A week later Kristine contacted me to send some of the sample photos. She was apologetic because she said she didn't use the correct lens and so there were some "rain" effects on the photos. My husband and I actually loved this effect! She still offered to schedule another photoshoot free of charge! (while being able to keep photos from the first one). We turned it down because we already loved the first one so much, but it just shows how much she cares about her clients - wonderful customer service! She definitely captured the vibe we were going for - elegant, simple, urban.
