She was so helpful throughout the process as my husband and I did not have any idea what we were doing and she provided extremely helpful guidance while also carefully listening to our opinions and making sure that our vision was carefully executed. Our venue and a few vendors proved pretty challenging to deal with and Kelly always put us at ease whenever anything seemed to not be according to plan during the planning process. The wedding day itself went so well that we actually received compliments from guests on how smooth everything was. Ultimately, Kelly's know-how also saved us a ton of money during the planning process by not making mistakes during vendor contracting or ordering. A wedding planner is definitely a must for anyone who is trying to plan a wedding on a busy schedule and Kelly is the best of the best!

elp her plan her wedding. We live in NY so I cannot tell you what a relief it was to have her. She handled every detail of the wedding and more. I don’t know what we would’ve done without her. I’ve never worked with a wedding planner and I’m so used to doing everything myself so I was a little skeptical every time I asked my daughter about something and she would reply ‘Kelly’s handling it,’ and she handled EVERY LITTLE DETAIL!! On the day of the wedding, which could be chaotic, everything flowed so smoothly. She gave everyone a schedule of events the night before and it was the most stress free day ever. From making sure everyone was eating (yes, she did!) hair, make-up, pictures, setting up at the venue and making sure everyone and everything was perfect. she even made sure everything was brought back to our room after the wedding. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding long distance or otherwise. It eliminates all the stresses of planning a wedding. I’d give 100 stars if I could!!! Thank you Kelly for making T&D’s big day a total success from start to finish!!!

She took control with ease and handled every single vendor and detail to the point where when I asked about a vendor she said I’ve been in contact with them and they are good. She handled the wedding with so much detail exactly how my ocd self would’ve wanted! We also DIY-Ed a ton of decorations and without Kelly’s help it wouldn’t have been possible. I enjoyed the entire evening because of her! My only regret is not having her for all the additional ceremony days prior to the wedding. Kelly was introduced to us by the caterers who thought she was the best planner they'd worked with (and the caterer does more than a dozen weddings every month, Bill Hansen, they're great too). Kelly helped us to identify a number of great vendors and negotiate good deals with them, organized all of our physical items which was so important as we live out of town, ensured all the vendors were coordinated on the wedding day, and did a million other things behind the scenes I'm sure that never even got to us to make it an amazing day. We're pretty sure we're done with weddings, but if we swing back for a vow renewal in 20 years we hope Kelly is still in the business.

Finding Kelly was such a blessing! She is an absolute angel. She eased my anxiety right away. She is organized, professional and such a sweetheart. She provides exactly what she advertises... Throughout the year of planning, she was always available to talk, bounce ideas off of and made sure I was staying on track. She gave me great vendor recommendations that were not only professional and experienced, but also in our budget. From the beginning she listened to our concerns and made sure that the things that were important to us were handled with extra detail. On actual wedding day, Kelly was wonderful. I never realized how much of a production it is to have a wedding. From set up to break down, Kelly made sure everything ran smoothly. Every problem/ fear/ anxiety that I had through planning and on wedding day, she always found a solution. She never seemed stressed and seems to really love what she does. Thank you Kelly!! seamlessly planned a change from our reception being outside to being in a different location the day of the wedding, leaving us stress free. She even made sure we had our wedding cake and everything from the wedding that was ours back in our room at the end of the night so we truly had nothing to worry about. She is the best investment you can make for your wedding!

All of our vendors praised her and indicated that she is one of the best coordinators they have worked with. Several of our guests said this was the most organized wedding they have attended. ithin three weeks of time. Kelly was AMAZING! To say the least. I recommend her to all of my friends. Me and my husband, friends and parents still talk about how great Kelly was. Honestly if I did not have her I think my wedding would’ve been a disaster. I love her and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but her to hire! She was a literal blessing in disguise for our wedding days! As soon as she got there she jumped into action without any hesitation. I can never have enough great things to say about Kelly. She was like my friend/support. I’m going to make sure all my friends hire her for their wedding.

Kelly for full planning back in 2019, and she helped us look into and figure out venues, vendors, and literally had advice for everything. We were originally supposed to get married in April 2020, and due to covid we pushed it to October 2020, and then finally April, 2021. Even with all the changes and hiccups that covid brought, like a florist who suddenly went out of business 3 months before our new actual wedding, or the venue completely throwing us a curveball because the city wouldn't issue a gathering permit for the Beach like I had been planning the whole time, and lastly a HORRIBLE experience with the venue coordinator, Kelly was there to make sure we got it all figured out. I may have been so nervous I threw up on my wedding day, but let me assure you it wasn't out of planning stress. Kelly was there to make sure everything went smoothly, and it did. My now husband, who was very removed from the planning process (he literally hates planning anything) even said how awesome Kelly was and how he loved how well she coordinated everything on our wedding day. Kelly is awesome, great at communicating, and knows what's she's doing, so I can't recommend her enough. She also has some killer dance moves (we saw you getting down over by the DJ with Becky 😜)! Stop considering her and just call her already!

o the wedding, she met us for a walkthrough of the spaces, led the entire rehearsal and was there to answer any and all of our questions without hesitation and with such calmness in the planning craziness. On the day of, Kelly and her assistant kept both me, my husband and family relaxed and on time with everything. Luckily we only had minor issues arise but they were always right there with a fix. We still have both of our families raving how awesome and helpful she was.

about the tiny details of planning our wedding, she allowed us to actually enjoy ourselves and enjoy the moment while keeping everything on track before, during, and after the wedding. We took a big risk hiring a wedding planner located in Miami for a wedding in Houston, but based on the conversation we had with Kelly, I felt more than comfortable moving forward with her to be our hero for the day....and SHE DID NOT disappoint! I am not sure if she will make traveling around the country to do weddings a routine habit going forward, but if she was able to pull our Texas wedding off flawlessly from Miami, then I have no doubt that she can make your dreams come true anywhere you plan your wedding. I cannot recommend her enough as she will do an amazing job for you and will keep in contact with you throughout the whole process and never leave you feeling unprepared for any step of the planning process. Kelly has now become family and we look forward to visiting her as often as we can!

veral moving parts that, although hectic, is exciting and worth all of the work. I managed to pick our venue, dress, and DJ on my own but then COVID hit. I wasn’t even sure I was going to have a wedding and the next step was picking a florist in one of the most florist saturated cities in the US (Miami). Florals quickly overwhelmed me and add Covid into the mix and I was quickly screaming for help. This is when I stumbled upon Kelly and man was I thankful! Kelly was so accommodating and considerate of the fact that I had powered-through some of the major vendors, resulting in her shaping a special plan for my needs. She was available whenever I needed her and always offered to assist with meetings. Months passed and my wedding was right on track despiste the uncertainty of Covid. She was always my number 1 cheerleader and kept my negative Nancy-self at bay. When it came down to wedding week & the big wedding day, Kelly and her team were literal superheroes! We are all still in shock as to how she made it from Brickell to Kendall in the rain, traffic and facilitated a wardrobe change despite leaving after our limo (we think she has secret tunnels under Miami). When I say I didn’t feel an ounce of stress thanks to Kelly & Becky, I mean it with the most honesty. And it means a lot when I say that even the groomsmen were in awe of her superpowers (Boys never notice these things lol). Kelly & Becky, thank you from the bottom of my heart for absolutely everything you did from the beginning to the very end. I’m sad that our journey of hard work is done but I hope to see you soon again. Maybe you can pick up some baby shower planning lol. You’re on the fast track to fame with all of your talent! extremely responsive, organized and puts your mind at ease. We planned our destination wedding through the pandemic, which included postponing our big day and Kelly was there every step of the way. Kelly recommended wonderful vendors and provided us with a day of timeline which was extremely helpful for us, our families, and our wedding vendors. She communicated our timeline with all of our vendors so everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. The day of our wedding, she arrived with her assistant Becky (who is equally amazing) and an emergency kit that has EVERYTHING you could ever think of needing on your big day. To list a few, Kelly fixed my maid of honors dress zipper, removed a stain from the front of my wedding dress, attached the groom/groomsmen boutonnieres, carried my train and fixed my hair for photos, organized our bridal party/family photos, made me a garter for the garter toss (I forgot to put mine on), ensured that everything was on schedule/flowed perfectly all day/night, and most importantly she completely made our originally outdoor ceremony work while it was pouring rain. I will NEVER be able to thank Kelly enough for everything she did to make our wedding perfect! :)

at listener, a great executor, calm, cool, collected, kind, ... I mean I could go ON AND ON. Without her, there is NO WAY I would have made my own ceremony, would have never been able to bustle a 53 buttoned (YES I SAID IT) wedding gown, would have never cut my wedding cake, never changed into my after party dress, never had my wedding gown hung flawlessly up at the end of the night, never gotten my second hair look, would have never made it to my own cocktail hour... the list goes on and on. She sets up every detail for you. I am a VERY organized person and thought I could do it all myself, but I originally hired Kelly to take care of any issue that arose on my wedding day. Unfortunately the week of my wedding I was suffering in pain from a past injury. Devastated I could not physically take care of last minute items. KELLY HANDLED IT ALL. I didnt even need to give her specific direction, SHE NAILED IT. For the rest of my life I will forever be thankful for Kelly and Becky for organizing our wedding day timeline and being my right hand this day. There are NO words to describe the appreciation. Please, invest in Kelly and her services, you will be thanking yourself that you did. Also, Kelly (whether she likes it or not) has become a friend... which is so special as well

My wedding was absolutely everything I could have imagined and this was due in large to having Kelly and her assistant by my side. Prior to the wedding Kelly was amazing and helped me with anything I needed including finding an officiant to conduct our wedding that was outstanding. Kelly arrived early the day of the wedding and had everything set-up exactly how I wanted as well as improvised when needed to a point where I never knew little things had gone differently. Her attention to detail is so outstanding that she even followed up after with my florist to ensure I had received a refund that they owed to me. I was extremely happy with Kelly’s work but most of all I loved that I felt so comfortable with her and throughout the entire process I truly felt like her priority was to keep us happy and calm.
