We used KDH shuttle for our wedding and it was perfect for what we needed it for. We had a bridal party of 13 total and fit pretty well no complaints. We used them to get us to our wedding photo location downtown cleveland and back. The photo location (unbeknown to us) was very difficult with parking/ drop off location- i’m sure it frustrated our driver but even then we were able to make it work. then it started to started to STORM in the middle of our outside photo shoot. He let us call him back way sooner then discussed and when came to a whole different location through heavy traffic to come get us. The driver was efficient- the Bus itself was comfortable- and the driver and overall company was vey accommodating. The only thing i can’t confirm is that one of my bridal party members mentioned the driver made a comment in frustration that we were “ taking too long” to get on when he first arrived …. but i can’t confirm this. We were behind schedule for sure, but once we did get on our driver did not seem bothered at all so 🤷‍♀️ Either way- i would for sure use KDH Shuttle again. I had a better experience using them then i have using “bigger branded”companies in the past.

If I could give KDH more than five stars, I absolutely would! They provided transportation for my daughter's bachelorette party, and the experience was so fantastic that we booked them again for her wedding. Kylan is professional, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He and his team provided exceptional service from beginning to end, making sure everything ran smoothly. Our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the drivers and the overall experience. I highly recommend KDH for any transportation needs. They helped make two very special celebrations stress-free, seamless, and memorable. Thank you, Kylan and the entire KDH team!

orked with us to make sure all logistics were covered. On the day of the wedding, the shuttle was clean and comfortable. Our guests really appreciated the smooth transportation to and from the venue, and we didn’t have to stress about anyone getting lost or driving late at night. The driver was professional and courteous, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for any event—especially weddings!
