About this vendor

I’m Kayla—a Pittsburgh wedding photographer, storyteller, and firm believer that the best photos come from moments that unfold naturally. I serve couples all over the Pittsburgh region (and beyond!) who value genuine emotion, meaningful connection, and photography that beautifully reflects who they are. My approach is warm, relaxed, and intentional. I’m not just here to take pretty photos—I’m here to help you feel comfortable, guide you when needed, and create a space where your personalities can shine. You’ll get the perfect balance of candid images that capture the heart of your celebration and lightly posed portraits that still feel effortless and true. I’d love to document your love story in a way that feels authentic, timeless, and unmistakably you. Whether you're hosting a backyard affair or a destination wedding, I am willing to travel to you! I strive to connect with my couples and to work with your vision to create timeless, romantic photographs that you will cherish for a lifetime. You will usually find me breaking it down on your dance floor when your DJ plays Whitney Houston, rounding up your great aunt for family portraits, and fixing your groomsmen boutonnieres ten times a night. If I can be your third wheel for the day, let's do it! Please find my investment info on my website or send me a message and let's chat! https://kaylareneephoto412.mypixieset.com

Kayla has an incredible eye for detail and a knack for capturing candid moments that truly tell our love story. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Highly recommend Kayla to anyone looking for someone who will not only deliver gorgeous photos but also make the entire experience enjoyable! captured every moment that I wanted and got the BEST candids. I hate posing for pictures after a while, so I was SO excited to see how many natural smiles she caught throughout the night. Her editing is also phenomenal, and I love how she kept the vibrancy of the my wedding colors and the scenery with each picture still looking completely natural. I have already gotten so many complements on how gorgeous the wedding photos are, and I’ve even had several people ask about getting the candids she captured of them framed because they’re just that good. I can’t recommend Kayla enough! She made the best day of my life last forever.

Kayla was our wedding photographer for our July 2023 wedding. She did an amazing job and was great to work with both leading up to the day and the day of our wedding! We did an eng...

agement shoot with her about a month before the wedding too. Both my husband and I are not good at being the center of attention or having photos taken, and Kayla was great at giving us guidance and telling us exactly how to pose so the photos come out beautiful. She has a great eye for lighting and photo locations and we absolutely love our photos. She was also very patient but efficient with our very large family during family photos and captured some great candids. Overall we could not be happier with our photos - her photography perfectly captured our day and we highly recommend her.
