can order dresses not in stock (as long as there's enough time). I found my perfect dress on the rack and had all my alterations done in the store. I also purchased my bridal jewelry, shoes, and veil here. They offered a wide variety of prices to accommodate my budget, and everything is of exceptional quality.
I also used them to order our groomsmen's tuxedos as well as our mother of the bride/mother of the groom's dresses. With every meeting, their staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. They did not leave out any important information and everything arrived right on time! I highly recommend this bridal store to other brides-to-be... they were very helpful!
I wrote a review a few months ago that was not super complimentary of my time here.

They made me eat my previous words. The girl that helped me got to know my situation, was incredibly patient, helpful, and so kind. She knew that I was a little down, she could tell I was stressed and made this situation less of a negative situation and more of a positive, fun time. I was very blessed to have a chance to go back and change my mind. For that, I am thankful.

If you want to feel rushed, stressed, and unimportant - then this is a great place for you. This was the WORST wedding dress shopping experience I have had. They were pushy, rude, and made this experience seem like it was not a big deal at all....
The consultant was rude when I would try dresses on (I did not know my wedding dress size, and no one helped me with sizing - so i went with a side larger than my normal) and she would exclaim "oh this definitely won't fit you." When I was trying dresses on, while clipping me, other consultants would come up and be like "I need you now" and she would leave. She wasn't helpful and kept saying "if you buy here, your bridesmaids get a discount." That was her only selling point.
I left the shop defeated, anxious, and feeling like I was an annoyance and I haven't listed half of what happened. It was truly horrible.

wn away with your comments. First, because you feel that you were treated poorly and second because I can't imagine any of our employees saying those things to you. Kay's was founded on Christian principles and it gives me great pleasure to say that we not only call ourselves Christians but we live it. Are we perfect? No. Do we make mistakes? Yes. However, it really puzzles me about how you say you were treated because our staff works extremely hard to make sure everyone is taking care of on busy days. We take great pride in obtaining excellent customer service and, often more than not, are complimented for our hard work but sometimes we do fail. Your comments will not go un-noticed or dis-regarded. We take every comment seriously and work to learn from it to make every experience better for our customers.
If you haven't already found your dress and would be willing to come back, I want to offer you a private appointment, at no charge. We usually offer these on Saturday after hours for $100 fee but it can be free to you. I promise you will not be disappointed. Please accept my sincere apology for your experience. I look forward to hearing from you.

The service was wonderful and they have tons of quality dresses to choose from. I found the perfect dress for my wedding and will be going to pick out bridesmaid dresses soon. I highly recommend going to Kay's!
The service and selection here was top notch! Our attendant was very friendly and helpful. we selected about 20 dresses and she was able to find us the one that met all of our specifications. Wouldnt shop anywhere else!!

The shop has alot of selections for dresses. I was able to get my dress during a sale that they were having. I was in love with my dress. They are reliable and have good customer service, however they are a little expensive.

that our ladies will do whatever it takes to make it right. Even if it's last minute. Second, If you shop around for alterations you will find that our charges are very reasonable. We often have positive comments on the fees we charge. I do hate you were disappointed and please know that we do strive to do our very best in service to our customers.

Wonderful customer service and alterations crew! Didn't like my first dress that I ordered from another store and was able to buy a beautiful dress off the rack for a great price at Kay's!
I had no problem at all with Kay's when it came to my dress and the bridesmaid dresses. They even gave the bridesmaids a discount since I bought my dress there too.
