KD & the Painkillers

KD & the Painkillers is a high-energy wedding band based in Fort Collins, CO. Playing songs from all genres, this talented band wants to get all of your guests onto the dance floor. They are, however, happy to tone down their performances if a more low-key sound is what you’re after. KD & the Painkillers is made up of a group of skilled musicians happy to perform at both ceremony and reception. Kristy, Drake, Liz and Tim create 4 part harmonies and bring their unique style to their songs. The band consists of guitarists Drake and Michael, bass player Eric, drummer Barry, keyboard player Liz, and Tim on the trumpet. They are happy for couples to see them at one of their many public shows, to see their musical skills firsthand. With their array of instruments and vocal stylings, KD & the Painkillers are happy to tailor the setlist to suit the venue and atmosphere. KDPK's song list includes songs from the 60's through yesterday and focuses on fun, dance encouraging songs in the Rock and Country genres. KDPK recently played an outdoor festival and after 6 hours, still had not played every song in their repertoire! They always aim to make their client happy, helping them make joyous memories. The band is ready to act as MC for your wedding to make sure and schedules are respected. They have their own professional equipment to accent their performances.
