Out of every wedding decision we made as a couple in the year we took to plan the wedding, hiring Kaushay & Co as our wedding day coordinator easily made it into our top 3 best decisions we made. We met with Kaushay about 2 months into the wedding planning process and while I knew I wanted to mostly plan the wedding myself, I knew I didn't want the stress of dealing with the actual production of the wedding in the final weeks and especially the day of the wedding. It made the decision to go with wedding coordination very easy. It was immediately the right fit for us with Kaushay in planning - we always felt prioritized and we received invaluable advice regarding sourcing any other vendors that we hadn't found yet, budgeting, and small things we may have forgotten along the way had it not been for her. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect and I attribute a lot of that to Kaushay and her team - there wasn't a single issue and all our vendors were on the same page. I had multiple other vendors tell me during the morning when I was getting ready how incredible the schedule that was delivered to them was, and our families felt very involved but didn't have to be stressed about anything. We felt incredibly cared for during the wedding day - Kaushay and her team made sure I was warm waiting for the ceremony (winter wedding), that we had cocktails in our hands and snacks after the ceremony and helped with cleaning off mud on my train after outdoor portraits. It was the best use of our budget. I cannot recommend Kaushay and her team enough to another couple for their wedding.

My husband and I can't stop raving about Kaushay & Co! When we got engaged, we decided we wanted to do a lot of the wedding planning ourselves (that part is fun for me), but we felt very overwhelmed and stressed thinking about all of the logistics and details that we'd be responsible for the day of our wedding. We didn't want to dread our wedding day. So we decided to hire Kaushay & Co to do our event management and it was the BEST decision we made! We were so blown away by them. Our wedding planner assigned to us was Alisa, and she was highly reliable, communicative, and on top of things. In the weeks leading up to the wedding we turned everything we had planned over to her and she took over all vendor communications, timeline planning, etc. On the day-of, we barely had to do anything but show up and enjoy the beautiful day ahead of us. They took care of all the details. Everything flowed so smoothly and beautifully, from setting and cleaning up to working with the vendors to managing the timeline. We've received many compliments on how beautiful and seamless our wedding day was. Truly it was all because of Kaushay and Co! Kaushay and her team made my wedding day and all the planning leading up to it so smooth. She gave me tips, tricks, vendor recommendations, a beautiful design plan and color palette, and budget advice. Kaushay Co was one of the first calls we made once we got engaged. Paying a professional to help us with the whole process was the best investment. When I think back on other weddings I've been a part of I remember a lot of stress and last minute preparations. When I think back on our wedding day I remember being so calm and happy and so excited to see so many friends and family. I had no stress the entire day. As soon as Kaushay pulled open spreadsheets comparing pricing and products I knew I was in good hands. When she created organized notes of her, my, and my husband's responsibilities to complete by our next meeting, I felt much more in control of planning the biggest event of my life so far. I knew my preferences, needs, and concerns were not only being heard, but also addressed. As a hands on bride, I felt like I could enjoy setting things up and meeting caterers etc., but I also felt comfortable in my delegations and trusting Kaushay with what needed to be picked up and transported to the venue. I got to do all the fun stuff and Kaushay made sure everything and everyone was right where they needed to be! I would recommend Kaushay as a wedding planner to couples who are easy going, or detail oriented. Couples who know what they want, or dont even know what their options are. Any and everyone who wants to be as hands on or hands off as they want. I only have fond memories of my wedding, and I know without a doubt that is because Kaushay was behind the scenes making sure every detail was exactly right. Kaushay is patient and always available for questions, concerns, and walking you through the process of planning a wedding. It is super overwhelming as there are so many different options and so many people and feelings involved. Having a third party to objectively plan details with was the most helpful resource I ever could have invested in for my big day. I could focus on the fun, and not have to stress about details even though I am by nature a planner and a worrier. Kaushay is everything I could have asked for in a wedding planner!
