when it would be available, and would show us options if our first choice was going to be too expensive for our budget. She totally thought through every detail, and was very cognisant of involving Jason in the process of choice!!! The flowers turned out exactly as I imagined, but better!!! People are still complimenting me on the flowers through the photographs! If you want to trust that the flowers and design you want are what you get, you MUST go to Kelley, she is a legend!!!

ole wedding magnificent. My first meeting with Kelley energized me. Based on just my invitation design, she instantaneously leaped into creative mode and threw out so many awesome ideas. I knew right away that she was the one to go with. Kelley is the cornerstone of what made my wedding so special. Her ideas and designs are unique, and the end result was so "me", and my wedding's theme. Kelley was always responsive to my emails, but after she got an assistant to help her out, she was even more responsive on contract revisions. Kelley did somewhat stretch my budget...well beyond where I wanted to be... but I do not regret it at all. She will listen to you, and she will work with you to bring down cost, but you do get what you pay for! My delivery was on-time, even though it was 8AM on a Saturday. Set-up was done perfectly.

en we walked into the ceremony I was blown away by the altar arrangements. Then we get to the reception and words can not describe the spectacular design she made happen. I think every single guest came up to us at some point to state how blown away they were when they walked into the reception. That they had never seen such an amazing floral design for a wedding. That is something that every bride wants to hear after the agonizing hours spent dreaming it up. I can not say enough about Kelley's work.

ment ring and a diamond pendant form another grandmother into my bouquet. It was beautiful and not at all gawdy. She was a joy to work with, so sweet and she really listened to what I wanted. She even sent a card along congrtulating my husband and I.

So if i came in dressed down, i would have saved tons! Needless to say, I didnt use them!! HOWEVER she DID designed my Sisters wedding recently (after i had met with them) and it was horrible! They were very late, wasnt able to take photos prior as the flowers were not there and the ceremony flowers were horrible with bare spots and wilted old flowers. Flowers fell out of my sister's bouquet (the bride!!) while walking down the aisle, my bouquet was wilted, centerpieces were pathetic and had huge gaping holes and bare spots. Everything was old!! While everything else with all other venders was perfect, we actually dreaded to see the flowers again in the pictures. We found out afterwards that this is generally the case with Kelly's Bloom Room. We have heard many times over now not to use them. Wish we listened! NOT IMPRESSED!! We should have received credit however they refused. awful. If we could give a lower rating we would!
