Within minutes I could feel the stress lifting, because you could tell he knew what he was doing, and that he got what I was going through. We set up that first meeting and from then on no stone was left unturned. He knew all the right people (he seems to know everyone), and figured out all the details. I would have had a very different, and stressful, experience - but instead I got to enjoy my wedding. Literally priceless. And I am the last person to ever have thought about hiring a wedding planner but OMG, glad I did!

HAPPEN down to the last detail. They thought of everything and anticipated our needs before we even knew we would need them. Keith was with us in person from day 1 touring venues and meeting with all of the vendors (and most importantly, asking the vendors and venues all the questions we wouldn't think to ask). Keith also managed our vendor relationships so we never needed to get bogged down in details with any particular vendor (unless we wanted to of course). Our guests are all commenting at how outstanding the flow of the night went, and how every detail and vendor weaved together so seamlessly. From advising in the beginning of the planning stages, consulting along the way to day of services, they really allowed us to enjoy our day and not have to stress or sweat the small stuff. rstand us as gay men--in fact we wanted to support someone from the LGBTQ community because we wanted to make sure that they had expert knowledge with respect to LGBTQ friendly vendors. Keith's name came up and when we met with him, we immediately knew that he was the person we wanted to hire, and we have no regrets of doing so. We originally had a location in mind and were working on securing that on our own, but when things didn't go as planned, Keith stepped in and helped us find a great location. One of our fears with planning a wedding in Florida and living in Charlotte was that we'd have a hard time making sure that all our dreams came to fruition. Keith seriously made sure that everything was taken care of. He was constantly available to chat, especially in times when we started stressing, he looked for the best deals but kept in mind the vibe we wanted to give at the wedding. He always had suggestion on vendors and had great relationships with them. I can not emphasis enough how thoughtful and caring Keith is!! One thing that I really loved about Keith was the fact that he allowed us to visualize everything we wanted and then made sure it actually happened. He took the stress out of planning...well there was still stress but that's because it's a wedding but he made sure to listen and ease the stress. On wedding day...he took charge. He was there and made sure that all the stress was on him and not on us nor our guests. He handled everything perfectly. Only thing I wish we had done differently, was getting a picture with him on our wedding day! Post wedding, we had some issues with the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour not delivering the level of service that they're known for and also over charging us on our bill (their computer system was doing the math wrong, and it was Keith who figured that out), and Keith was there to help with the conversations and advocate on our behalf...even when his job as our wedding planner was over!! He is truly one of the best professionals out there and HIGHLY recommend him. If you're ever looking for a planner for any event make sure to reach out to him. You won't be let down!! Additionally, one thing that's also helpful is that he has an award winning show on Youtube with many of the topics that come up when wedding planning, so if you're ever wondering about something you can go listen to him and his guest speakers talk about these topics!! LOVE THIS MAN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!

and making the experience feel fuller and easier. We were supposed to get married April 4, 2020, so you can guess what happened next. Though I know Keith was incredibly stressed by the changes caused by the pandemic, he was our rock during these times with regards to how we would pull off a postponed wedding. He rly took over at this point, helped us move the date with all the vendors, navigate the complicated negotiations that came about in the messiness of pandemic event planning, and get through some minor and major hiccups. I really feel that a wedding was too much work for us as a couple, too many moving parts, and the pandemic magnified that 10-fold. Keith's help was enormous during this time and he was calm and non-combative throughout. Come the actual, very postponed event and it was stunning. I noticed that Keith went above and beyond bringing decor from his collection to amplify the space we had. I will not forget how incredibly colorful and wistful the dinner space looked with his work. And, if I'm honest, there were more than a few hiccups the day of the wedding (mostly not Keith's fault or even our staff's fault), but we barely noticed them as Keith toiled in the background to make things go smoothly, and I'm sure our guests noticed none. These things happen of course! What I feel Keith was best at was what we might call "customer service." He was always calm, supportive, excited, and accepting during a long period of anxiety for us. He always met us at our taste/style though making good suggestions throughout and demystified a lot of the weirdness of event planning for us. If I have any negative, it's probably just that in the run up to the wedding (say the last couple weeks) I felt like I lost some check-ins with him, I think because of inordinate busy-ness from some other events. But day of he was super on it, so I don't think much of it and we've felt so thankful to him throughout. I also want to say that as a gay couple, it meant a lot to have a gay planner, who helped us make the wedding feel nontraditional but still smart and elegant and fun. Thank you Keith for everything and I hope we never drove you too crazy.

The staff at the Reef is extremely experienced in hosting major events for members, including galas and parties of all shapes and sizes, as well as conferences from all over. The Ocean Reef wedding coordinator offered a recommendation for Keith Willard Events. From our first meeting I felt extremely comfortable with Keith’s professionalism and experience in planning and orchestrating events. At this first meeting he took a clear read on what we were looking for and what out budget would be. At this point we were 18 months out from our date, and he presented a clear timeline for what needed to happen when. This was effectively going to be a destination wedding with 3 days of events so there were a lot of details to nail down. Keith recommended bands, florists, printers and photographers that fit with our esthetic, and within our budget. He gave us 4 or 5 of each to start to to choose from, which made the decision process so much more manageable. Always available, never pushy, always open to my ideas and forever patient he helped me negotiate contracts which of course became extremely important as COVID interrupted our plans. Our first date was October 2020 which clearly was not going to work for a gathering of 150, and we opted to have a small family gathering at our home. We pushed out the date for the big wedding to September of 2021 thinking that COVID would be a faint memory by then. Best laid plans…..Keith negotiated with all of our vendors, all who agreed to move the date without penalty, except for one who charged a nominal fee. Miraculously everyone was available. We thought we were off the hook but Delta had other plans. We shrunk our lists again, and were able to welcome 95 fully vaccinated guests to mostly outdoor venues. Every vendor was vaccinated and the staff at Ocean Reef was always masked, hoping to insure everyone’s safety. And no one got sick! The weekend went off without a hitch. The bride and groom were thrilled, everyone had a blast and felt well taken care of. Absolutely no possible way this could have transpired without the guidance of Keith and his amazing team who were available to orchestrate every aspect. From helping to manage issues for our guests, to directing traffic from one venue to another, to constantly letting us know that they were there for us every step of the way the Keith Willard team was just excellent. No detail was too small, no question remained unanswered. After 2 1/2 years, 3 wedding dresses, 2 weddings, 2 sets of flowers, many menus, lots of save the dates and changes, I would recommend this group to anyone who is looking for any type of help with their event or wedding.

He was very organized, concise and honest, which meant a lot to me with a very Type A personality that thought I could plan & execute the entire wedding myself. (haha! There is no way I could have!) on July 17 2021 @ Indian Springs Country Club. From getting the vendors in place and hired. He also worked with the Hotel to block out rooms for out of town guest and the wedding party. Keeping all of us calm on the day of the wedding - setting the venue up, walk down the isle, cocktail hour, reception, dinner, cutting the cake, to the end of the night with a goodbye to Bride and Groom with Sparklers!!!. He did not miss a beat- everything went smooth and on time. His assistant Brooke was also on point with all the details and checking in throughout the night to see if we needed anything. You Will NOT find anyone better. I give them 5 stars and 100% approved. Thank you for the Best Wedding Ever!!!!!!!!!

e had to change the date due to Covid, Keith was instrumental in renegotiating all the contracts with the vendors. When it came closer to the event, he executed everything beautifully. He was always available for a phone call. If he couldn't pick up that minute he immediately sent a text "call you right back". He is thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of event planning and appears to know many everyone in the industry. His experience is invaluable. The night of the wedding ran smoothly based on the timeline he created. My family and I would highly recommend his services for any event you have to plan.

fairy godmothers of my wedding day. A month before my wedding, my first planner had a conflict and I was introduced to Keith during our final meeting with the venue. Keith approached our event with excitement and confidence, lending positivity to a very stressed COVID bride utilizing a new venue. Keith's team worked tirelessly on our big day ensuring every detail was in place and all our vendors were coordinated. And when things came up during the wedding (as they always will), Keith was poised to crisis manage. He will stop at nothing to ensure your day is everything you envision. His timing is impeccable - When our pre-ceremony vow exchange went sideways, Keith improvised a private moment for my husband and I on a church stairwell which brought tears to our eyes. Not to mention his brilliant collaboration with my photographer for the most epic photos. His team worked so nicely with all the vendors which meant so much considering we met him so late in the planning process. Both of our families were so grateful for Keith's professionalism, commitment and coordination over the entire event. I truly couldn't not thank him and Brooke enough.

Keith is a dedicated visionary who works tirelessly to create your magic from start to finish and makes everything happen to perfection. This Shower theme was no easy task and he made it fun, creative, exciting and full of surprises from the moment you entered the venue. Our guests were constantly entertained and said they’ve never been to a Shower like that ! All Keith’s vendors are professional and attentive to details. He was on point answering emails, calls, changes and far out ideas. The whole process was totally stress free; I was a guest at my own party. He is personable and reads all the different family members keeping everyone happy. This event was a huge success and all thanks to Keith Willard!

I gave them a call and shopped around (absolutely devastated) but nobody clicked with me like Keith did. Well the next day he calls me back — his wedding had cancel due to Covid so he was officially mine, and he was hired on the spot. From the beginning, he was helpful, inventive, creative, and 100% on team bride— always making sure I was happy and stress free. Through the months leading up to December, Keith was available 24/7 to answer emails, texts, and a million questions from me, my groomzilla, my mom and MIL. Keith truly handled every single person with tact, kindness, and intelligence (due to his AMAZING experience in planning) Obviously covid was a huge hurdle, and Keith’s ideas were perfect to ensure that my 60 person wedding (cut from 110) was 100% safe yet still drop dead gorgeous and unforgettable. Within the last week of planning for the wedding, the whole event had to be moved from the ballroom to the outside rooftop terrace. Do you know how difficult it is to corral people from a beach ceremony all the way up 11 floors for the reception? I don’t, because Keith handled all of that, and every person there was happy. Every single detail of my event was accounted for and Keith truly made the entire wedding run so smoothly and efficiently, I was half hoping to see him at the end of the aisle!! Keith and Brooke worked tirelessly to make sure I had the most amazing (and safe) day— they advocated for me when I was busy speaking with guests and when they knew I was too shy to speak up. The little details they did to make my day and night were unforgettable— from ensuring I didn’t have to worry about my brothers knowing when to walk my mom to bringing extra lighting for the outdoor nighttime reception, and even spreading rose petals on my bed and cleaning up my room to come into after a late night. Keith understands his clients and knows exactly the inspiration and suggestions to make based on each bride. Of all my vendors, Keith stood the tallest and was the most stand out of them all. I couldn’t recommend anyone more than this planner- If I could scream his name from the rooftops, I would!!! Keith truly made me feel like his only client— when in fact, after insta-stalking him, I found out he had other events that same weekend!! I would have never known, in fact, I would’ve thought I was his only client of 2020 with how much effort and work he put into me and my wedding. 100/10 I would hire Keith again— in fact, my mom did in fact hire him immediately at my wedding for my upcoming baby shower in March. I feel so incredibly lucky to have had Keith on my team, and I know you will too. I promise, this is the planner you’re looking for. Thank you to Keith and Brooke!!!!

I was feeling so discouraged and emotionally overwhelmed trying to plan a wedding this year, but Keith got me back on track and feeling excited for the first time during the whole wedding planning process. He set up our Zoom livestream which worked perfectly, and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding. He even threw in some extra goodies that he had left over from previous events that were a big hit. Not only is Keith an incredible planner and coordinator, but he is an amazingly kind and compassionate human being and it was so wonderful working with him.

e that is his knack. He’s also a pleasure to be around, someone you want to come to your tasting with, someone you want to share an idea with and then see him perfect it to ‘Keith Style’. Keith Style to me, number one, is energy. He has the type of energy you want for a big day – that day that is so special and you’ve put a lot of thought into. Besides his final impression on us, which is what I wrote above, his first impression is also what connected us. I told him a brief idea of what I was thinking (including price range) - sometime after our first chat not only did he get back to me with pricing, but also with selected vendors (with pricing) and ideas that we could consider. Most of the other coordinators I reached out to provided little to no ideas/value prior to committing with them. I understand that its difficult/time consuming to put in effort into a client that may not hire you, but again I have to believe that Keith is a natural at this, and these are the things that make him stand out from the rest. Last, on the day of the event I was not focused on the details (nor did I want to) so I was happy that I had picked the right person that provided that comfort, and at the same time provided the element of surprise and magic. After the party I had a few people comment on Keith; the comments were to the effect of ‘oh wow your event coordinator really made sure we saw this/did that/ etc. … all the things we had talked about and worked on for months. So it was both nice that our friends experienced the experiences we wanted them to enjoy and that Keith was there making it happen.

My life is chaotic, were a military couple that travelled a lot so when I say Keith was my lifeline I say it with no exaggeration. Our wedding was in Ft. Lauderdale, FL; my husband & I go back & forth from San Fran to Orlando so it was critical having a point of contact in south Florida who knew their stuff & boy does he know his stuff! Keith even went back & RENEGOTIATED CONTRACTS AFTER I HAD SIGNED to get me a better deal because so many VENDORS that know him offer DISCOUNTS TO HIS CLIENTS which is just an added bonus. The one time fee I paid Keith as a Day of Coordinator was easily made up in the discounts he brought with him! Not to mention he uses his own resources to make sure your wedding is nothing short of magical. Keith brought in dozens of his own uplights (hundreds saved) as well as pub table wraps etc. My one request, dream really, was to have Chinese laterns on the beach at the end of the night. Keith went above and beyond putting up lights all over the beach so my guests could see & bought special latern lighters assisting all my guests with this magical moment! He was with me every step through phone calls, emails, & texts. He helped me in connecting me with the right people & making sure all my visions came true. He even met me at my venue to go over the space & contract (something you normally would pay a full time planner for) Keith knew my situation with the military and didnt even hesitate when I told him I was coming down to south FL for a day in order to meet with the venue...immediately he said "I'm there" When we met for the first time that day it was like meeting an old friend. Keith helped me remain calm, understood my sarcastic "It is what it is" sense of humor & became my only go to leading up to the wedding. He made sure things were the way I wanted & even questioned me when I would just agree because he knew I was just saying yes to say yes, that's how good he is! He always was there when I called or texted back & never went more than a few hours without returning a call when he couldn't answer. Ladies THIS IS YOUR GUY! The added touches, convenience, connections, & monetary savings were all better than I could have imagined when I hired Keith but the best part of having him as my coordinator was something I never expected....he became my true friend, my therapist lol, he made sure I cared & didnt lose hope when things (military and well family lol) would come up. This man even stood up to my mother at the wedding!!! Lol I'm indian and my husband is from Tennessee so it was a unique mixture & Keith was there the entire time waiting for facial ques I didnt even know I was giving to jump in & pull me away if I was getting overwhelmed (think My Big Fat Greek Wedding!) He quickly went from my Day of Coordinator to my greatest allie & amazing friend....& that ladies is something that is priceless! Keith was able to pop by our venue on a few occasions, receive shipments on our behalf, etc. He also had great suggestions for a printer, a photographer / videographer, a florist, etc. We didn't have to waste time searching for those vendors. He also put together our floor plan, "designed" the space with the florist based on our input, and just helped the event come to life overall. Once we were in wedding week - we didn't spend any time worrying . Keith and team coordinated the buses, the lighting in the venue (brought his own up-lights! HUGE value there alone), the florists, watched the weather (and the need to move inside vs. out), etc. They really allowed us to focus on the event, and have a fantastic time. Several weeks / months out there were times I wanted more focus or a quicker response from Keith - but then I had to remind myself that he was working on other events at those times. Once we got to our wedding week, and especially the weekend itself, Keith and his team went above and beyond. They really will allow the bride and groom to focus on having fun, and not worrying about any details.

They made sure my husband and I knew where to be and when, they helped me bustle my dress, make our toast/speeches, decide on different vendors, and helped set up on the morning of. He even brought my bridesmaids and I a speaker while we were getting ready and helped negotiate different things with our venue. He created our timeline, worked with all vendors, and made sure everything ran on time. I will be recommending Keith to ALL of my friends and family. He picked up most of the wedding items (anything that I didn't feel that I had to bring myself) the week before our wedding, so I barely had to bring anything with me. On the day of, I couldn't imagine not having him and his assistant there. He was the liaison between all the vendors and the wedding party, and not only did he make me feel better all day, but my bridesmaids also sang his praises! He was not only professional, but also just really fun to work with!
