accommodating. They made us feel extremely comfortable with them immediately and were very warm and welcoming. We had a venue that was particularly hard to shoot (it had tons of windows) and many other photographers had pictures from the same venue with glares off the glass. Not Kelly. Her pictures in the space were stunning and we immediately knew we wanted her and her team on our special day. I also want to emphasize how wonderfully flexible they were as well. The week leading up to our wedding consisted of a hurricane that decided to come for our wedding weekend. It was pouring rain all week and into the weekend, and we needed to find a last minute indoor photo location for the day of. She was our angel. She answered the multitude of panicked calls we made to her trying to work out a location at the last minute. Needless to say after all that, our photos turned out GORGEOUS! We still are getting compliments on our pictures months later. I cannot thank Kelly and her husband enough for their hard work and spending the whole day with us. They were a joy to have around and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a high-quality, wonderfully helpful photography team.

ooked 8 months in advance). I sent her our plan for the day and a link to our wedding page; Kelly took the time to familiarize herself with us and our story, so on our wedding day it felt like we had a friend with us, not just a photographer.
Our wedding was at St. Seraphim Orthodox Cathedral (OCA) and Kelly came to our rehearsal to check the lighting in the church. From there she drove to Dallas City Hall Plaza (our selected spot for outdoor pictures), plus to our hotels to check on driving time and photo options. Also, on our wedding day Kelly taught me how not to cry. I was so emotional that day that a small compliment would have made me cry. However, I managed not to cry because of what Kelly taught me...
Now speaking of the pictures Kelly and Cody took, we saw a few the next day and my husband and I were speechless... we loved all of them. They are so beautiful that they look like they belong in a magazine... Kelly made us and our wedding party feel natural, we had so much fun taking the outdoor pictures. It feels like the pictures were taken by somebody who knew us very well... I can only imagine what she can achieve when she gets to know a couple earlier, over an engagement photo shoot or other opportunities before the wedding...
It's not an exaggeration, I really think Kelly was God sent to us. She didn't just save our wedding day, she captured the key moments better than I imagined anybody could. I like photography and I appreciate her work even more than otherwise. Kelly is unique and she will bring her knowledge and experience to your event, making it stand the test of time.

Then for our wedding they traveled to Vegas for 3 days and shot all three events for me. Every sessions came out perfect and was 100% what I wanted and had in mind. I got my pictures back very quickly even with 3 days of footage, which was amazing and appreciated. Every bride anticipates and cant wait for the pictures! When considering locations and ideas for our save the date and engagement sessions, Kelly really took the time to get to know our interests and hobbies. She wanted WHO we were to stand out to anyone looking at these pictures. My husband and I have very different hobbies, so she made sure to find locations and activities that suited each of us individually and also ones that crossed over and showed our personalities together.
For the wedding, she scouted all of our locations in advance and had a plan of action and timeline set down to keep us on schedule. We decided on a first look and she handled the nerves and the tears and my dress's train beautifully.
Her creativity in selecting the various locations and poses during the entire day was amazing. She also took our suggestions for several shots that we absolutely needed to have with some guests during the ceremony and reception with ease. With all of our families running around like crazy, it was Kelly who was our anchor throughout the day.
She also was very good about getting the photos needed while family and others are also surrounding you trying to take their own selfies and photos. We asked guests to not take photos during the ceremony, but allowed their cameras to be out during the reception. Kelly was professional and firm when her shot was the focus - after all her shot is the one that you are paying for, but she was also kind and courteous to everyone trying to snap their own at the same time.
The quality, clarity and beauty of all of her photos captured our day so well. When we shared them with family and friends unable to attend the wedding, they said they felt as if they had been present because she froze those moments for all time for us.
I would highly recommend Kelly Alexander for your wedding or any photography needs. She is now more than a vendor, she is a friend. We plan to use her for all of our professional and family photography needs in the future.

Kelly is such a natural at getting everyone to smile and she blends right in so no one feels singled out or put on the spot to pose. Her natural approach comes so natural to her. We chose them because they have the wonderful ability to put everyone at ease with their relaxed personalities while photographing the event(and that is very important !) They captured Kendyl and Chris' personalities beautifully through their camera's eye. This is what you want , when you look back at the video and photos.....you can actually get a true representation and feel for the whole event. and two photographers... Not only were they flexible with the timing (stayed about an hour after without charge!!) but they brought four photographers without additional charge as well. They were so nice the entire time and the pictures were phenomenal! They took approx 800 pictures over five hours! They offered free prints and gave us full rights to the digital copies via a cd. They have a very quick turnaround on the picture edits and prints. One last thing: we saw them at a friends wedding as well as a rangers game they remembered us each time. These guys aren't just in business to make money, they build relationships and are here to take photos from your wedding and throughout every stage of your life.
