thank you for throwing us an event BEYOND our expectations. When I first saw BBQ I wasnt sure it would fit our wedding but it was truly very high end and everything was crazy beautiful and delicous. People to this day are raving about the appetizers and the mains. Also we got to use all your beautiful props for free or at a discounted price depending on what it was. Again thanks it was so fun and yummyyyyyy

We were very impressed that they were able to take BBQ to a very high end level. It felt like a high end event yet it was beautiful rustic wood fired food. They provided all the staff and bartenders and even helped us book a band for our event. And the food was freakin amazing!!! People are still raving about the food.
