Kelly Birch photography did an amazing job at my daughters wedding. Kelly is remarkable in her ability to truly capture every detail and memory of the occasion, I feel as if the photos are one of the most important parts of the wedding because after your day has passed this is what you have to look back at ….all those beautiful memories you made. This is exactly what her beautiful photographs did. We have sat down many times since the wedding and looked at all the gorgeous photos and it has brought me to tears many times by recreating this beautiful joyful day we had with our family and friends. I will never be able to thank her enough for the wonderful way she captured this day. Kelly puts her heart and soul into her work and the photos express her remarkable talent. I was blown away by the wedding day photos at the venue and even more blown away by the sunrise desert shoot she did. Just amazing photos!!!! I wanted photos that would make my heart feel and remember the happiness and joy of the day over and over. This is exactly what she did. Not only is she a talented photographer but she is very knowledgeable about the wedding industry and helped us in so many other ways which made the day and schedule go so smoothly. We are so grateful to Kelly for all the beautiful photos she has given us family, graduations, engagement and now wedding! We can look back and experience the joy these beautiful moments brought over and over.

Kelly did an awesome job with our photos! She has an incredible eye for what constitutes a good photo and because of that our photos turned out great. She understood that I (like a lot of grooms) was not used to having my picture taken so much and was patient with me on that front as well. Kelly is an absolutely incredibly talented photographer. She had an amazing gift of capturing the perfect photos of my daughter’s wedding, along with her engagement pictures. Kelly is the best!!! She has captured so many amazing photos of big events in my life such as my proposal, engagement photos and wedding most recently! Kelly was so helpful from the beginning of our engagement journey! Kelly was always available to answer our questions. Kelly really captured our love and told our story through the photos.

You need Kelly to photograph your wedding day! She takes the time to get to know her clients, treats them like family and understands what makes them unique, most importantly what they want most out of their wedding day, then BAM, she delivers. Her experience shines throughout the entire process from the engagement session accommodating the family dog, help with outfits, logistics for the wedding day, timeline, and so on. Her final product is stellar, we are absolutely blown away at the amount of "favorites" we have from all of the photos. This is a big decision and we teetered for a while, however you won't regret hiring Kelly, in fact, you need to hire Kelly! She's everything you want in a photographer!

There are not enough good things that I can say to communicate to you how fantastic Kelly is. Do yourself a favor and hire her. I know that there are a lot of great photographers out there that will do a great job, but with Kelly you are getting so much more than that. She is an amazing photographer, but what she doesn't advertise is that she is also a wedding planner, day of coordinator, quarterback and just flat out magician all rolled into one. Every detail of our wedding day was planned in less than two months. Kelly spent HOURS on the phone with me helping me with details of the wedding that were far beyond photography. I am talking bridal jewelry, hair and make up artists, confetti, sparklers, day of coordination, just about anything that you can think of. She has an unbelievable depth of knowledge of the wedding industry as a whole. I promise she wont steer you wrong. The reality is though, no matter how much planning and preparing you do before hand, there are many things that will not go according to plan on your big day. When that happens (and I promise it will) there is nobody you want on your team more than Kelly. Every member of our wedding party, our families and most of all my husband and myself were absolutely blown away by Kelly's ability make everything that was important to us happen on our day. Our day would not have been the same without her!

Kelly was extremely professional and well organized at all times during our wedding. She has a depth of experience that you will appreciate. Her services go beyond simply taking photographs. I do not think our wedding day would have gone as well as it did without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer.

Kelly Birch was great to work with. For two people who don’t love getting their photos taken, she made us feel very comfortable during our engagement photo session which helped build our confidence for the wedding. Being the mother of the bride; you want your daughters wedding to be perfect. With Kelly as the photographer it was simply amazing! Her eye for detail is impeccable. The unique shots were absolutely breathtaking. She captured so many beautiful memories of that day, that will be cherished a lifetime. Kelly guided them every step of the way from helping them coordinate outfits for their engagement photos, to showing them how to pose. Where do I even begin with Kelly! She truly isn’t just our incredibly talented wedding photographer, but has also become our close friend. We have a unique story with Kelly as we’ve known her throughout many stages of my husband and I’s relationship - from a faux wedding shoot when we were boyfriend and girlfriend, to hiding in a bush to take secret photos when we got engaged. After Kelly did my senior pictures back in 2015, I did not have any hesitation into who I was going to ask to photograph my happiest day of my life. Amidst Covid stress, extra precautions for safety, on top of the regular wedding day stress we had to deal with, the one thing that we didn’t have to stress out about was our wedding photographer. Kelly was great to work with! When we booked our vendors for our June 2020 wedding, we couldn't have even imagined a pandemic causing us to change our plans. We chose to still get married on our wedding date with a small ceremony instead of a 250 person event. Kelly was with us every step of the way and helped us navigate all of the uncertainties. Kelly was amazing the day of AND leading up to the wedding day. From the moment we met Kelly we knew at that we would need to hire her! Her personality just glows :) Kelly also had wealth of knowledge and such great ideas that we would have never thought of. We knew we needed an expert that could help direct us to help capture the perfect moments and Kelly did not disappoint! Our engagement session was lively, spontaneous and a lot of fun. Kelly and her team were consummate professionals the day of Jenny and my son, Mike’s, wedding. Any question I had about the investment quickly faded - just like the thunderstorms did the morning of the big day. Even though the massive morning downpours and momentary loss of power to the venue left our hopes of outdoor photos pretty well drenched, Kelly was the ray of sunshine and positivity - practically willing the sun to shine after the ceremony and into the 78 degree and sunny afternoon. It was a perfect day. And she photographed the whole thing beautifully. As for the quality and essence of the photos - Kelly’s capture of unscripted moments, people’s reactions to the scenarios that filled the day, heartfelt glances, and backlit romantic night shots so accurately captured the tone and tenor of the event, there was no need for video. Kelly was a complete joy to work with and a absolute professional in every way. Kelly captured the day in a very special way. She was extremely organized with the timeline but also cheerfully adjusted as necessary to accommodate people and weather. She memorialized so many special moments during the course of the day. For example, not only did she capture the First Look beautifully, she also captured the moment when the bridesmaids were peeking through a window watching the First Look take place. She was a joy to work with and the pictures came out absolutely incredible! I have recommended Kelly to everyone I know who is in the process of planning a wedding.

From the moment my wife and I met Kelly we immediately knew she was the right photographer for our Wedding Day! She was the only one that we reached out that wanted to meet with us in person. Which for us was huge, because we wanted to make sure that we felt comfortable with our photographer before we spent a lot of money on some of the most important photos of our lives! Another thing that we both loved about Kelly was her flexibility. She seemed to answer our calls and questions any time day or night. Which for my wife being an extreme planner was huge and for me was a relief. Because as the saying goes, happy wife happy life! For me personally another thing that I really enjoyed about Kelly was her scheduling and planning. She had our whole wedding day planned out, and for me that really made the day go by very smoothly! Then getting to the photography itself. I am not even sure where to start. The engagement photos were so much fun and we had a really cool venue out at Hansen Tree Farms in Minnesota in the Winter. There were so many of those photos that we loved! Then the wedding day photos are some of the coolest most unique photos ever! For us one of the best things about Kelly was that she got our sneak peak out the next day! I have had friends wait weeks for just a sneak peak even! Some of my favorite photos she took were the detail shots of some of the items we wore on our wedding day! Then we had some really cool shots of just us in different spots around Minneapolis. Not only was she an amazing photographer but she also had so many suggestions for other vendors. We actually ended up using her suggestion for our videographer. Kelly is hands down one of the most genuine, kind, and amazing people that we have ever met. I would recommend her to anyone looking for any photos!

Kelly and Jacob are a fabulous team. My fiancé and I met Kelly in the jewelry store, which began our year long friendship with Kelly. Kelly and Jacob are more than just photographers, they take you in like family. Kelly has been involved in very step of the process with me, often helping me make important decisions about my wedding and lending advice that I would have never have thought of. Kelly and Jacob go so far as working with your vendors if you wish, to ensure that your ultimate goal for your wedding is achieved and that your vision is kept in line. Simply put, they are the most responsive, supportive, and easiest people to work with. Best of all, hey genuinely care about you and your wedding. Kelly has spent hours with me on the phone going over ideas and supporting me through the entire process. My wedding would not be nearly as amazing as it is without Kelly’s support.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have had Kelly photograph my wedding. Every one of the photos that she captured is stunning. But it's so much more than that--Kelly is a truly wonderful person. For an entire year leading up to our wedding, Kelly was there to answer any question that I had, many of which had nothing to do with the photography. Because she is so well-versed in the wedding industry as a whole, I trusted what she said (and thankfully so--her advice was spot on). Not only was Kelly willing to give advice, she never fussed about it being outside the scope of her duties as a photographer, and in every interaction, Kelly was professional and kind, always. About a month before my wedding, I was diagnosed with melanoma. Kelly was, in short, an absolute blessing to have in our lives at that time. She did everything in her power to make that month easier for all of us. My family, my husband, and I have no way of expressing how truly grateful we are for her. On the wedding day, Kelly was organized (so organized). Her timeline was more detailed and well thought-out than even my wedding planner's. She has it down to a science. She was effective at managing very large group shots--collectively, my husband and I had 200 family members at the wedding. One shot had over 50 people in it. No sweat for Kelly, she was cool as a cucumber. Kelly has mastered the art of the gentle reminder; because of her gentle reminders on the wedding day, we stayed perfectly on schedule and were able to get every "must have" shot, plus many more from our bucket list. Each turned out fantastic. My mother-in-law was skeptical about the costs associated with hiring a seasoned professional like Kelly. But after seeing the shots that Kelly got, and in reflecting on Kelly's kindness and professionalism leading up to and on the wedding, my mother-in-law told me that Kelly was worth every penny. I agree--Kelly is worth her weight in gold. Kelly went above and beyond. Her organization and professionalism exceeded my wedding-day pipe dreams; her kindness is that which most reserve for family and friends. Kelly is talented, professional, and kind-hearted. I deeply admire her artistic talent and respect who she is as a person. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience in working with Kelly. If I could give her more than five stars, I would give her many, many more.

Having Kelly as the photographer for our engagement photos (Love session) and wedding was hands down the BEST choice that we made for our entire wedding! It is challenging for me to put into words how amazing Kelly and her team (Jacob) is. Anyone that has perused Kelly’s gallery of photos on her website or social media pages knows what an incredibly talented artist she is, but those images do not summarize the level of professionalism, love and attention to detail that Kelly has throughout the entire journey. By the end of our wedding, Kelly and Jacob became our unofficial wedding planners, shenanigan triage’rs, anxiety busters, and most importantly friends. She is truly a modern-day Superwoman. I am from Arizona and my husband is from Minnesota and we chose to get married in Phoenix. We wanted our engagement and wedding photos to tell the story of us. Before the first session, Kelly met with us to get an idea of what this story would look like. For our engagement photos we decided to capture the “Minnesota side” with a session by the creek we had our first date on ending with sunset photos at the Twins stadium where we have season tickets and embodies our sports fanatic side. For the wedding, we wanted my desert roots to shine through with all the unique Spanish architecture, soft desert hues, and giant cacti that only Phoenix can provide. Kelly went above and beyond with the black and whites highlighting the dramatic Spanish architecture to skyline view of my childhood city skyline to stolen kisses in the soft green olive orchards. The next morning, we woke up early to grab sunrise photos amongst the giant arms of the Saguaro. She and Jacob even took drone shots to be sure to capture the desert in all its drama. If you are undecided on the day after photos, you will be exhausted, but it’s completely worth it!! Kelly, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything!

Beyond a Photographer! Kelly is the best there is. She is incredibly talented at her job but goes way above and beyond. She not only captured incredible photos of us for our engagement, my boudoir, and our wedding day, she basically jumped in as a wedding planner when we last minute needed to switch venues. She helped us find our new space and made the needed recommendations to planning an entirely new wedding in three weeks. Her photography speaks for itself, but her commitment to her couples is on an entirely different level - she truly cares and wants to be sure the day reaches and exceeds your expectations. She makes you feel so comfortable and beautiful and I could go on and on. You will not be disappointed by the service and product you get from this incredible person!

Kelly is the absolute BEST! Choosing her was the easiest decision of our whole planning process, and she has impressed us since the very beginning! It’s clear she has a passion for this, and it shows in her work because we fell in love with each and every one of our pictures, from both our engagement session and wedding day. And SO many people asking to be able to see our whole album after seeing a few of our sneak peaks! She even surprised us with a unique and fun photo session with bubble machines for the wedding party during the cocktail hour! Flying someone half-way round the world to take pictures was a concept which I really struggled to get my head around at first but my wife convinced me and how glad I am for that. Kelly teased us after our wedding sharing a photograph here and a photograph there every week or so through social media and the excitement build up to getting all of them was well worth the wait. The photographs and the way Kelly sees the picture before she even takes it is out of this world. Worth every penny! Her assistant was also great and took airial pictures through the use of a drone. This added to the wedding day as people were loving seeing it at work. Overall, I would highly recommend Kelly and tell any guys to listen to their fiancées and wife’s if they are pushing for her as I did. Best decision I never made!

Kelly was the best decision we made! She was able to help us out with much more than just our photography. Her organization and experience is second to none. If it wasn't for her guidance, we wouldn't have been able to pull off such a smooth wedding day! We would recommend Kelly for any of our family and friends during their selection of a photographer.

We were SO happy to have Kelly be able to capture our dream wedding in Scotland. When we were first got engaged I knew right away I wanted her to photograph it. But with it being in Loch Lomand Scotland I didn’t know how we would work it out. Luckily we did and we cannot believe the photos she captured. Not only on the day of the wedding but the next day on our adventure shoot. I can’t wait to print the pictures off and having them hang all around our home! They are simply breath taking. Kelly was the photographer at my best friends wedding in Glasgow, Scotland! The wedding was at the beautiful Boturich Castle and Kelly was flown all the way from the States to capture my best friends happiest day, as well as the breathtaking scenery and all of the Scottish traditions! Captured vs. Created - The photos captured with Kelly were amazing - hands down speechless. What was and is more important to me was the memories that were CREATED with Kelly. She spent time listening to us, engaging, questioning to understand, and gave us unremarkable service. Whenever it snows or we drive by where our shoots were; our hearts smile and we are brought back to the moments of love, laughter, and really cold snow getting blown out of my hands for the perfect photo. Where to start!? We used Kelly for both our engagement session and wedding (9-9-17). Our engagement session photos were chosen to be featured in a Midwest bridal magazine! Kelly is a superb photographer who will deliver absolutely stunning creative artistic portraits for your wedding! She is passionately committed to wowing her clients and will work her ass off to deliver. She has a unique ability to recognize and capture beauty and emotion in everything ranging from macro shots of the venue to the smallest micro details. Her shots tell a complete story capturing the venue, accessories, key events, the food and guests...as well as...of course... the wedding party. She has somewhat of a take charge personality (becoming our much needed de facto wedding planner) with strong views on how best to orchestrate and capture "the best day of your lives". But is also sensitive to your preferences and interests and is always driven by delivering her clients the best experience, memories and portraits possible. The one concern that you may want to consider is that she is so good that she is extremely busy which can lead to a significant lead time before you receive the final edits, albums, etc. But the quality of her work is so exceptional that she is well worth the wait (and her not faint hearted fees). Highly recommended!

We received our sneak peeks from our wedding the morning after and words just simply do not describe the beauty. First off, Kelly saved the day by booking through as many photos as possible because my hair and makeup team were over 30 minutes late and in the world of weddings timelines are very important. Our bridal party and family were thankful to have her capture as many moments as possible prior to our wedding ceremony. She captured raw emotions and she simply stuns us with her talent. Kelly is an amazing photographer, and seriously so much more! I'll start with our pictures. We were very nervous about having photos done. We didn't want them to feel all awkward and overly posed, and the moment we saw Kelly's work we were in love. She has a style that is natural, and even when people are posed it still looks and feels comfortable. We booked her, and after our engagement photo session we became Kelly clients for life. She made everything fun, relaxed, and caught US in the pictures. Kelly is beyond a photographer. Planning an out-of-state wedding meant weekends were our only option to meet with vendors. Kelly took time out of her schedule to take us out for breakfast.
