Working with Kesley for my October 2024 wedding was such an amazing experience! From the very beginning, Kelsey was extremely organized. She made every detail of the planning process so clear and manageable for us. There was direct communication leading up to the wedding, and we really appreciated how everything was well documented. We had all the confidence that she wouldn’t miss a thing! Throughout the entire day, Kelsey stayed on top of all the vendors and ensured everything ran smoothly and according to schedule. She helped the groomsmen and bridesmaids with last-minute details, arriving fully equipped with all the essentials—band-aids, dress tape, and even a first aid kit!! Additionally, Her experience with the venue was invaluable. She knew all the ins and outs which helped us avoid any potential hiccups. Kelsey’s friendly, warm, and welcoming nature made everyone feel at ease. She handled everything with professionalism and was our saving grace throughout the whole wedding planning process. We worked with Kelsey for our May 2022 wedding. She helped with everything from the small details to the major logistics in the set up of our reception. She was super responsive and a joy to work with from start to finish. She was very involved, hands on, and responsive the weekend of the wedding as well. Kelsey is such a hidden gem!! She did an amazing job planning our event, from the major logistics to the tiny details that made it perfect. She really listened to what we wanted while using her extensive experience to guide us, making sure things flowed well and made sense together. She had such a good eye and put together a beautiful and memorable space that fit with our overall theme. We were really happy with the table-scapes she designed and all of the creative details that made for fantastic photos. She knew just how to work with the venue to negotiate logistics and manage any snags, greatly reducing our stress. I would highly recommend booking Kelsey for your next event. My husband and I were married in May and we asked Kelsey to help us with planning some details for our wedding! While picking out the rentals (napkins, tablecloths, silverware, plates, glasses, etc) she really helped me navigate such a wide selection and achieve my vision. Additionally, she helped me figure out realistic numbers of glasses and plates to order. I was nervous about running out of glasses for the bar and she helped me order the correct amount of glasses. Kelsey also helped me create a simple to use seating arrangement and design the venue floor plan. Her experience in working weddings really showed through! She was able to organize the venue so that it was more simple for the venders, and made sure it provided the most room for dancing! Kelsey is very professional to work with. She always made herself available when I had questions. You can tell she really loves the wedding industry and cared about her clients. Don’t hesitate to hire Kelsey to be a part of your wedding team! I can’t recommend her enough!
