The website is cute and the guy I spoke to sounded professional and they showed up on time-bottom line- I had to stay "nice" because I was at their mercy to get my video- it took way longer than originally promised- about 4 months- the video is ok in quality and there are a few montages that I really like- but the sound quality when p[eople are talking is NOT the best and I have spoken to a few brides who NEVER even got their video because they used to go by a different name and that company went under.
