GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
For my wedding we rented 8 tuxes and only 3 of those had no problems. The other 5 had varying issues from the ring bearer's jacket being too small to two of the...
groomsmen having tuxes that were too big and baggy. None of these issues were fixed before the wedding, so I have pictures with groomsmen looking uncomfortable, bulking and trying to keep their pants from falling down. We paid $180/tux (when we were originally told $130)!
I had two groomsmen that live out of state so I had one get measured by her while he was in town...she lost those measurements as it got closer to the wedding so he had to go somewhere near him and get remeasured.
I found them at a bridal show, and I'm so glad I did. I have always dreamed of having a Maggie Sottero gown, and their selection was remarkable. They took my vision and made it c...
ome true! Then they pulled an amazing bridesmaid dress that fit into exactly what I wanted! I never felt pressured to buy, and I felt they genuinely wanted me walking away feeling beautiful in the gown I bought.
I went there originally to rule out a dress that Kansas City vendors wouldn't order for me to try. In the meantime, I'd found one in KC that I had fallen in love with. The people...
at Kay's were so great that I ended up buying the dress I loved in KC in Sedalia. It was also less expensive, as were the bridesmaids dresses so they got my business. They went above and beyond (including their alterations) to make sure I was ready for my day. Sometimes it is worth the drive to get the kind of friendly service available in a small town. If I could give 100 stars for service, I would.
I was not excited about finding a dress I don't wear dresses. I was visiting my brother in Sedalia for New Years and went downtown to check out Kay's looking for accessories. I jus...
t took a look at the wedding gowns and was so surprised at the selection for plus sizes. I found an Alfred Angelo ivory that was perfect. It was the one and only dress I tried on and love it so much!!!!! The consultants were the best and recommend them to anyone needing a beautiful dress. Thank you for making my hunt for the perfect dress as easy as it was. Many blessings to you.
Kay's was absolutely a life saver. I was able to get my dress, his tux and all the accessories at Kay's. I was able to use "layaway" and made easy payments on my attire with no har...
rassing phone calls. They had a huge selection of mens attire, and was able to fit my "big and tall" husband. The service there was great, but they are busy most of the time, so its important to go when you have a little time to devote to your wedding needs.
I first met the ladies from the shop at a bridal show in Warrensburg, MO. They did all of the dresses for the runway show and were very friendly and knowledgeable.
They have a ...
wide variety of dresses and the customer service was fabulous. I would highly recommend this bridal shop for all brides to be.
