Katy is wonderful!! She is extremely talented, creative, kind, professional and easy to work with. She was very patient with us and worked hard to ensure we had the experience that we wanted. She provided guidance when needed and never over stepped. She made us feel at ease and comfortable. Katy is a lovely person and works incredibly hard. You will see the payoff of her hard work in your beautiful wedding photos. My husband and I absolutely highly recommend her!

Katy took our day of wedding photos in August and we are loving how they have turned out! So far we just have the previews but they all look great. Katy has such a happy and positive demeanor that the photo taking process, which can be long, was just a fun part of the day. We have both very romantic and also very fun pictures. Katy met with us long before the wedding and followed up with us to get a better understanding of what kind of “look” we were going for. She made location suggestions, which was super helpful for us given that we don’t live in the area. Overall she was great to work with and we would recommend!

Katy came recommended by a friend, and we fell in love with her photos even before we met her. We loved her use of colors and light and how she naturally captured the joy and other raw emotions in her subjects. When we met her in person, we knew she was a great fit, since we got along so well. Engagement photos were included in our package, and we thought it was a really good way to get to know each other and get comfortable behind the camera. She really took the time to get to know our unique personalities and played to our strengths without forcing any awkward, unnatural couple shots. On our wedding day, it rained in the afternoon and while I was freaking out about the weather, Katy's calm, light-hearted demeanor put me at ease. She was both fun and professional and was quick to adjust to schedule changes based on the weather so that we still made the most of our photo time. She helped bring the best out of everyone which lead to great photos and our whole wedding party and families enjoying themselves. When we got our photos back, we were speechless. She captured some incredible moments which will help us relive our wedding day for the rest of our lives. We hope we've made a life-long friend in Katy and highly recommend her for anyone's wedding!

Katy was recommended to me by a friend. My fiancé and I both loved her portfolio immediately and when we met her, we loved her, as well. She was able to create a custom package for us with exactly what we needed. She was easy to communicate with and work out details for both our engagement and wedding photos. My fiancé was nervous for the engagement photos but Katy is so fun and easygoing, she put us both at ease right away, and was able to capture incredible photos that we both loved. On our wedding day, Katy saved the day when my bouquet arrived looking less than picturesque. She completely took it apart and put it back together beautifully before I had time to panic. Unfortunately, on our wedding day, I was sick, but Katy pushed me through it to make sure we got gorgeous photos that we can cherish forever. Our photos took a few months to arrive, but it was clear that Katy put a tremendous amount of energy into making sure they were perfect. I could not have wished for more someone to more perfectly capture our day. Katy is a bit of a jack of all trades, but she is certainly an incredible photographer. Katy is one of the most naturally gifted photographers I have ever worked with, and that is no mean feat given much of my career has been in fashion photography. Her ability to read her subject and capture the emotive content of a moment is second to none. She excels in natural light and always delivers a beautiful variety of images in her narratives. Do yourself a favor and hire her, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Katy Corea is a life-saver. Okay, perhaps not literally, and perhaps it's too intolerably trite to even say, but she did enter into the frenzied eleventh-hour scene of our wedding with admirable (nay, heroic!) resolve and with enough skill and resourcefulness and flexibility to impress even us-- snobs, mind you, and cheap snobs at that. Despite our ignorance of wedding photography and our relative-shortage of time, Katy was kind enough to create a package especially for us within our price-range and in keeping with the rather intimate proportions of our event. Also, being a tad on the quirky side, we requested of her a very particular style of photography, one that she might have easily attempted to talk us out of; but, instead, she seemed delighted to explore and experiment with our ideas and to embrace them as fodder for her own imagination and (already-impressive) skillset. And beyond mere aesthetics and logistics, beyond her efficiency and efficacy and professionalism, Katy is also a truly affable and good-hearted individual, one whom I would be happy to support, and delighted to recommend, time and time again.

I loved Katy Corea before I even talked to her on the phone. Her photos are beautiful and she was so easy to work with. She took so many photos and was not intrusive at all during the wedding. Katy was very easy to talk to and really wanted to get to know my husband and I before the wedding, she really wanted our personalities to come out during the session.

We used K.Corea Photography for our wedding photos, and we absolutely love how they turned out! Katy did a wonderful job scouting out places around our venue that would be great to take pictures. She even went during the time of day we would be there to see the lighting. We love how the pictures turned out, and looking through the pictures is a great way to re-live our wedding day! I couldn't have been happier with my decision to have Katy as my wedding photographer. I live out of state, and she was extremely accomodating to the challenges that go along with planning a wedding from far away. She took the time to really understand the look my husband and I wanted to get from our photos, and achieved that without a doubt! Katy had a sneak peak for us within days of the wedding. The pictures turned out incredible. I can't look at them without getting a huge smile on my face. Katie was an amazing photographer! She was so prepared and very organized. My venue was dark and she found a way to make each picture perfect. I would also recommend purchasing the wedding book! It is stunning and something that will last forever and I will always cherish. It is great quality and worth every penny! A++++

Katy was our photographer for our September 2011 wedding. We were beyond pleased with her! She also shot our engagement session. She was so laid-back and made us feel comfortable the whole time. Every time we emailed or spoke over the phone, Katy was so kind. On our wedding day, she got so many GREAT photos that I didn't even know about. She even suggested a few changes, like changing into my gown at my home where the lighting and background was better. I'm so glad I did. Many of the guests at our wedding said they barely noticed her because she wasn't in our faces, but she still managed to get all the great shots! Whenever I look at our wedding photographs, I relive the happiest day of my life! Thanks Katy!

I can't really say enough about my photographer. She was SO wonderful. She made me so comfortable in front of the camera. And she was creative about where to take photos and an absolute master of making the light work wherever we were. When some of our locations had to be ditched b/c of rain, she found this great new spot on the fly and we got some of our best photos there. Also the candid photos of friends and family are the best. She is so easy to work with. My only advice would be to not mess with her schedule. It takes as long as it takes.

We love love love our wedding photographer. With our package we got a free engagement session. It was fantastic to have that special time alone taking meaningful pictures that we will cherish forever. She was with us for 8 hours on our wedding day and got the most amazing shots and matched our style perfectly. We wanted a more candid feel and she did amazing. We also got all of our pictures on a disk so we can have them all..forever !!
