The Orchard Creek Band brings together experienced Colorado musicians playing bluegrass, classic country, old-time favorites and Americana.
Musicians' backgrounds range from years of playing traditional bluegrass locally, to touring and recording with nationally known artists.
Expect strong vocals, Dobro, guitar, mandolin, bass, banjo, and harmonica — from hard-driving bluegrass (e.g. Bill Monroe, Jimmy Martin, Stanley Bros., Flatt & Scruggs) and fiddle tunes to classic country favorites by Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Webb Pierce, Lefty Frizzell, and Buck Owens.
We can be lively and energetic when the music is the focus, or relaxed and unobtrusive when we're providing music for a cocktail hour, dinner or private gathering.
