Choosing your wedding photographer is so important, but I had no idea where to begin. When I found Kaylee and looked through her work on her website, I instantly knew she would perfectly capture our wedding. I loved her bright and airy aesthetic. Booking Kaylee came with an engagement session, and meeting her even further confirmed that she was a great fit for us. She makes taking photos feel so easy and fun (even for my husband who doesn't particularly enjoy picture taking). She is quick, efficient, and her work speaks for herself. She created a Google Doc with a timeline of our entire wedding day in 15 minute increments which served as the backbone for our master day-of timeline. When picking a wedding photographer, my husband and I had no idea how big of a role Kaylee would play in our wedding day. Kaylee is absolutely amazing! Stop looking for anyone else she is your girl that you would want for your wedding day! She made our day more than perfect. She helped out with just about everything. I stubbled upon Kaylee’s Instagram a week after getting engaged and booked her the same day. I absolutely loved her work, but was hooked after a brief conversation with her. Kaylee always communicated back to us fast and was very thorough and detailed in the planning process. She was always early to all of our meetings and on our wedding day-saving the day. Not only did she help set up a timeline for us to make our day stress free where we were ahead of schedule the whole day and as a type A bride I needed that. She captured high quality romantic photos where I can't decide which photos I'm going to put on canvases around the home! She efficiently posed us to get the perfect shot and the best lighting. Kaylee was the best decision we made about our wedding. Before even shooting our engagement pictures she was nothing but helpful and unbelievably kind. Kaylee is an amazing photographer. Our pictures were what I worried about most. My now husband and I are horribly unphotogenic, but Kaylee made us look like models. She relaxes you and makes it a fun experience. The pictures turned out better than I could imagine. The colors popped and she catches she catches the light perfectly. Picking a wedding photographer was the most important and hardest decision we had to make during the wedding planning process. But when we found Kaylee everything clicked. She is the best at keeping people on schedule and managing lots of moving parts, we couldn't have picked a better person to wrangle our huge bridal party and family. We haven't gotten married yet but Kaylee did an engagement shoot for us and the photos turned out AMAZING. She got them back to us so fast and everyone was extremely impressed. I'll never fully be able to put into words how big of a blessing Kaylee was not only at our wedding, but during the entire planning process. Kaylee was the first vendor I booked and I am so glad I did. She was very hands on and gave insightful recommendations on other vendors and our timeline for the day. Aside from being organized and composed, Kaylee saved the day many times. We had a few mishaps with flowers and a groomsmen suit and she took the liberty to grab the correct supplies needed to fix both issues and did them happily. She truly is a jack of all trades. I cannot exclaim loud enough how amazing working with Kaylee was. After looking for over a month for a photographer, I stumbled upon Kaylee's work and fell in love with her style. I booked her within a week of finding her, and eagerly awaited meeting her for our engagement session. Right away, my then fiancé and I felt right at home with her (which is saying a LOT since he is enormously shy in front of a camera), and you could tell from our photos that we were working with someone who KNEW how to pose us and find the perfect lighting. Kaylee was very professional but so fun! I am incredibly awkward in front of a camera but she helped pose both of us and made it seem very natural. We had our engagement photos back within a week or two with a sneak peek within a couple days. All of the photos turned out great!

Don't bother reading any reviews- JUST BOOK Kaylee- that's what I did! After losing my photographer to an injury just 2 days before my wedding, I skimmed a couple reviews and took the advice to book Kaylee. BEST. DECISION. EVER. She gave me a call two nights before the wedding and we talked over the phone. Later that night, she had rescheduled my agenda to fit both of our needs better. She arrived early on the day of my wedding to meet our bridal party and family and get a feel for everyone. She blended in perfectly and even saved the day several times: lending me her sweater, helping to bustle my dress, etc. She definitely went above & beyond in many many ways. Plus- she was SO much fun to work with!! I definitely feel like I gained a friend in meeting Kaylee. And then, to top it all off, our pictures are an absolute dream. We had a rocky start in the morning getting the reception decorations together and Kaylee started to pick up decorations and help set things up without question. She was efficient and patient when trying to get 20+ people and multiple dogs to take great pictures. She came with an assistant photographer and intern that helped to capture all the pictures we could have possibly hoped for. We got our all of our pictures faster than I could have ever expected and with many sneak peaks the night of and the days after. Kaylee truly goes above and beyond. She was responsive, creative, and such a blessing to our wedding day. She came prepared and went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly.
