It made such a difference having 2 photographers' perspective to capture both the details and the candid shots on both sides (especially because we didn’t do a first look). They both kept us laughing, engaged, and kept the energy high for both of us throughout the day (Kaylee also kept me hydrated, kept my lips glossed, and was just incredible). They were organized with their shot lists, cohesive in terms of communication (it helps that they’re married) and made sure we didn’t need to worry about a thing. We love them both! We are eternally grateful to them for being a part of our special day, and treating us with so much love and happiness. From the first moment we spoke/met with Kaylee and Andy, we could feel they're down to earth, eager to have fun, and their passion for capturing love, and instantly we knew it was a good fit. They are the kindest souls and have such a calming presence which is very welcome during what can be a high pressure environment (hello wedding stress!). They are so easy to work with, but also FUN to work with-they made taking pictures not at all awkward, we could not stop laughing/smiling during both our engagements and wedding day. lee & Andy. I had followed them on Instagram for a few years and I reached out immediately when we got engaged. We met up to see if we were a fit and we’ve never looked back. They even took our engagement photos, which turned out stunning, as expected. They were so patient and understanding when we were forced to postpone and change venues multiple times due to COVID. When our wedding day was finally approaching, I was worried that it would feel awkward because it had been YEARSSSS since we had booked them. I was wrong. We picked up right where we left off. They were such a breath of fresh air and positivity during such a stressful time. They were so much more than our photographers. They protected us from family stress, the went to the store the night before and BOUGHT white roses to fill in a not-yet-bloomed rose arch for first look photos, breathed life into us when we thought we were too exhausted for sunset photos off-property (those photos….I HAVE NO WORDS for how stunning they turned out!), and more. Our sneak peeks were breathtaking, and our full album was beyond belief. We probably look through at least a couple of times a week. Having Kaylee and Andy document our love and the best day of our lives was truly the best investment we’ve ever made. Further, their love and respect for EACH OTHER is what makes them truly special. It radiates off them and is so apparent in their work. It’s infectious!!! We plan to force them to be friends with us forever, even if it means bribing them with Uncle Biffs Cookies!

I looked at a lot of photographers sample work and sent the samples two friends and although Caitlin and Yu are not the cheapest option everyone agreed that they were the best. Kaylee and Andy were a joy to work with from the start. We took our engagement photos about a year before our wedding and although my husband started out the session extremely nervous by the end it felt like we have been best friends with Kaylee and Andy for forever. They made our photos look so natural and gave us great guidance and cues throughout the process. We felt that they really thought about every part of the session. For example even before the session in the weeks leading up they Provided us guidance on outfits and make up and made sure we really felt as comfortable as we could going into it. Kaylee and Andi helped us plan our wedding timetable and when the big day finally came myself and my bridesmaids end up running very late due to a slow make up artist. Instead of freaking out or putting pressure on any of us Kaylee made sure we knew that it was all going to work out and coordinated with Andy to get everything done and the best new time table possible. Kaylee and Andi perfectly captured a Wedding day and we are in love with our wedding photos. The entire experience has been so great that one of my bridesmaids actually decided to work with Kaylee and Andi as well based on her experience with them at my wedding. Looking back on our big day of course there are things here and there that I would do differently. But I would pick Kaylee Chelsea photography to do my day 100 times over. Not only are they the best for photographers but they’re the best people and I am so thankful for our entire experience with them.

We couldn’t get enough about how they captured their couples and the gorgeous backdrops they chose and lights they used. Kaylee and Andy responded quickly to our email and provided a ton of details about their work and also asked us numerous questions. After we went back and forth, they suggested hopping on a FaceTime call together. We thought this was unique but loved how interested they were to get to know us better from the beginning. We’ll never forget the FaceTime, since for us, it was after a long workday and the first time we ever did something like that, and for them, it was in an airport headed to France. The fact that Kaylee and Andy made time for us prior to a vacation spoke volumes about their fondness for their couples. Not to mention, the conversation was so fun! It was like we already knew each other and were reconnecting. At that moment, we knew they were going to be the “ones” to photograph our engagement and wedding. Our wedding was in about a year and a half, and while there were other details we were anxious about, our Photographers were not one of them. We were simply thrilled to see them again in Palm Springs and have the best time all over again. Prior to the wedding, they helped build a day-of, hour-by-hour timeline with our Planner which was very helpful for us to imagine how the day would be. And they also asked for inspiration photos from other weddings or from the venue. We love how collaborative they are! Ah, Wedding Day - the happiest day of our lives. And again, captured with perfection via Kaylee and Andy’s lenses - their eyes, cameras, hearts. It was truly exhilarating to see them both again since we built a solid relationship. Knowing the day-of timeline by hour made my husband and me feel stress-free. We were simply ready to have an amazing time together, celebrate with family/friends, and get married! We relished the day, moment by moment. And Kaylee and Andy captured it all, but not in your face… more in the background of those special moments. One of my favorite memories of Wedding Day was sunset photos with my husband. Kaylee and Andy carved this special hour for us to immerse ourselves in that light we all love, and to just be together as husband and wife for the first time. Kaylee and Andy sincerely listen to their couples and care for them tremendously. They’re simply more than photographers. They were celebrating us, and they were our friends at our wedding. Just as Engagement Photos Day, we knew we’d be impressed and be able to walkthrough our Wedding Day again in our memories. And boy, this was an understatement. The photos were out of this world! And there were so many of them! Kaylee and Andy provide so much love, attention, detail into their work. There were moments that we didn’t realize were captured. I came across their page, I knew I HAD to have them as our wedding photographers. These two are very talented people and know how to capture the beautiful emotions that come with a wedding! They made the planning process completely stress-free, checked up on us often (since we were planning during COVID), and were very accommodating throughout the entire planning period. even before we had decided on a venue. I came across Kaylee and Andy and they were exactly what we were looking for - bright, airy, warm photos that showed the raw emotion of a wedding day. When we set up a FaceTime meeting, it was like we had known them forever. They radiate happiness and love and positivity and you immediately want to be friends with them. Once we booked them for our wedding date, we traveled a few months later to take engagement photos. They made everything so fun and comfortable. My husband was so much more at ease with Andy being there too - he truly is hilarious. When our wedding had to be postponed due to the pandemic, we were devastated. I immediately reached out to Kaylee and asked what days they had available towards the end of the year - I was willing to replan every other venue as long as they could photograph our wedding day. We settled on a new date and continued the planning process with them. As soon as we received our sneak peeks we knew what people meant when they say that they’ll love their wedding photos for the rest of their lives (and isn’t that what you want out of your wedding photos?!) They captured every single moment that we wanted to remember— even down to the smaller moments like a hug with my sister and a quiet hand holding between my parents during our ceremony. But what I think made K+A such a perfect pair for us on our day was as much about who they are as people as it was about how talented they are. They are hilarious and warm, and somehow simultaneously silly yet totally focused and professional. What a combo! My husband and I live in Seattle, and were initially a bit nervous about a photographer that was located elsewhere— but Kaylee and Andy are total pros at handling this situation and made us comfortable and confident by offering FaceTime availability and being prompt and enthusiastic responders to email. We were separated by states as we lived in WA and they live in AZ, so Kaylee and Andy set up a FaceTime call so we could get to know each other before we finalized our wedding photographers (how fun!). After we got off FaceTime my (now) husband and I immediately knew they would be so amazing and had to have them photograph our special day. They were so outgoing and genuinely nice. Throughout the planning process, this all became so much more apparent. Half way through the engagement, they were in Seattle for work and we met up with them for coffee. It was so thoughtful of them to meet up with us while they were here on their own time! On the day of the wedding, Kaylee and Andy were truly incredible. They were so in synch with one another, it was amazing to watch! I knew I wanted a married couple as our photographer and seeing them work together just validated why! They were so fun and creative with their shots and getting everyone to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
