Kelly Jean Photography

out her photography that stands out from everyone else’s. Our engagement shoot was the first time we met Kelly , and even though it was right after a rainstorm humid, sticky, and far from ideal every single picture she took was flawless. She picked the perfect location and made us feel so comfortable, and that was just the beginning of what was to come. When we had a very last minute change to add a first look, I was nervous to even ask because it meant adjusting the timeline we had already received. Within the same day of reaching out, Kelly had an entirely new timeline ready to go so effortless and accommodating. On our wedding day, with such a big bridal party, I expected pictures to take forever. But in what felt like the blink of an eye, Kelly captured all of our bridal party and family photos, plus every shot we wanted of just us. Everything went so quickly and smoothly that we truly got to enjoy every single moment of our wedding, without sacrificing a single memory. My husband had nothing but good things to say about the second photographer Nicole that was taking pictures with him and all his guys beforehand. She was also so helpful throughout the day and thank god for her neck fan!! You’re the best Nicole!! We will forever be grateful for Kelly for her talent, her professionalism, and her warmth. Thank you for being such a huge part of our day and giving us photos we’ll treasure for a lifetime. We highly recommend Kelly Jean photography!! With love, The Beltrans

ading up to my wedding she kept in touch and has a phone call set up to go over everything before the big day. She even asks about how we’re feeling and listens as we vent about how exciting, yet stressful wedding planning can be! On my wedding day she was super attentive and gets to know the whole family making everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed! The pictures she captured were beautiful and she even paid attention to detail. During my ceremony a flock of birds flew over and one of my guests was so happy to tell me that she saw Kelly capture it, which she did and it was beautiful and so meaningful to me! I can’t recommend a better photographer and can’t wait to use her in the future to capture more exciting memories!

our wedding! I am not someone to feel super comfortable “modeling” (especially 8 months pregnant!) but Kelly made my us both feel so at ease, and made me feel so beautiful! I am grateful for the photos we get to look back at forever in such a positive and fun light. We obviously HAD to have her shoot our wedding too!! We loved how our photos came out, as we knew we would, but what really made us feel so grateful to have Kelly Jean Photography there on our wedding day, was when the skies opened up! As a bride, a little panic sets in. But without skipping a beat or panicking herself, Kelly grabbed a handful of adorable clear umbrellas from her car and reassured us that the show must go on! We enjoyed the rest of our wonderful night as she caught the best moments on camera. The pictures were bright & beautiful, and you wouldn’t have even known it poured if it wasn’t for the beautiful rainbow it left behind. We also had her shoot film as well, which ended up being some of our favorite shots. Weeks after all the excitement, we even came home one day to a package which had some of our favorite prints, a wallet sized photo book, and a note. We recommend Kelly Jean Photography to anyone who is looking for a kind, fun, easygoing photographer, who goes the extra mile for her clients!

thing was going as we wanted. I also felt like I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of my wedding, Kelly and all my other vendors had such a great flow that I never had to worry if everything was being done the way I planned. I felt like she always had a plan for herself for photos but always left room for spontaneity or if she suddenly found a great spot for a photo. 10/10 would recommend!

t everything super organized so we knew what to expect going into the day and it flowed naturally. We were grateful for her planning and we're even more grateful for the finished results - the photos are incredible. Thanks Kelly Jean!

ad about my big day. I was SO nervous and thought I would be so awkward in front of the camera, but during our complimentary engagement photo shoot I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about. Kelly is so communicative during the shoots, either telling us what to do or saying something to us that helps her get the most perfect & natural shots. Kelly was so good at communicating with us, and had such helpful forms to keep everything organized and ensure we don’t miss anything. On my wedding day Kelly was such a pleasure to have around me. She was so patient, caring and calm, while also making sure we stay on top of our timeline. She gave me moments alone with my husband and my family which I didn’t realize I would appreciate so much. Even though she was with me the whole day, she was never in my face. She seamlessly juggled a lot of different people and personalities for our portraits and even got my 2 year old niece to stand still and smile for pictures by going out of her way to make her feel comfortable. Days after my wedding Kelly had sent me a “sneak peek” of my wedding photos, which turned out to be way more photos than I expected. Each and every one were so beautiful, real and sentimental to me. I was absolutely blown away by her work and I will cherish them for the rest of my life. Not only is Kelly an amazingly talented photographer, she is also an amazing person and it has been such a pleasure to have gotten to know her. Her work speaks for itself and her warm and caring personality is a major bonus :)

our pictures and special moments that we wanted captured of our special day. Her work is absolutely beautiful and so candid! We would totally recommend Kelly✨📸.

ul on my wedding day and I can't thank her enough. All of the sneak peek pictures she has sent me so far are absolutely STUNNING. She has now photographed 3 different weddings in my family and I will continue to use her for any type of photography in the future as well! She has a great attention to detail and made sure to get all of the different poses/ pictures that I had asked. Thank you so much again Kelly you are the BEST!

, I was super picky with what I was looking for for our wedding photos. Kelly saw my vision and bought it to life! I would recommend Kelly over and over again to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer!!

ing vendors. She was ready to answer any questions I had, provided detailed timelines/shot lists, and was able to adapt to any needs we had throughout the process. She was also ready to recommend vendors for other services we needed and I felt like she was invested in our day being a success! At both our engagement photos and on wedding day, Kelly showed up in so many ways and truly made us feel special. She puts everyone at ease and is a MASTER at organizing family/group photos. Her process was so professional and smooth that everyone commented on how easy it was to get those shots (even as she was juggling 30+ people...in the pouring rain). We were a victim of the fall 2023 rainy wedding days and you would NEVER know looking at our photos that it was absolutely freezing and raining all day. She was so encouraging and seamlessly adapted to our day as it switched to an indoor ceremony, and honestly made me feel like she was in my corner. Kelly has a plan for everything and that allowed me to be present in my day rather than stressing about how to "fix" the rain. She captured all of the photos that she knew were special to me and was ready to pivot as needed throughout the day when I wanted to add/take things out. The proof is in the photos but if you're like me and are scouring reviews to find the perfect photographer, look no further! I could go on forever about her wonderful qualities because Kelly is truly one of the best. We are so grateful to her for capturing the pure love we felt on our wedding day and allowing us to relive the most special day for years to come!

before her and I felt I had to share how amazing Kelly was in comparison. Beyond obviously having an eye for amazing shots she made us so comfortable during the shoot. Her ability to get us to be natural and in the moment was unmatched. The day became not just a great photo shoot but also one of the best moments of our engagement so far! If you are looking for a photographer that not only will provide beautiful shots but also one that will elevate your engagement experience then you need to hire her!

than I could have imagined. We were already blown away by the engagement shoot Kelly did for us back in December 2022, but our wedding day photos were the real prize. Our whole gallery stunningly represents the moody, romantic look that drew me to Kelly Jean’s photos in the first place. I thought the rain would ruin the outdoor wedding we’d dreamed of for the last year and a half. But Kelly Jean knew exactly how to turn the weather into something truly wonderful — and the rain became the most beautiful backdrop for our ceremony photos. On top of that, the weather didn’t stop Kelly from committing to every detail of our day. She was a total pro (geared up in rain boots and a rain jacket) through every part of the wedding and knew exactly how to shift away from sunny day photos to what worked for rainy weather. We are FOREVER grateful we found Kelly Jean and have all these stunning memories to hold onto for life. Her unique, artistic approach and attention to detail truly shines through every photo. We haven’t been able to stop looking through our gallery and reliving every special part of our day!

wanted and truly made our vision come to life. When it came to our wedding day, Kelly was just as amazing! Although my husband and I had so many nerves on our wedding day, Kelly made us feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Our photos turned out so beautiful and are above anything we could have imagined. We would 100% recommend Kelly and work with Kelly again in the future!

est day. Kelly is great at directing people (even with all the toddlers in my family), and she made sure to capture all the shots I wanted. She somehow always gets your best angles for pictures and I wish I could always have her around to take my pictures! Highly recommend Kelly!!

cific direction, and making everyone feel at ease. (We loved her use of "princess hands!" as a pose for the little girls - it worked like a CHARM!) Her photos are just gorgeous - from the lighting, to the poses, to the candids. Highly recommend working with Kelly!

s through a storytelling point of view, and she did just that. My actual wedding day went by so quickly and had so much going on, but looking at her photos made me feel like I got to re-live the sweet moments. It rained on my wedding day which felt like a bummer, but she delivered photos that looked way more creative and beautiful than I could have imagined. Kelly is also a very sweet, kind, and genuine person. It feels like she cares so much about our story and big day as if it were her own. Thank you so much Kelly!!!

rally stepping in a freezing cold puddle to get the perfect shot. she showed up early but not to early on the wedding day and there was never once an ounce of stress from her. She checked in throughout the reception but again the perfect amount. She captured every magical moment and she definitely became a friend.

going on! My husband and I can be pretty picky and Kelly far exceeded our expectations. We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much Kelly!

beyond. The only thing that “went wrong” on our big day was a button that popped off on my husbands suit and Kelly was right there to save the day and help sew it back on. Kelly was open to the locations I had in mind for our wedding day pictures at our venue, The Garrison, and 100% listened to my wants. She got every shot that I wanted and knew which ones were most important to me. Her edits are gorgeous and timeless and we got our pictures back in a timely manner. I have highly recommended Kelly to other friends who are in the planning process. Book her ASAP!

as doing. I knew we made the right decision after getting our engagement photos back. After discussing some insecurities, Kelly used smart and intentional poses/prompts that made us both look amazing! Wedding day, Kelly made this stressful bride feel so at-ease. I knew we were in great hands! We are so over the moon happy with how our photographs turned out, and can’t wait to hang them up all around our house! If you’re looking for a photographer that not only thinks outside the box for creative shots, but will also make you feel confident, Kelly is your girl!

search ended as soon as I came across her instagram, I knew she was the one. She promptly scheduled a call with me and we hit it off like we’ve known one another our entire lives. Kelly continues to quickly answer each and every question I could come up with. Each session I’ve had with her has been nothing shy of absolutely wonderful. Kelly continues to accommodate to my needs and wants; The end results of her photos are everything I could’ve hoped for and more. Her prices are beyond reasonable, even if they weren’t, I’d make sure I booked her anyways! I thoroughly recommend her and will continue to use her for all of my photo sessions!

d to us because you have been there trough some of the hardest times in my life including losing my brother shortly after we booked with you , my grandfather a few months from our wedding and our groomsman 2 days before our wedding. The empathy and compassion that you showed us is immeasurable. I can not put into words truly how special you are to us. When I came to you back in 2020 explaining that I had not found "The one" in a photographer you agreed and understood you told me if you don't feel it with me either its okay. Its okay not to pick your first, second or even third photographer. THAT is how I knew you were the one. You did everything you could to help make my day special including sewing my sleeves on last minute. Being kind and genuine to us, sharing your own life stories with us. I can ramble on and on but I think that I will just let others make a call based off the work you have provided for us. Thank you Kelly, from the bottom of our hearts just thank you for being kind, incredible, with such a heart of gold!

nning. Kelly gave us a questionnaire to fill out beforehand so she knew exactly what pictures we wanted her to capture. She and her assistant, Amanda, had the list of shots that were must haves so we didn't miss anyone! I can't stress enough how helpful and stress-free this entire process was with Kelly! Kelly and Amanda were super friendly and were able to handle the craziness of the day along with getting the younger kids to pose for pictures - which can feel impossible! Our album was delivered within a few weeks and we are so happy with all of the pictures from our special day. When it was time to select the pictures for our album, Kelly walked us through that process and helped us focus on which pictures would work best to showcase the day. Thank you Kelly and Amanda for making our wedding day the best day ever and for capturing every moment!

now us and our story, allowed us to make the shoot ours while also directing us in meaningful ways to get the best shots! Leading up to the big day, she kept up communication and made the timeline very clear and easy to understand. On the wedding day she was incredible at organizing our excited family and friends to take photos. Everything was so seamless and amazing and we owe it all to her! Even after the wedding Kelly was great about following up with us and keeping in touch. She captured the most special moments of our lives and for that we are forever grateful! Thank you Kelly!

er enough. Not only did she do an amazing job directing us throughout the shoot, but she also made us feel comfortable, was super easy to work with and was extremely accommodating!! We had so much fun working with her and would recommend her for any event !

with Kelly was hands down the best decision we made in our planning process. She’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, warm-hearted, & easy-going. She came up with the timeline for our entire wedding day which we used to coordinate with all of our other vendors & it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Having her there by our side throughout the day made us feel so calm. Her work is truly exceptional! We highly recommend Kelly Jean to anyone & we look forward to using her again in the future! XOXO Brian & Stefanie Long

ay. We were happy with how thoughtful she was and how she always responded to our questions quickly. From the moment we met her for our engagement session, we knew we chose the right photographer. Kelly knew we were in a rush to get our save the dates out and she was able to turn those photos around quickly without losing any quality. She also happened to be the second shooter at my best friend’s wedding and it was a complete surprise to see her there! Even at my friend’s wedding, she was so wonderful and attentive. She came to the rescue when one of the bridesmaid’s forgot the groom’s ring inside, grabbing the ring before the “I dos.” On our wedding day, she came to the rescue again with various things! Kelly has a wonderful personality and it was so easy to get along with her. We really felt that she cared about us, our wedding, and the whole experience. We were extremely pleased with her work, the beautiful photos we have, and her attention to detail. We are so glad to have found Kelly because our wedding day would not have been the same without her. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer!!!

zy family seamlessly. From the video chats and phone calls, to our actual wedding day, Kelly was always there to help answer questions (no matter what they were) and calm our nerves. My husband and I have never had professional pictures done prior to our big day but Kelly made us feel comfortable and so natural. The photos really do speak for themselves. When looking at our gallery, it’s easy to feel the love and happiness that was captured on our wedding day. Kelly knew how excited we were to see our sneak peek and got them to us the very next morning. From the sneak peek alone, we knew we had made the right decision with having Kelly be our photographer. We were speechless looking at the pictures and couldn’t wait to see them all. I am so glad to have these beautiful pictures to remember one of the biggest days of our lives. Kelly was amazing to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding photographer, or any kind of pictures at all!

is truly an artist, the quality of her work exceeded our expectations and goes above and beyond what you would expect for wedding photos. She's also a lot of fun! She made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our engagement shoot. She brought a calming energy to our wedding day which was much appreciated when things got chaotic. Kelly is prepared for anything! When it suddenly started drizzling on our wedding day, Kelly had some pretty umbrellas in her car, along with other supplies we hadn't thought to bring. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

rson to capture our day. Kelly had a great variety of photography packages to choose from and was very flexible with customizing her offerings to fit our specific needs. To start, Kelly did an incredible job on our engagement pictures. These pictures are timeless and really capture who we are as a couple. Kelly scouted the location I chose so that she was prepared to get only the best angles and lightning. She really delivered!! Aside from her natural photography skills, she was so personable, friendly, and fun to work with. We didn’t really know what to expect for an engagement shoot and we’re a bit nervous however, she lightened the mood and made us comfortable from the start. Kelly stayed in touch with us over the year of wedding planning and kept the excitement going. When it got closer, she created a timeline of the day and met with me over Zoom to get a better sense of what I wanted vs didn’t want. She really listened and made that come to life. It’s been one week since our wedding day and we are still floating. In this short week she has sent us sneak peaks and a preview gallery. It was so exciting to get these pictures prior to our full gallery being ready! Not only was my husband and I so happy with Kelly, many of our family and friends took the time to tell us how excellent our photographer was! That felt like a true testament to Kelly and her skills. We cannot wait to work with Kelly again in the future!

tly fell in love with her versatility. Most photographers have a specific style that they are good at and edit all their photos to match (i.e. light & airy or darker & dramatic). Kelly doesn't do this- she is a master at all forms of editing and photography and changes up her style to match your specific wants and your venue/ event vibe. She is so so sweet, attentive and professional. She has a keen eye for detail, makes you feel so comfortable and takes absolutely stunning shots. She and her second shooter (Julia) arrived early for our wedding and seriously worked their butts off all night long! She even got me a handful of edited photos within 12 hours and then even more two days later. We are so incredibly thankful to both Kelly and Julia for their part in capturing our big day. Hiring Kelly was honestly one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. She is wonderful! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

as a wedding photographer. She not only went above and beyond for our wedding day but she also offered tips, advice, and recommendations along the way. She did an amazing job working with my husband and I, our families and bridal party. We loved how organized and creative she was- thinking of shots outside the box. Thank you Kelly for photographing our big day and going above and beyond!

ional, caring and easy to talk to. Also, planning a wedding during COVID-19 can be quiet stressful. Kelly has been so helpful, accommodating and supportive. We are so excited to have her complete our wedding photos.

efinitely recommend her!

d that was the only time we could do. She went above and beyond to fit us in. The photos are GORGEOUS!! She said photoshoots are like a date with her third wheeling on and it’s so true! We cannot wait for October. We highly recommend Kelly! 💙
