We absolutely loved how our cake turned out! The tasting box they offer made it easy to pick our flavors, and they were very easy to work with on figuring out the design. It was exactly what I pictured, and tasted great! We got rave reviews from many of our guests as well.

They did an excellent job! From ordering to delivery and set up the service was smooth and easy. The customization was wonderful and allowed us to put our personality into the cake. Our guests were raving about how delicious it was. We didn’t have any leftovers because people kept going back for more!

KB Confections made our wedding cake. The process was simple, and the cake was delicious. We had a three tier cake that fed 100 people. There were no leftovers at the end of the night and everyone was complimenting the cake. I brought flowers with me to the venue and they added them to the cake when it was delivered, which was very convenient.

The cassata cake was perfect! It has been my wife and I’s favorite for years and we regularly get it at Angelo’s in Lakewood. We are grateful for the expertly done delivery of our favorite dessert for our wedding to share with our friends and family!

KB was the perfect choice for our wedding desserts. I had an atypical request for cakes where we wanted a 6 in cake in the middle of each table as our center piece rather than one large cake. Karen made this process so easy and the price for cake and delivery was great. I also didn’t get a chance to try the cake at our wedding, but our parents saved some to freeze and it was still amazing two weeks later. Lastly, we used the KB Confections greenhouse for my bridal shower and it was so dreamy.

K&B Confections created a beautiful wedding cake for our reception of 120! We ordered the Vanilla flavored white cake with Raspberry filling, Buttercream frosting ….. all of our guests loved, loved the cake’s moisture, flavor, and artistry!

KB confections was very easy and wonderful to work with. They created a beautiful 3 tier cake for our wedding held at the Cleveland art museum. Most importantly, their cakes were delicious!! Karen is a true professional and master of her craft! Our venue collaborates with her for the wedding cake, which made the whole process seamless. From the super fun tasting box, to the ultimate end product (red velvet with cream cheese frosting--- 1000/10 recommend), we were blown away. In addition to her fabulous baking skills, Karen is easy to communicate with, incredibly responsive, and extremely organized. We're saving the top tier of our cake for our first anniversary and are excited to get to experience this culinary delight all over again then!

KB Confections exceeded our expectations from start to finish! We initially ordered a tasting box and enjoyed being able to taste different combinations at our leisure. It was extremely hard to decide on cake flavors and fillings, as there were so many great options; we decided on almond and red velvet, with cookies and cream filling! We had sent in our desired cake design and the cake we received on our wedding day was even better than expected!

KB Confections is the BEST! We did a macaron cake for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier. It was an easy pick-up process and we received so many compliments from our guests!

I must say my husband is particular when it comes to cake. When we did our tasting at KB Confections, he absolutely loved the chocolate cake and cookies and cream filling- so much so he was eating it by the spoonful from the sample cup! What really was the deciding factor was that this man absolutely despises raspberry and almond flavors, but he LOVED the almond cake and raspberry filling from this bakery! Aside from that, Karen was amazing to work with! She responds quickly, she listens to what he clients want, and delivers a beautiful product! I am happy to say the cake was a huge hit at our wedding! I highly recommend this bakery!!

KB confections provided a delicious cake for our wedding! Karen was awesome with communication which was important given that we planned a wedding in OH while living in CA. Our cake was classic vanilla with buttercream frosting and it was DELICIOUS. We wanted a relatively simple design with some live flowers and a naked cake and KB created the exact look I had been envisioning. We also got extra cupcakes for gluten free guests and those were equally popular. Highly recommend using KB for any bakery needs!

We are so glad we got our wedding cake through KB Confections based on our reception at Music Box Supper Club. The cake was delicious, they handled all the details exactly as we hoped, and were super nice to work with. We highly recommend as they cake was tasty and beautiful and they were great to work with!

We got our cake from KB due to a partnership that they have with Music Box (the location of our wedding reception). If we hadn’t gotten the cake included, we STILL would have chosen them! I’ve had cupcakes from them before, and they gave us this adorable kit to try out wedding cake samples. Very practical solution to a covid related problem! Karen listened to our ideas and made sure to clarify exactly what we wanted. And the cake was soooooo good. We got the raspberry filling in between a layer of chocolate cake and a layer of almond cake with the buttercream frosting. Highly recommend!!! I cannot speak for the prices, as it was included in our contract, but I personally would have paid big bucks for our awesome wedding cake!

We ordered our wedding cake through KB. We were very pleased with how it turned out. It was four tier with three different flavors. The owner met with us 2-3 times to discuss our cake. Their prices were very reasonable. Honestly this was the best chocolate cake I’ve probably ever had. We also got lemon crème/vanilla cake and strawberries & crème/vanilla cake, also delicious. But the chocolate cake was the deciding factor. Can’t say enough. Would highly recommend!

KB Confections created a beautiful, three-tiered wedding cake for us and it was delicious! I absolutely loved the "at home" tasting that they make available because we were able to taste all of the fillings and cakes at home with my parents which was an added bonus. We ended up choosing the following: almond cake with normal butter cream filling, chocolate cake with raspberry filling, and banana cake with american butter cream filling. I usually HATE banana. I almost didn't even try the banana cake during our tasting! I don't even like banana in a smoothie! Their banana cake was unbelievable delicious. I still can't believe we had a banana cake! The cake was delicious overall and looked exactly as I had hope that it would, providing a beautiful accent in our reception space. Super professional and kind staff and very seamless ordering process.

We purchased a lemon/lime wedding cake for our daughter's October 30th wedding. I want to thank you, personally, for such a beautiful and delicious cake. It was the perfect canvas for the fresh flowers that would adorn it. Everyone was so complimentary and it was surprising how little was left with such a small guest list! We carefully prepared and froze the top for the bride and groom, but I wouldn't be surprised if they break into it sooner than next October. :D Thanks again, and warmest regards!

Our wedding caking turned out perfect! We brought the decorations to the venue and they decorated it there for us when they dropped it off. All the guests even mentioned that the cake was delicious. They made everything so easy!

We booked with KB Confections for our wedding cake and Karen did an absolutely phenomenal job!! From when we first met with Karen for the tasting to the final product of our wedding cake, she was absolutely amazing to work with!! Truly a pleasure!! Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous and tasted amazing!! We had NO CAKE LEFT!! No cake was left to take home (besides our top layer). There was plenty for everyone and much left over that was put out for guests to take at the end of the night AND ALL CAKE WAS TAKEN!! That's how amazing our cake tasted!! Not only did we have the most beautiful cake that we could imagine, but the taste was equally as outstanding!! Karen also had to deliver the cake a relatively far distance. They are located in Lakewood and our reception venue was in North Royalton. This was absolutely no problem for Karen and KB Confections!! Throughout the process Karen was reliable, prompt, and just overall outstanding to work with. Words cannot express our gratitude and if you are looking for a baker who is amazing to work with, has perfect craftsmanship, and makes the best tasting cake ever, look no further!!

KB Confections made our perfect wedding cake! My husband and I did informal tastings by purchasing treats from various bakeries to help us sort through all of the recommendations we received. When we visited KB Confections, Karen came over to talk to us and answer our questions. It was totally unexpected as this did not happen at any other bakery (especially on a busy Saturday), and it made us feel valued and appreciated. All of the staff was helpful throughout the planning process, and we received so many compliments from our guests about the cake. We count down the days to our anniversary because we saved the top tier and we are so excited to eat it again - it is that good!

We were so incredibly pleased with our wedding cake from KB confections. Baking has always been a passion of mine so it was absolutely essential that we have a fabulous wedding cake on our special day. We went to many different local bakeries for tastings and KB was the clear winner in our minds! The cake was of a higher caliber than others (you could truly taste the difference in the quality ingredients used). Also, they were willing to layer the cake for us so that with every bite guests could have chocolate and vanilla cake with two beautifully paired fillings. Everything was completely customizable from the inside of the cake to the hand piped decor. I was even able to send in photos of my wedding dress so that they could replicate the lace from my wedding gown on one of the tiers!

KB Confections made us a DELICIOUS and beautiful wedding cake this fall. We wanted a simple, classic white cake with vanilla and chocolate frosting inside, and they made our cake perfectly. I have heard many brides say they didn't even try their own wedding cake.... well, ours was so great that I had three slices! I have considered eating the saved top tier early, but am trying my best to wait. I HIGHLY recommend KB Confections for your wedding cake (or other desserts - everything else we've tried there has been fantastic, too!)

Such an easy experience dealing with KB for my wedding cake. Did not need a formal tasting, she let us pick up cupcakes for free to taste after we put down our deposit. Once we chose our flavors we corresponded through email and I sent her a picture of what I wanted which she replicated exactly. Everything was taken care of the day of and the cake was delicious.

KB Confections did a stellar job on our wedding cake and cupcakes!! We had a two-tiered carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, and KB finished off decorating expertly on site with some flowers left behind by our florist. They also set up an awesome cupcake display, and people were (and still are) raving about all three flavors of cupcakes (almond, carrot, and cookies and cream). They were super easy to work with and made this part of the planning process effortless on my end.

Prior to my wedding, I learned about KB Confections because my mother and aunt raved that they had the best macaroons. As a baker myself, I knew I had to try them. Not only did the macaroons exceed my expectation, but the gluten free dessert, monster brownie, and cupcake I sampled in one day were the best I had ever had. I knew I needed to have them do our wedding cake. The cake was the one of the highlights of the entire wedding- everyone in the room raved about how beautiful, classy, and timeless it was- it was EXACTLY us as a couple. The lemon filling was so fresh and the cake incredibly moist. We quickly ran out of cake because it was the favorite dessert out of the 15 item cookie table. I could not have asked for a better bakery that truly listened to us and “got us” as a couple.

We loved KB confections for our special day! We did a desert table rather than a traditional wedding cake and all of the desserts were amazing! It was a great way to get an assortment of all different treats to please everyone. It was such a hit that we barely had anything left over at the end of the night.

Our wedding day wouldn’t have been complete without KB Confections! KB is already a favorite for my fiancé, family, and I, so it was a no-brainer to ask them to make the cake, cupcakes, and pastry trays for our wedding reception. They even made my fiancé a “She Said Yes!” cake for our surprise engagement party and “Will you be my bridesmaid?” cookies for my whole bridal party. While their almond cake is our favorite, you really can’t go wrong with any flavor. Karen was amazing throughout our entire planning process, and didn’t have any issues when I changed the idea for our cake about a dozen times. The final result was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. She was also able to answer all of our questions about quantities and flavors for a big dessert table, making decisions super easy for us. Everyone raved about the desserts at our wedding, and we were disappointed to have nothing to take home after the wedding because everything was eaten up! Karen also encouraged us to buy a couple gluten-free and vegan cupcakes, which our restricted family members sincerely appreciated at the wedding. I can’t recommend KB enough for all of your party needs!

KB Confections has the best French macarons in Cleveland! As a pastry school graduate, I knew I wanted to serve macarons at my wedding. My husband and I sampled macarons from three popular Cleveland bakeries and the only place that was spot on with the proper texture was KB Confections. We sampled every flavor and decided on salted caramel. They were delicious! All of our guests raved about them...and STILL talk about how good they were! Even though we served twice as many as we needed at our wedding, they were all gone at the end of the night. Thank you, KB Confections, for the beautiful and delicious macarons!

We decided right when we got engaged that KB Confections had to make our wedding cake! We decided to do a vanilla cake, but also our two favorite special flavors which were cookies and cream, and caramel. All of our guests raved about how delicious the cake was! It was not dry at all and melted in your mouth. You definitely need to check out KB Confections if you're looking for a wedding cake!
