Kellogg Photography

May 10, 2019 (8 MONTHS AFTER THE WEDDING) we FINALLY received the book of pictures that were promised in our contract. It took an absurd amount of phone calls, emails and Messenger messages in order to even get an answer from Mr. Brian Kellogg. We even contacted an attorney and were preparing to file in court against him. My daughter stated that she thought losing electricity at their venue 30 minutes before the wedding on one of the hottest days of the year was going to be what she remembered the most about her wedding (the power was off for 6 hours) but it's not...it was the horrible experience of trying to get their photographer, Mr. Brian Kellogg, to honor their contract so that they could receive their photos and their book of wedding pictures. I can only speak of the experience that we are having so here is my honest review of Kellogg Photography. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Planning a wedding is stressful enough without lack of communication from what we considered one of the most important vendors of our daughters wedding. She chose Mr. Brian Kellogg because she had faith that he would deliver all that he had promised both verbally and in the contract that she signed with him. Once the full amount was paid... $3995.00 as she chose the Silver Package that he offered...communication became almost non existent. He would schedule a phone call with my daughter and her fiance and stress the importance of his time and to be ready when he called...then he wouldn't call. One evening he scheduled a phone call with them at 5pm & rudely told them his time was important and didn't call. Then text our daughter at 11pm after she had left repeated voicemails trying to find out what was going on and wanted to call her then. Well, he may be a busy person, but, so is everyone else. Another reviewer stated that group and family shots were disorganized and chaotic. That is EXACTLY what happened to us. There were also signs in the background of family photos, chairs, tables, etc...that were not cropped out when there were many other places that the photos could have been taken to avoid this. After the wedding ALL communication became pretty much non existent. My daughter has been trying to get a response by emailing and calling Mr. Kellogg repeatedly since the week before Christmas to receive a 10x10 bound book of her wedding photos that the contract states is valued at $1999.00. Our daughter and her husband met with him before Thanksgiving and he promised them that they would have the photo book in time to show Parents and Grandparents at Christmastime. She has yet to receive a response from him and today is January 31, 2019. Did I mention her wedding was September 15, 2018? I attempted through his Facebook page to get in contact with Mr. Kellogg and he continues to ignore us. I contacted him through Messenger and have seen that he read my message and has chosen to not reply. So, do yourself a favor and DO NOT put yourself through what we are going through. GET A DIFFERENT PHOTOGRAPHER. There are a lot of really great photographers out there and it's just not worth it to put yourself through this when it is supposed to be one of the happiest times in your life. This isn't our first wedding. This is our 3rd daughter to get married, so, we have dealt with many vendors throughout all 3 weddings and never have we had problems like we are having with Mr. Kellogg.
