Katrice was the best wedding photographer we could have possibly asked for. My wife and I are an LGBT, bigger bodied women, and we were deeply nervous for our wedding day as we are not used to getting our picture taken or having the attention on us; I especially had a lot of anxiety about posing for the camera and looking okay in pictures. Katrice understood this so well, and made my wife and I both completely comfortable. Not only did Katrice manage to make us feel beautiful, comfortable, and like we could be ourselves and still be beautiful in the photos, she had an excellent command over the schedule, everyone's comfortability, and was able to manage our VERY difficult families, no matter what obstacles were thrown her way. If this is important to any soon-to-be-married couples out there; Katrice was polite and firm with difficult parents, but always advocated for our wants and needs, and made us feel like we were her absolute priority. Not only was Katrice extremely professional, and made me feel like I could completely trust her and totally relinquish picture control to her (which is very difficult for me; I can be a control freak), we also just had so much fun with her. Working with Katrice was awesome, we couldn't have asked for a better photography experience for our wedding. Katrice was so amazing to work with! She made us feel comfortable and at ease immediately. She captured posed photos beautifully and did a fantastic job of shooting some of the best candid moments! Date of wedding: July 9, 2022 We interviewed a few different photographers for our wedding and one thing that we wanted to ensure was that we were working with someone that had done a same-sex wedding before so there wasn't any hesitance or awkwardness around the occasion. I would say that we definitely made a great choice in Katrice! Katrice was everything that you want in a photographer: responsive, flexible, and inventive. She took some of the things that we wanted, mixed in some more traditional elements, and then added some unique twists, though she was hating on my Fitbit during the wedding party pics! :-p She offered three different packages with a variety of included elements, which made tings easy. Payment was no hassle, with the payment dates laid out in advance and email reminders when the time came due. She sent us a nice collection of printed pictures in a fancy little gold box with all of our images on a USB drive so they are ours forever. Whether it's a wedding, birthday party, or boudoir photo shoot, you can't go wrong with Katrice.

We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our wedding. We had to reschedule our wedding due to covid and changed our plans many times. Katrice couldn’t have been more flexible or easygoing with everything, she was basically the only stress free part of planning! She even drove to Madison to meet with us a month before our wedding to look at the venue with us. We love our pictures, and our family loved having her there because she’s so fun. Katrice was exactly the right photographer for us! Neither my husband and I are naturals for the camera. She was so funny and calm and got us to loosen up right away for our engagement photos. Planning a wedding is an extremely difficult process and trying to cover all your bases can be very stressful. Our church kind of dropped the ball on having anyone from the parish available to help and the priest was late, and Katrice stepped right up to the plate without even being asked. She was calm, collected, and hilarious making a very hectic day still very enjoyable. Her communication and availability from engagement pictures to finalizing the wedding photos and getting them back to us was excellent. On the day of the wedding, everything is such a blur, and looking through all the moments and details she captured lets me go back and appreciate every second of that day. Really bad and rude to me and my husband during wedding. We don't speak English well so she yell at me because I don't understand. My daughter married two years ago using her and my son got married last week with a different photographer who was much much nicer. Make me remember how bad and mean she was. And take forever to get photo back. We wait 5 month! My son photographer said not normal, should only be 2-8 week. Maybe speak english then she nice to you.

My wife and I had a winter wedding. So, we naturally decided to have outdoor pictures! :/ (Our brain must have been frozen!) Katrice not only managed to keep our entire group outside for a shortest period possible, but still managed to get off great pics/angles/scenery/steady hand/proper lighting/etc. Katrice also had to deal with my favorite aunt-in-law's (my only aunt-in-law!) BS. She had the idea of taking her C grade camera to the wedding and taking continuous pictures side by side Katrice almost the entire time. I was ready to rip her head off for affecting the flashes with Katrice and her team, the fact that it was an absolute joke and beyond rude! Katrice handled it like a champ though! She spoke to her with respect and patience to let her know she was affecting her work. Was a big-time moment! My wife and I were extremely happy with the results of the finished products...except for the fact that we were silly for having a winter wedding and looking as pasty as a white wall...besides that, we were fine with it! haha memories!
