We got to see the sun set over the lake across the street; it was magical! All of the staff were amazing, especially Lyndsey! She was very accommodating and helped guide us and gave us suggestions which was very helpful as we had never planned a wedding and she has helped plan many, so her advice was very valuable! She is also super sweet and very attentive! The food was great and I loved how the chef is very serious when it comes to allergies, coming from someone who has a severe allergy as well as others in my family. The servers, bartenders, and manager were all incredible and really made the night special! I could not recommend this place enough!!!

Even though it rained, we were still able to find beautiful spots inside to take pictures. We even got about 30 minutes to take some at the beautiful spots outside when there was a break in the rain. Monday morning, I received a follow up email from Lyndsey, the senior catering sales manager. She was very professional, helpful, and honest the whole step of the way! My husband and I fell in love with Keller Golf Course, and booked our reception, ceremony, and grooms dinner there. The whole planning process leading up to the wedding was nothing but fabulous! The staff is very helpful! Lyndsey is amazing to say the least! She makes everything so easy for you! She always delivered quick responses to my questions! The staff were friendly and caring. The food was amazing! We received so many compliments of how good the food was and how amazing the venue was!

While the location is beautiful, we truly chose the Keller over any other venue because we wanted to work with Lyndsey for our wedding. She was there EVERY step of the process -- from the menus to the timeline to figuring out rental decor -- and she kept us from becoming overwhelmed and lost in the details. It was very easy to set up our rehearsal and coordinate time to set things up the night before/morning of the wedding. As for the big day, the staff pulled everything off spectacularly and we were able to just enjoy our wedding day. Lancer catering did an awesome job with our food and we were able to get our favorites stocked at the bar for our guests. Thank you so much Keller staff, Lancer, and most of all, Lyndsey!!

One of the things we liked best about Keller was that we could set up the fireplace room for games and quiet conversation, and dancing in the ballroom. tale wedding and got it. The day was absolutely MAGICAL. Lyndsey Lyon, our wedding coordinator with Lancer Cetering went above and beyond our expectations. She was amazing to work with. Amazing. She made us feel like she was on our team— right away she let us know that this was our wedding and that she would do everything she could to make it special for us. Often times, when loved ones help newlyweds plan their wedding, their expectations of what a wedding should be like take priority and over power what the couple really wants. Lyndsey did a wonderful job of making our voice be heard and not over powered by our parents. It brought us comfort knowing we had her in our corner. The open house is 100% worth going to. It’s a fun night of free food and seeing the potential of the wedding space. There were twenty other couples + parents there, and Lyndsey made us feel like we were the only bride and groom at the event. We live an hour and a half away from the golf course, so it made our trip to that much more meaningful. I highly suggest you pay for the draping and cafe lights. It’s ridiculously expensive but extravagantly beautiful. It adds to the “experience” for your wedding. I am still swooning over our reception photos. We had our DJ bring in uplighting— another “worth it” cost. Even if you don’t want to spend a lot of money, having these elements makes it appear like you did. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. For all my foodies in the house, you’re welcome. We had the Harvest Salad, Chicken Skewers and Bacon Wrapped Dates as appetizers, Tuscan Chicken and Pork Tenderloin with potatoes and vegetables as main entrees. So happy with our meal choices! I’m still drooling. Do the taste test. We hope you get something out of this review. Keller is worth every penny.

I honestly was blown away at all her knowledge and insight on every detail that I was at times too overwhelmed to even think of. She truly made my entire experience more than I could ask for, and I feel like I have gained a friend in a way. The entire event, ceremony, dinner and reception were literally flawless. The stunning decor, views, and menu are one of a kind. Our guests begged for the gravy recipe, and many said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The staff throughout the night, including the bartender, were all such kind and helpful people. I cannot say it enough, my day was absolutely incredible, and unforgettable, and if you want to experience the greatest day of your life, in a way you didn't think possible, Keller and Lancer Catering are the place to beat.

We fell in love with the location and staff during our first tour there! Our day ran smoothly, but we were unable to set up the night before (due to another party being hosted there). We were able to get there at 10AM and staff had set up tables and linens and we were able to jump right into the centerpiece making (the groomsmen did, actually). The only setback we did have was halfway though the engagement, we were told that the menu prices were going up and our quote was going up (quite significantly). We contacted Lyndsey and she discussed a plan with her manager and we were given some credit for lighting. Having her was such a blessing! We highly suggest Keller Golf Course as a venue -for both the beauty and the amazing staff!

ted Keller. Once we stepped foot inside the ballroom, our decision was made. The building is new, but has an old school charm to it (with some original pieces that were salvaged from the original clubhouse present in the new one). The ceilings are high and vaulted, the rooms are filled with natural light, and the restrooms are clean, and the staff is pleasant. The patio is open to use for guests (as well as to golfers, although this was not a huge problem for us). This made for a nice escape for our guests who wanted to catch a break from dancing and enjoy a drink outside. We received many compliments on our food throughout the night. We opted to do a buffet for dinner and have a late night french fry bar too. The guests loved this and Lancer Catering helped us meet all our requests and stay in the budget. While the price for the venue and the food was originally more than we would like to pay, food and venue were very important to us and we were able to feed our 170 guests delicious food three separate times throughout the night.
