initial inquiry with pricing. I sent many follow-up emails trying to book for my wedding. I also tried calling multiple times and no one would answer or return my calls. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t waste my time if I were you.

uld not be the right choice for us. Communication was almost non-existent... so much that at times I wasn't sure we were technically booked with them. Speed up to wedding day... the trolley was absolutely beautiful, but our driver was awful. He was incredibly rude. I said thank you each time getting on and off the bus (along with other guests) and he never replied back. After our ceremony (we used the trolley for our off site pictures as well), I had a guest tell me that the driver told her to tell us (the bridal party) to hurry up! (We had the trolley booked for 3 hours so why we needed to hurry up I'm not sure) We were also charged $75 for tip that we were not originally made aware about when there is no way I would have given a tip like that for such poor customer service. Overall a very bad experience with this company.

The trolley itself is bright yellow and so fun; there was a ton of natural light for some awesome photos on the trolley, and it provided the best party atmosphere! Our driver was on time and was very flexible with our needs on the day. I would highly recommend!!

e right on time (actually a little early) and took us everywhere we wanted to go. Our driver was friendly, but he didn't say much, which was fine :-) We played music and were able to have a cooler with drinks, it was a blast! Everything ran smoothly and on schedule. I can't thank them enough for a wonderful day!
