Jordan has been so helpful throughout the entire planning process and has been super responsive. Amazing food and staff!

Our wedding isn’t for 14 months, but so far Jordan and the KCI team have been incredible to work with. Jordan has bent over backwards to accommodate us, far more than any other caterer, and we really appreciate it. He’s been highly communicative and our tasting was well planned, food was well seasoned and all of our questions were answered! As of right know we would highly recommend!

My fiancé and I have loved working with KCI hospitality. We booked with them back in May and our wedding is planned for December. We had a tasting which was absolutely fantastic with a great variety of options. Jordan is an excellent communicator and works with your preferences and needs. We look forward to their catering this December.

We are so excited to be working with Jordan and his team! My wedding is in a couple of months but my experience with KCI has been amazing so far. For our tasting session, my family and I were running really late, but Jordan and his team waited for us and still made us feel important and did not rush us. The whole tasting was so delicious that my dad (picky eater) really like the salad and appetizer spread. I will post an updated review after the wedding but I highly recommend KCI Hospitality for your catering needs!

KCI did a fantastic job for our wedding. We received many compliments about how good the food was. We went with the blackened fish and chicken option. From an administrative stance, this was one of the most professional vendors we had and everything was really organized.

KCI Hospitality was such a great catering service to use. The food was amazing, and they were very willing to work with us to make the experience we truly wanted. They went above and beyond with a churro bar, even helped us buss our own goblets and tableware that we brought to the venue ourselves. KCI Hospitality was incredible from the service, planning, down to the food! Everything was so easy to plan and they were so timely with communication. We got so many compliments on the appetizers and entrees from our wedding guests. They have so many options for appetizers and it was so hard to pick only 3! I'm getting married next summer and the level of customer service I have received so far has been wonderful!. My fiance and I did the tasting a few weeks ago and the staff went above and beyond. Easy to work with, very friendly, professional & provided an excellent service. Plus, the food was delicious so I'm looking forward to the big day.

Jordan and the KCI team are amazing! Even from our first phone call, he has been nothing but kind. He's the only caterer we met with who was transparent about cost and willing to work with us to fit things into our budget. Not to mention their food is some of the best I've ever had. We got tons of compliments from our guests on it! One of our friends even said it was better than the food they had on their wedding day. I cannot recommend KCI enough!

KCI Hospitality did an AMAZING job for our daughter and son in law's wedding! From the initial consultation to the day of the wedding, we felt seen and made to feel that we were their only clients. Jordan was the best communicator and answered all of our questions, and then some, promptly. He is extremely organized and attentive to all details! On the day of the wedding, he and his staff showed up promptly to begin set up and I never once worried about catering. Their staff is professional, caring and friendly and served all of our guests so well especially the bride and groom!!! The venue and our day of coordinator commented on how impressed they were with Jordan and his staff. Food was delicious and we had many guests comment to that!! KCI HOSPITALITY + TEAM IS WHERE IT IS AT!!! I am a wedding planner here in North Dallas, and I have had the opportunity to work MANY caterers over the years. I have had the chance to work with and taste KCI's food on more than one occasion and it just gets better and better each time. Something I want to make note of, is that a lot of caterers can make an amazing meal for 2, or 4 at a tasting.. but can they CONSISTENTLY translate that flavor and quality into a meal for 50, or 100. What about 200? KCI CAN DO IT! From the first time I ever inquired with KCI, their hospitality has truly been unmatched. It never seemed as if my questions or updates were a bother, they were more than willing and truly interested to make the experience great for not just me as a planner, but the couple and their guests. They think it all the way through. On wedding day, it never fails.. I hear all the vendors asking WHO is catering today, because that food was amazing! (As a wedding vendor, we don't always get served the best meals.. but let me tell you what, every one's faces light up when I tell them who we are working with when KCI is on site.) The Traditional American menu seems to be a huge hit with a lot of the guests - everyone raved about the creamy but flavor full mashed potatoes and the chicken!! The chicken is packed with flavor. The green beans were not over cooked, and also just flavored to perfection. If there is one thing to know, you won't catch KCI slipping on the flavor.. ever! I am huge on making sure that your guests get served a good meal. It may sound silly, but the food and the entertainment is something your guests will rave about for days, weeks, months to come. It simply tugs on the heart strings. For the price, services offered and upgrades available - you cannot go wrong here. They are very competitive! If you do nothing else after reading this review, just book the tasting and let the experience unfold and speak for itself.

I cannot rave enough about KCI Hospitality! Not only was the food delicious but they helped make our wedding day so spectacular. Chef Jordan and Chef Yves are so talented, genuine, and kind. They will make sure your catering needs are met while encouraging you every step throughout your planning process. We used KCI for our table settings/decor, staff/bartenders, and food. They were a key vendor to our wedding cocktail hour & reception and they did not disappoint. Everything was set up beautifully, the waitstaff was attentive & prepared, and the food was remarkable! KCI was a dream to work with! From my initial correspondence with Jordan, to the tasting, to day of execution I felt confident that my special day would be perfect! Jordan made sure I had everything I wanted even making adjustments to menu selections and accommodating dietary restrictions for some of my guests. He was so easy to work with and always got back to my crazy questions in a timely manner. We LOVED KCI Hospitality!! Honestly I’m not sure why anyone in their right mind would pick any other catering company than KCI. These guys ROCK and their food is UNBEATABLE. I just loved them, their service, their food. We had the chicken and steak. First of all, I normally think chicken is too dry and boring. Not this chicken!!! The guys are the best in the business. It was juicy and the best tasting chicken ever. Onto the steak- wow!! Perfect cooked, could eat it with PLASTIC silverware. So tender and amazing. I don’t even know where to begin with the appetizers!! Best thing ever!!! Thank you KCI Hospitality. You truly are amazing. Don’t ever change! Thank you guys for making the wedding perfect!

These guys are literally amazing!!! I can not recommend them enough. Seriously. The food was phenomenal. All my guests were raving about it. My husband, who is a huge salmon guy, even said, "This is the best salmon i've ever eaten!!". The staff at the reception was also so great and hard working. Both wait staff and owners stayed the whole night, making sure tables got cleared off, and even made sure my husband and I had a little bit of everything on the menu for our private dinner together. They truly blew me away and were such a pleasure to work with. You can really tell they care about their food and make sure it's perfect for your wedding. If you're trying to decide to book them, just do it! You seriously won't get anyone better!!!

I can’t say enough about how amazing these guys are! From the very first meeting they were nice down to earth professional, and some of the coolest people I’ve ever met! We hired them for our wedding the food was AMAZING the presentation was perfect! People are still taking about how great the food was. They offered vegan options as well. The wait staff was very nice and prompt with serving. I knew I would be happy with my choice of hiring them, but I didn’t realize how happy I’d be. They also have a food truck we got to visit, and OMG the food is sooo good. Every time I’m back in Dallas I will be stopping bye. If you’re looking for good food, presentation, and amazing people KCI is the best choice. I went to a lot of vendors before deciding, and I’ll tell you they have something no other company has!

Stop searching! This is the best catering company out there. They not only respond in a timely manner to needy brides like myself but are truly and genuinely wonderful to work with. They worked with us every step of the way in personalizing the menu to fit both our palettes. If you have reservations, book the tasting as soon as possible! You won’t regret it! We were blown away by their vibrant attitudes, stellar service and not to mention the food was exquisite.

We’ve had such a great experience working with Chef Jordan and Chef Yves on the KCI team. Prior to our tasting, they were quick to respond and even took time to set up a call with us and talk through any questions or concerns we had. When we arrived to their kitchen, they greeted us at the door and had a variety of appetizers waiting for us before we sat down. Having a fiancé who loves cooking, the appetizers blew us away. When it came time for us to sample the entrees, the steak was a perfect medium rare, the chicken and salmon were both tender and perfectly seasoned and the sides were delicious. Given that they prepared more than enough for us to sample in one sitting, they even sent us home with all the leftovers. Chef Jordan and Chef Yves were awesome hosts. We highly recommend them.

KCI catered my special day and my guest has not stopped talking about how good the food and service was.
