We got the groom and grooms men’s suits here. The suits weren’t ready in the day that we were told, and the two tallest groomsmens’ pants were a bit too short.

Kaufman's was able to tailor all of the clothing perfectly (including not cuffing the dress pants so they would go with flip-flops)with only called-in measurements the first time. They steamed all of the outfits so they would be ready for travel and let us "borrow" a shirt twice for different color matching needs. We also bought the ties from them. When choosing the ties they did not have the two of the one we wanted in the store. They offered to order us one in. One of the salesman realized he had bought the tie and it was at home with the tag still on. He offered to bring it back so we could buy it. He did and we bought it, in perfect condition. Not a thing went wrong and Brian and Cori were marvelous resources and more than a little helpful. What GREAT customer service.
