with those that met the most to us. She pulled us away, when the evening light was just right, for some additional photos. Her package was straight forward and just what I was looking for. Our photo album is beautiful and it was easy to download all of our photos. I would recommend Kelli!

y close to wedding day and a schedule was not made so I made my own photo schedule. On the wedding day, she was an hour late. I introduced myself to the second photographer and she didn't know Kelli's name because she said she had been hired the night before. The second photographer followed Kelli around when I had hired her so that more area could be covered. I had to organize the groups for photos despite me making a detailed list of every shot that needed to be taken and the names of every person in each photo. There were also pictures that were really important to us that were not taken because the sheet was not looked at. I was given 5 different dates for the photos to be finalized and they were finally completed (for the most part) in December after another editor was hired to do the job. This was very frustrating because I paid Kelli to do the job because I was pleased with HER work. I was very pleased with a lot of the photos and some left much to be desired. In the majority of our couple photos my dress was wrinkled in the middle and I was never told but of course I couldn't see this to know to fix it. When the photos were uploaded, there was an editing issue that affected almost all of the photographs. It was caught by me and then we had to wait several weeks for it to be fixed. There were also many pictures missing that we took that were apparently weeded out by the hired editor. I will say our wedding was in August 2020 during the pandemic and Kelli had some personal things in her family that were out of her control. However, she was still hired to do the job that I paid her for. It is now May and there have been a few things that I have contacted Kelli about and she has not responded since January 27th.
