Things will get really crazy when you are trying to get pictures with everyone after the ceremony, so I recommend just making sure you got pictures with everyone you wanted to before she leaves for the night! Kayla worked her magic and pulled it off, she even brought a clear shower curtain to place under my dress so it wouldnt get wet/dirty! The rain/umbrella pictures ended up being some of my favorite ones! Kayla is the perfect amount of laid back, she helped me remain calm and stay organized throughout the whole day! She even sent a brochure to all of her brides to help them develop the perfect timeline and how to stick with it, which I found to be super helpful! She always made you feel special and unique and that you weren’t just “another bride.” Her photos are so beautiful and timeless and I love each and every one of them. hey are so amazing. After reaching out to get in touch with her, to which she responded immediately, we realized that we had made an excellent choice. She took the time to meet with us in person, to get to know us and our personalities, interests, etc. so she could make taking pictures with her easy. We set up our engagement session on the North Shore and Strip District. Kayla and her 2nd photographer Castine made us feel so comfortable and we had so much fun. We had never done anything like that before and the pictures turned out unbelievable! We used them for our save the dates and received so many compliments. Leading up to our wedding day Kayla was in close contact with us. She was very organized and made sure we got all of the photos we wanted with our family and friends by using a google doc so we could see updates with it, in real time. We spoke with her on the phone to talk through everything and make sure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, at the ceremony she got even more photos than we asked for and was so on top of it we were ahead of schedule. In between the ceremony and reception we headed to Oakland to get photos with the wedding party. She amazed us again at how she is able to use the surroundings to get unique and beautiful photos. She is so talented! At the reception she was friendly with everyone, got pictures of all the things happening with the band, food, and most importantly our family and friends. I can't imagine ever having another photographer for our Wedding and all of the things that come with it.
