We hired Kelly as both our officiant and day-of coordinator for our wedding in Traverse City, and she exceeded every expectation. She performed the most beautiful ceremony & our family and friends are still talking about how personal and meaningful it was. On top of that, she coordinated all of our vendors, oversaw setup, and handled every detail behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy our day. Her assistant Megan was also the sweetest!!  In the months leading up to the wedding, Kelly took the time to have multiple phone calls and Zoom meetings with us to make sure every detail and every part of our vision was understood. Because of her preparation and dedication, everything came together seamlessly. I truly cannot recommend Kelly and her team enough. She went above and beyond in every way, and we are so grateful she was such an important part of our wedding. We had the best day of our lives, and so much of that was because of Kelly’s hard work, care, and genuine love for what she does. Kelly is the kind of planner you want in your corner during one of the biggest and most emotional days of your life. She is incredibly organized, thoughtful, responsive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, but beyond that, she genuinely cares about her couples. We never felt like we were simply another wedding on her calendar. She knew what mattered to us, remembered the little details, advocated for us when things became complicated, and continually made us feel like someone competent and trustworthy was looking out for us. There were so many moving pieces surrounding our wedding, from the chairlift and mountaintop ceremony logistics to transportation, setup, vendors, timing, weather concerns, reception details, and countless last-minute decisions. Kelly handled everything with such confidence and professionalism. Any time something unexpected came up, she was already thinking three steps ahead. She helped troubleshoot problems, communicated with the venue and vendors, kept everything moving, and protected us from so much of the stress happening behind the scenes. One thing we especially appreciated was how strongly Kelly advocated for us. She was never afraid to ask questions, clarify details, or push for something to be corrected when necessary. At the same time, she always remained professional and focused on finding a solution. Having someone who understood our vision and could speak up for us when we were overwhelmed was invaluable. Kelly also served as our officiant, and we are so happy she did. Having someone who had been so involved in our wedding and who knew us, our story, and what the day meant to us made the ceremony feel that much more personal. It was incredibly special having someone we trusted so much standing up there with us. Her on-site team was also wonderful. Everyone was kind, attentive, professional, and constantly working behind the scenes to make sure things were where they needed to be and that the day flowed smoothly. It was obvious that Kelly had built a team that shared her standards and genuinely cared about making the day special for us. Most importantly, because Kelly was there, we were actually able to be present at our wedding. Instead of spending the day worrying about timelines, vendors, setup, or what needed to happen next, we could enjoy ourselves and trust that she had it handled. That feeling is priceless. Kelly went so far above and beyond what we ever could have expected from a wedding planner. She was our planner, officiant, advocate, problem-solver, calming presence, and honestly one of the most important people involved in making our wedding happen. We will forever be grateful to her and her team. If you are considering hiring Kelly, do it. Truly. d when it came to the rehearsal and day of - she was worth her weight in gold. She communicated with all of our vendors leading up to the wedding, which was a huge relief.
