My husband and I got eloped up at the Gunflint Lodge in Northern Minnesota and we hired Kayla . She is such an amazing photographer and was so incredibly nice and easy to work with! She made the day so easy and even encouraged us to hike up and take photos at a beautiful overlook of the lake! She captured the magical snowy day perfectly and she provided the photos so quickly after the event. We loved working with her so much that we hired her again for our reception party with the families! 100% recommend Kayla for anyone looking for romantic, adventurous, beautiful and unique photos :)

I hired Kayla Lee for my sister’s wedding, and from the very beginning, she has been an absolute joy to work with. From the welcome, gift, to the beautiful complimentary engagement photos, to the well-being check-ins with the bride, to actually helping us with tasks on the wedding day, to providing a sneak peak with tons of photos the very next day (!!!), to delivering the wedding photo gallery WEEKS early, Kayla Lee had far exceeded any expectations that my family could have ever had. I would recommend anyone looking to hire a wedding photographer to stop what they are doing and contact Kayla Lee immediately. She has made what could have been a very low touch service a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. I cannot thank her enough for her care in preserving these memories for my sister and our family.

There is so much that I could say about my experience working with Kayla. From the beginning, she was available to answer absolutely any questions that I had, whether it be through email, Instagram messages, or Skype. My husband and I decided to elope in Minnesota (we currently live in Indiana), and even though there was a time zone difference, she was very quick to respond and always willing to work with our schedule. My favorite thing about working with Kayla was her friendly personality. I'm not someone who is comfortable in front of a camera, but she immediately put me at ease. She was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done, including hiking up a (pretty steep!) bluff to our ceremony location and laying in the dirt to get the perfect shot. She was dedicated to making sure we got all the shots that we wanted to get, and even made an amazing GIF for us from a series of photos that she took. Kayla arrived early and stayed late to make sure that we got everything done, even though we had only booked her for 2 hours. She is funny, personable, and made everyone feel comfortable. She provided many laughs and made the experience so enjoyable. Her work is absolutely gorgeous and I could not be happier with how my photos turned out. She really captured the moments that made our day so special. We also received a sneak peek of our pictures very quickly! She is prompt and delivered our full gallery as expected. Her price was more than reasonable and she is worth every bit. I absolutely recommend using Kayla for your wedding. She will go above and beyond to satisfy all of your needs

Even though my husband and I eloped, we still wanted pictures to remember our big day and share with our family. After searching online we found Kayla Lee Photography. We loved her style and were lucky enough that she was available the weekend we were getting married. Kayla was on time (a big deal when we were getting married very far north), professional, and fun! She did her best to make my husband feel at ease as he hates getting his picture taken. We were able to do some silly shots, some traditional shots, and our favorite pictures are of when she captured moments we didn't realize we were having our picture taken. Not only during the ceremony and picture session was Kayla attentive and available, but her follow-up and timeliness in getting us our photos was also wonderful! We were able to get a sneak peak within a few days of our wedding. Her price was also very fair! I would strongly recommend Kayla if you are looking for someone who will listen to what you are looking for in your pictures, add to the fun, and be professional all at the same time. P.S. Kayla was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. She was amazing from day 1. We booked her 18 months out from our wedding day. With Covid and all the crap that happened with the world shitting down we ended up having to reschedule our wedding date 4 times, finally the 4th time was the charm!! She did everything in her power to make sure that she was able to make every “new” date work for her. There was not a single picture that I didn’t like from what Kayla took of our AMAZING day!! I will definitely be hiring her again in the future for either family photos or baby photos. I CANNOT wait to hire her again!

CHOOSE KAYLA. Kayla far exceeded our expectations. Kayla went above and beyond to ensure we had plentiful [gorgeous] engagement/wedding photos to look back on. On our wedding day, Kayla arrived early and left late -- she jumped in immediately, and didn't stop until she had captured every last detail. Kayla gave us a sneak peak prior to leaving (not just a couple photos -- many!), and promptly posted more the next day. We already knew Kayla was incredible -- our engagement session/photos proved that. Our wedding photos, though, took our breath away -- and that was just the start. After exactly 2 weeks (we were expecting 4-6) we received the remainder of our photos -- over 600 to choose from, none of which disappointed. Kayla nailed it. We would recommend Kayla over and over. Kayla made this experience everything we hoped for and more.

I am so impressed with the experience I had with Kayla taking our engagement photos. She is very nice and easy to get along with and knew exactly where to take us to get the perfect shot! She edits the pictures beautifully and is really great with getting them to you soon. I absolutely loved our time with Kayla and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking engagement or wedding photographer!

Kayla was amazing!! She was so friendly and outgoing, she makes you feel at ease posing for photo after photo. It's so natural you don't feel like your just standing and smiling for all your pictures. She's easy to get ahold of, has tons of different packages to choose from and travels to many different places. She did an incredible job and we couldn't have been more happy. We highly recommend Kayla.
