KayBee Photos

which turned out beautifully and completely solidified our decision to hire her as our wedding photographer. Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly patient with the many emails I sent with questions. When an issue came up with our timeline, she immediately reached out, scheduled a late-night phone call, walked us through her suggestions and options, and completely calmed my nerves. On our wedding day, Sarah was the perfect person to have by our side. She kept us as close to schedule as possible, and when we had to nix our outdoor sunset photos, she made sure we still got private sunset photos in the bridal suite as a beautiful alternative. We received our photos within the timeline stated in the contract, and we were absolutely blown away. They are not only the most gorgeous wedding photos, but the most gorgeous photos I’ve ever received, period. We have definitely found our photographer for life and cannot wait to hire Sarah to capture more of our life’s moments. Highly, highly recommend Sarah and Kaybee Photos.

ow much time you spend with your photographer(s) on the day of your wedding but these girls really helped up stay in good spirits and literally had us belly laughing. You can tell they love what they do & that just makes everything more enjoyable.

nothing but the best. They have such a fun nature to them that you will immediately feel comfortable in front of the camera. They did an amazing job capturing our big day. They are such a talented duo that truly enjoys what they do while providing exceptional results & service. We used KayBee for photo, video and photo booth and all exceeded my expectations. We love our photos & videos. I even won a free canvas from one of their social media giveaways! I mean it when I say they are a must-book as your photographer! I would highly recommend KayBee photos to everyone and anyone. They value their clients, their work and they don't rip you off doing so.

comfortable and encouraged us to try new things. Come wedding day, Kirstie was with me and Sarah was with the guys. The guys LOVED having Sarah around! I was definitely getting antsy and more irritable as the hours were approaching, and Kirstie gave me great pep talks and helped me calm down. After the ceremony was over, both ladies did a wonderful job listening to my husband and I, and they were great at gaging the mood and asking what we needed. We LOVE our photos! Thank you ladies for helping make our day so special and capturing once in a lifetime memories.

nerves, Sarah kept my husband’s groomsmen from being complete goofballs, and they even edited one of our photos during dinner as a little sneak peek! They were so funny & brought such a chill energy to our ceremony & reception. Another aspect about KayBee that I loved was that they’re not afraid to take charge…we were racing the sunset so I came with a short list of must-have church photos & Kirstie & Sarah had a tag team effort to make sure everything was done smoothly & effortlessly, but with everyone knowing that this needed to be done quickly & efficiently. I know, without a doubt, that our final edits from our wedding will be nothing short of stunning & magical. I cannot say enough good things about KayBee Photography….book them for your wedding! You will not be disappointed!!

s out and what poses to do. We met Sarah the day of our wedding and she came well prepared. They were extremely organized while taking photos which helped maximize the number of photos of different locations we could shoot. We’ve already recommended them to friends!

Starved Rock and the photos were BEAUTIFUL. Not only did she take amazing pictures, but she hiked with us in the heat and made it enjoyable! We're both introverted and definitely felt awkward at times posing, but she did a great job directing us with what to do! Whether you're having a wedding or eloping, you won't regret choosing her! Will definitely use KayBee again in the future for family photos 💙

here to take them. That was an enormous help. With all of the other planning and decisions that needed to be made their guidance was a gamechanger. Most notably though they were able to adapt when our day almost came to a crashing halt because of a terrible storm. With the help of their quick thinking we didn't miss a moment and managed to capture all of the phots we had set out to get and then some. We were also able to see that the photos were turning out great even though the room was only lit by candle light. It really was a night to remember and they did not back down in the face of the challenges that came their way. We highly recommend KayBee Photos

g day. My husband and I are both pretty awkward with photos, but they helped us relax and have fun with all of our photos. The communication was great - every time I had a question come up, Sarah was so quick to respond and make me less nervous about the big day. I’m obsessed with our photos and highly recommend Kaybee Photos!

best moments day of. The Photo Booth was SO much fun. Thanks for making our special day so amazing!

not “just another wedding” for them. They love what they do.

e super down to earth and make it seem like we’ve known them for ages. They are super easy to work with and capture the best moments. I highly recommend using them as your photographers!

me, organized, professional, and FUN 😊 our pictures are PERFECTION too!! They are so beautiful and really captured the emotions of the day. We are sooo happy with how they turned out. I can’t recommend them enough!

l for the beautiful photos she has given us forever and highly recommend her to anyone looking to hire a wedding photographer!

say is that -they have been apart of our lives ever since, and always will be. I had hundreds of beyond perfect photos of our wedding and life events. Which speaks volumes because I am that extremely picky client. They truly start out as a vendor and quickly skip friendship to become apart of your family. I recommend them to any person who ever mentions needing a photographer, even if it’s someone I just met for the first time. From pets, family, baby, Christmas, just because and of course weddings- There is nothing that this team can’t capture the perfect image for. I will forever be a lifetime Kaybee client.

uests were so complimentary of their professionalism and kindness. I couldn’t have been happier to have them at our event. Sarah also took our engagement photos, which were also amazing. We’ll be using KayBee for all our milestone photos!

alities from our wedding day. KayBee did just that and more. Both girls were amazing. They were friendly, calming, organized and so helpful. They listened to the vision I had for my day, from specific poses to certain vibes I wanted captured. They were also great at dealing with me as a type A bride :). I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone.

th responses. She made the engagement session seamless and I couldn’t have had my wedding day without her. She kept us on track with timing and Sarah was great with our wedding party as well, even with a broken foot. They kept it fun in a very professional way. These girls know what they’re doing!! I love all my photos, I cannot pick a favorite! Book now!! Don’t wait!!

hly as possible and she spent time walking me through the samples based on my party size and events throughout the day. She and her team were so friendly, they made this very nervous photo hating bride feel completely at ease and calm. They went above and beyond to get the most beautiful shots, including scaling a fireplace to hang my dress. I did not luck out with many of my vendors, but KayBee Photos was the absolute standout. They are professional and efficient with communication and keep you posted so you are never left wondering what needs to be done or where things are at. I will recommend their team to everyone and anyone who will listen from now until the end of time. I no longer live in the Chicagoland area but will be making the trip for any future family photo needs. They will be my first-choice hands down for any future events. I could gush about them all day. Their package vs. price was also one of the best offers in the area, you get beyond what you pay for with KayBee Photos. 100/ 10 would beyond recommend.

as such a joy to work with! Sarah always made time to answer any questions I had and made me feel comfortable moving word. Compared to other videographers in the area, Kaybee’s prices were extremely reasonable. The quality, customer service and footage we received were truly five stars. We received all wedding footage, a teaser video and a feature film. On our wedding day, the videographer captured some amazing footage. The amazing part is when I look back on the day, I don’t even remember seeing him around. The videographer was that amazing where he didn’t interfere with any part of the day. He simply went with the flow ended up capturing the most amazing memories. I was so impressed with Kaybee’s service that I ended up booking a 30 min session with Sarah to capture my husband and I with our two dogs. Sarah was wonderful to work with yet again. She was so patient with us and our dogs. She definitely had ways to capture the dog’s attention and has a demeanor to her that is so calm and easy-going. She made us feel relaxed and we received so many photos for a 30 minute session, which was the perfect amount of time to do a photoshoot with our dogs. I highly recommend using Kaybee for both videography and photography needs. I plan to use them in the future again!

ight to work with this high-energy, friendly team; I cannot recommend KayBee enough!!

ur large families and making sure we had great family pics, and helped us stay calm when our bus got lost and we were late for pictures. We had so many laughs that it made anything that went “wrong” seem like nothing. I highly recommend them and hope to use them again in the future for family pics!

ting engagement photos with them as well so they could get to know you and your partner. The engagement photos were a trial run with Kirstie before the wedding, and we had a chance to get comfortable with her! On the day of the wedding, Kirstie and Amanda both shot! Kirstie was so kind, accommodating, and encouraging— especially in moments of stress or when things weren’t going as planned. She made sure to help me feel calm and was just so caring and also really funny! Not only is the person you are working with on the most important day of your life is amazing, the work she produces is outstanding! The photos are perfect! We are so grateful for KayBee photography and how they captured our day! 😊

th my all my questions. On my actually wedding day they kept us laughing and took beautiful photos. I recently just received my photo album and couldn’t help from crying looking at all the photos. They truly captured the love that my husband and I have for each other!

time to make it unique to the couple, it isn’t just a list of pictures to take. Experience- 10/10 they are so fun to work with! They blended with our group, and got some amazing captures. They made taking pictures fun, and it honestly flew by! Everyone who worked with them at our wedding has since booked them. I can’t recommend enough!

ricing. She was the only photographer that asked about my husband and me and got to know us. She used that knowledge from the initial meeting, and matched it with our personalities at our engagement session to provide the best photos at our wedding. They both toughed out the cold and snow to make our ideas a reality, and were so easy to be around. You spend more time with your photographers the day of the wedding than any other vendor, and they both fit in like they've known us for years. We were also able to book our viedographer and photo booth through KayBee. The photo booth was a hit, and the videos could not have been better. Everything came back to us faster than promised. Every dime spent was well worth it! Highly recommend!

omfortable she made us feel and how efficient she was. We just got our photos and we love all the ways she helped us pose. We felt heard when we asked for certain photos and also supported when she provided us suggestions. She also helped us organize our first look, and the pictures perfectly captured all the feels. Thank you for providing us with long last memories. I highly recommend KayBee photos for any occasion! :)

egin so I appreciated the suggested timeline that they provided. The day of the wedding, they were efficient and got lots of wonderful photos that we will cherish for years to come. We got our online album well within the window in the contract, I would say it was a fast turn around for wedding season! We are going to run out of wall space with all the “framers” we want to display! We also booked our photo booth with KayBee. It was a hit! They have an assortment of props that kept people getting back in line for more. To give you an idea of how personable they are, I had 2 guests ask me for their info so they could book them for their own photo needs.

th my wedding schedule to make everything go smoothly. I recommend taking their advice for the schedule because they know exactly what they are doing and got all the photos I wanted to do. I highly recommend them! Any photos I want in the future I will be going to them because they really are the best to work with!

having to be rescheduled for 2021. KayBee Photos did an phenomenal job sticking with us and guiding us on our wedding day making it smooth and enjoyable. Sarah and Kirstie took our wedding photos that came back stunning and we couldn't be happier! Our experience with KayBee Photos was incomparable. Definitely recommend KayBee Photos!!

ur wedding! On our wedding day Kirstie and Brenda worked effortlessly to make sure we got every photo that we wanted. They went above and beyond by literally running around the venue to find the perfect first look location. We also rented a photo booth through KayBee, which was a huge hit with all of our guests! The open concept photo booth allowed large groups so people can have a lot of fun with it. Kirstie and Brenda were a lot of fun to work with throughout the night! I would highly recommend KayBee Photos for any of your photography needs!

tantly after meeting them it was going to be KAYBEE - we centered the date of our wedding on their availability even. From the consult to the wedding day every step working with Sarah and Kirstie was absolute magic. Their personalities and love for their work is contagious and just shines through their work. The photos were so easy to capture, every member of their team is so passionate and truly lovely to work with and their team went above and beyond by helping us through the day. They were both so understanding and remembered tiny details I mentioned in the consult on the day of our wedding. Sarah did so amazing with our sweet anxious pup hazel and captured photos that we will hold dear forever. Our photos and video preview were beyond phenomenal capturing every tiny beautiful detail of the day. It felt like we were going through that day surrounded by dear friends and every moment felt so comfortable with so many poses ready to go. We laughed the whole day with the whole KAYBEE team and are already talking about the next time we can get photos done with them!

ulties with the previous photography company we hired. Right from our zoom consultation I knew Kirstie was someone we had to hire. Our redo engagement shoot was night and day compared to our other one. Kirstie, Mike and Sarah made us all so comfortable. We were relaxed and laughing the entire day! It truly felt like additional friends were hanging out with us for the day. Their communication and love for this field are more than enough to hire this team, however, once you meet them you will realize quickly how much they will exceed your expectations with how great they are all! Cannot recommend them for your photography/videography needs!

te the crazy wind advisory we were under the day of our wedding. Kirstie and Sarah were very attentive to details and often referenced my pinterest board to ensure they got all the wedding shots I dreamed of! We even went out of our comfort zones and got the most epic wedding dress photo I'm so in love with! :) When having to reschedule our original wedding date due to covid it was no issue with Kaybee and we were able to reserve our new date without any issues. My husband and I were very happy with the editing and quality of photos and videos as well. Would highly recommend.

n around was so fast. Highly recommend!

os more relaxed! They made sure to ask what ideas I had in mind for photos and explained their own ideas really well. They also were very accommodating with re-planning our wedding, which made being a 2020 bride less stressful. Kirstie got some beautiful shots for our October ceremony and we were so happy to work with her again for our big wedding in June! I will definitely be using KayBee Photos again!

s important to me was having a good photographer. At the end of the day, photographs will help us remember our special day & show future children, so that was a priority for me. Kirstie was the first photographer we talked to and I immediately knew I wanted to work with her- she was so honest and easy going since our first meeting. We also were a Covid couple that ended up having a brunch wedding instead of a traditional wedding & she did such an amazing job capturing the entire event. We are so grateful! The pictures are absolutely beautiful & she captured moments that we even missed. We highly recommend working with her. Everyone has told us that our pictures are beautiful & that our photographer did an amazing job.

oughout, to the wedding day, and after - they may it so easy, were so down-to-earth, friendly, and professional! They were so much fun to work with! The photos were incredible and would highly recommend them! You won’t regret it.

he time to understand you, your Fiance, your family and exactly what you are looking for in your wedding day photography! Kirstie photographed our "COVID wedding" in my grandparents backyard and did an amazing job and got the photos back so quick! Her and her whole team will be there for our bigger wedding next year, we can't wait!

e, being accommodating with scheduling (especially during times of corona), taking amazing engagement photos and wedding photos and making sure we had fun doing it! Our photographer, Sarah, was amazing! She’ll do whatever is needed to get a good photo including climbing on things and laying on the ground! We are beyond ecstatic with the photos from our wedding!! I can’t wait to put them up all over our home!
