Worst experience possible. I never write negative reviews. But with the experience I had, I want to make sure no one else has this experience. I rented a tent for my wedding. They...
never gave me an eta and ended up showing up to the venue before I did. I spent over $6000 with this company and they sent 3 guys to set up a 40X60 tent and none of whom spoke a word of English. They couldn’t understand where to put the tent and ended up busting through the water line cutting off all the water to the venue. I had to pay the venue to fix it out of my own pocket. After the wedding I had it in contract to pick up the tent by 5pm the next day, they showed up at 7:30 and weren’t finished until after 10:00. I was charged for additional time on the venue and ended up having to pay an additional $1,000.
Meanwhile having to coordinate this entire nightmare from my honeymoon. After reaching out they would only refund $500 when I spent over $1200 for all their mistakes. The customer service was a nightmare and this company ended up being the biggest stress of the entire wedding. If you need a rental, look elsewhere. The prices on the website are misleading and they will not make up for the mistakes they made.
Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
While we did get a good deal on our rentals, we had a lot of issues with this company on the day of the event. We paid for gold chiavari chairs, chair cushions, and cocktail tables...
for our wedding, but the representatives only showed up with chairs and acted like they were not aware of the other items on the contract. They had to go back to their warehouse twice before they finally got everything we had paid for. Everything ended up okay and the tables/chairs looked great, but it was stressful to think we may not have enough seats before the wedding began.
Poor communication in resolving problems, eight days and still waiting…. Tent provided was not measured prior as requested to ensure tent fits. 5pm delivered and even the delivery ...
driver was dumbfounded as to why tent was not measured before. They expect customers to take full responsibility even though they’re supplying the tent and is an events company. False hope that everything is good until day of. Xavier not responding and Nancy gives your the run around “we need to investigate”, how about focussing on excellent customer service as mentioned. We were frantically trying to find a tent for our outdoor wedding in hot Texas July weather. Disappointed…. Who wants to deal with this after their wedding. We just want a refund, we requested the smallest tent available and come to know there’s a 10x10. $300 for a tent never used and their solution “we need to investigate”?!
