ht every single one together so beautifully.
From the florals to the signage to the table setups, everything felt intentional, cohesive, and truly like a dream. You could tell how much care and creativity went into every part of the day.
She created one of the most stunning weddings we’ve had the chance to capture!
If you’re looking for a planner who can take your vision and turn it into something unforgettable, we highly recommend KDP Events!

late and I couldn’t be more appreciative. She is so kind, on the ball (thinking of everything before you even realize it should be done), and easy to talk to. Missing our convos already! Thank you to Karen and her entire team! 1000/10 recommend!
I couldn’t recommend Karen or her team more. She has a high attention to detail. Also very attentive and responsive to any questions or emails.
We had our wedding at Mountain Shadows May 2024 and are so happy we chose Karen for our day of Cordinator. From the day her and I spoke on the phone I knew instantly I needed to wo...
rk with her for our wedding day. We felt like we were in great hands from our first phone call. Karen was an absolute rockstar throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was not only my right and left hand, but also my guiding light. Her advice and options were invaluable when I was feeling unsure, and she kept everything organized like a pro. Thanks to her, our wedding day was beyond amazing. Karen had a calming presence that kept us at ease throughout the entire wedding day. Her ability to maintain a strong timeline ensured that everything ran smoothly and on schedule. On top of that, she provided us with a wonderful referral list, which helped us assemble an amazing team of vendors. Thanks to Karen, we had a dream team that made our wedding day absolutely perfect! Guests were amazed by how wonderful our wedding day was and we owe it all to Karen for helping us ensure the guests experience was a top priority.

tire KDP team. From day one, Karen was professional, communicative, and super sweet! She was much more than a day-of coordinator - she truly went above and beyond with her level of engagement and support from the very beginning. I had been dreaming of this day since I was about 5 years old, so I really hoped everything would be as perfect as I had envisioned. Karen exceeded all expectations I had and more!! Every single detail was executed flawlessly. I was in awe of how beautiful everything turned out. Our guests even raved about Karen and how organized, professional, and “on it” she was. She didn’t miss a thing. The team was fantastic & so supportive throughout the entire process and literally made us feel so special day of. We couldn’t have done any of it without the KDP staff, so thank you again x1,000,000!!
10/10. Highly recommend!! I promise you will not be disappointed.

ighly detail oriented. Karen is always on top of things and working hard to ensure that all moving pieces fall perfectly into place (which I appreciated immensely because I was out of state during the planning process). Karen exhibits true professionalism in this industry by initiating positive relationships with your vendors and making herself available to her clients (promptly responds to emails/calls). I had no worries on my wedding day because I knew that Karen was on it. Karen will treat your wedding like it is her own; she truly wants your special day to be beautiful, memorable, and enjoyable!
Karen with KDP events is seriously my "wedding guardian angel"! We hired her as a day-of-coordinator, but she was WAY more than that for us - worth every penny. From coordinating ...
with our other vendors, to getting our wild friends to pay attention, I was so impressed by her attention to detail. She held multiple meetings with us over the phone (we live out of state), but I also met with her in person and she always was so organized and had a plan ready to show us. She gave us suggestions from an insider point of view that we would've never thought of and on the day of the wedding she refused to let me be stressed - she took care of every small thing start to finish. She also helped put us in touch with other amazing vendors. If you want someone who is super organized and can give you peace of mind, I highly suggest working with Karen at KDP events!
Seriously, how to even start explaining how amazing Karen was at helping me plan our wedding. I think I would have never made it without her. I was planning my wedding at the Encha...
ntment in Sedona from abroad and had alot of my own ideas; Karen was an amazing listener, extremely flexible with all of our communications, and helped guide me to the best way to create the environment and feel I wanted for the wedding while staying within my budget. When I needed vendor suggestions, she had them, but she also worked with people that I found just a seamlessly. The best thing about Karen is that she is a wonderful, sweet person, and she has a calming presence that helped me throughout the whole year leading up to the event and the whole weekend of our wedding. She made sure I knew that she had everything under control, and she didnt miss a beat. I cannot recommend Karen highly enough!
