avigate, the payment portal was straightforward, and her communication leading up to the big day was clear and prompt. She showed up right on time and kept everything running on schedule, which is exactly what you need when you're already managing a million moving pieces.
As someone who doesn't wear makeup regularly, I was a little nervous, but Kelly Jo immediately put me at ease. She listened carefully to my requests and concerns, made adjustments based on my feedback, and the result was stunning — I felt truly beautiful. She has such a fun, warm energy that made the whole morning feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful.
She also worked her magic on my mom, who has super curly hair and had real concerns about finding a style that would work for her. Kelly Jo took it all in stride and delivered something my mom loved. And she even offered touch-ups for my husband, which was such a thoughtful extra touch.

on over the trial, but Kelly accommodated my schedule and worked with me so we could still do the trial. Kelly handled the hair and makeup for myself and the two mothers on the day of and did an amazing job, gracefully navigating some skin sensitivities. Kelly did it all on the day of the wedding to include helping me adjust my birdcage veil and doing a last minute adjustment of the Groom’s hair. On top of all that, she jumped in to save the day and pinned the Best Dog’s bow tie to his collar when it would not stay straight. We all felt and looked fabulous on the day of thanks to Kelly’s talent and I highly recommend her for a flawless hair and makeup look.

Everyone felt comfortable and loved their final look, and the makeup stayed all day and night — I didn’t even need to reapply lipstick once! On top of that, Kelly is so friendly and sweet.
