We had our wedding at Mountain Shadows May 2024 and are so happy we chose Karen for our day of Cordinator. From the day her and I spoke on the phone I knew instantly I needed to work with her for our wedding day. We felt like we were in great hands from our first phone call. Karen was an absolute rockstar throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was not only my right and left hand, but also my guiding light. Her advice and options were invaluable when I was feeling unsure, and she kept everything organized like a pro. Thanks to her, our wedding day was beyond amazing. Karen had a calming presence that kept us at ease throughout the entire wedding day. Her ability to maintain a strong timeline ensured that everything ran smoothly and on schedule. On top of that, she provided us with a wonderful referral list, which helped us assemble an amazing team of vendors. Thanks to Karen, we had a dream team that made our wedding day absolutely perfect! Guests were amazed by how wonderful our wedding day was and we owe it all to Karen for helping us ensure the guests experience was a top priority.

Karen made all of my dreams come true for my wedding day!! My husband and I got married in September at Mountain Shadows and had the absolute perfect day thanks to Karen and the entire KDP team. From day one, Karen was professional, communicative, and super sweet! She was much more than a day-of coordinator - she truly went above and beyond with her level of engagement and support from the very beginning. I had been dreaming of this day since I was about 5 years old, so I really hoped everything would be as perfect as I had envisioned. Karen exceeded all expectations I had and more!! Every single detail was executed flawlessly. I was in awe of how beautiful everything turned out. Our guests even raved about Karen and how organized, professional, and “on it” she was. She didn’t miss a thing. The team was fantastic & so supportive throughout the entire process and literally made us feel so special day of. We couldn’t have done any of it without the KDP staff, so thank you again x1,000,000!! 10/10. Highly recommend!! I promise you will not be disappointed.

Karen made my wedding run so perfectly! Which let me add we had a heavy rain pour, people didn’t show up in our wedding party, and even a tornado warning. And let me tell you it was still a dream come true! I never felt one time that she wasn’t handling everything and that it wasn’t going to be the best night of my life. I am so beyond thankful and would recommend her a million times! Thank you so much Karen for helping make my dreams come true!
