She has vast knowledge in the wedding industry obviously, so we really appreciated her opinions on schedule, vendor arrangements, decorations, etc. During our rehearsal she took command with charm and again, her knowledge of weddings truly showed! She prepared all of the wedding party for all different aspects of the ceremony – how the rings would be handed from best man to officiant to groom, how the groomsmen would hold their hands at the altar, reminders about cadence, etc. Very thorough and helpful for all of us! The day of coordination was also wonderful – Kelsey and her assistant brought my complicated table settings to life. I nearly cried when I saw the room put together! Her team also did well to pivot from my vision when necessary. A good example, we wanted a wine bottle guestbook for our wedding. I had bought glass-compatible pens for our guests to use on the wine bottles. Well, I did not test the pens out prior to the wedding and they did not work well on the dark glass!! Luckily, I had brought a random bag of sharpies that day which Kelsey repurposed for the wine bottle guest book. Our guests used multi-colored sharpies on the wine bottle labels instead and it looked awesome! Such a great improvisation. We are so grateful to have had Kelsey and her assistant on our wedding day, I’d recommend you do too!

She began making our wedding planning easier right away by coordinating with our event coordinator and handling all necessary details effortlessly (and we had not even hired her yet!!). Kelsey made the entire organization period smooth and stress-free for us. At our wedding, she assisted with various tasks, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. Looking back, it was exactly as I had imagined. The event was organized, on schedule, and everything my husband and I wanted was accomplished. Kelsey made sure we didn't regret a single thing. Everyone at our wedding raved about Kelsey, including our officiant who had nothing but praise for her. She skillfully managed multiple contractors, including the DJ, event coordinator, videographer, photographer, food and beverage services, attendees, and the wedding party, including my husband and me. If anything went wrong at the wedding, I was completely unaware—everything was perfect, and guests still talk about how flawlessly it went. Much of that credit goes to Kelsey. I highly recommend Kelsey without a doubt. If you are considering hiring a wedding coordinator, you should—Kelsey is the perfect person for the job! It's also worth noting that even during her last trimester of pregnancy, she executed everything flawlessly, and our wedding took place just one month after the birth of her beautiful baby boy!
