rst call with Kelsey we were immediately sold, not only because her portfolio matched perfectly with how we would want our big day captured, but because from that first conversation we felt like we were not talking to a prospective vendor but catching up with a friend. Over the year and a half after signing our contract Kelsey became our most trusted vendor and someone who we admire and truly consider a friend. Starting with our engagement photoshoot, Kelsey blew us away. She woke up with us to chase the sunrise on top of a mountain and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera – we truly had FUN and it shows! When we got the pictures we were so blown away we couldn’t wait to share them! We even used one as the inspiration for our Ketubah! Then came the wedding – in the months/weeks/days/hours/minutes leading up to walking down the aisle Kelsey was the MVP and once again she blew our expectations out of the water! We had an intimate, private vows ceremony in the mountain where Kelsey integrated so well with our family that our parents were asking us how long we’d known one another. The pictures that we got from this day are jaw-dropping. They will forever be in our hearts and on our walls not just as a reminder of our special day but as true pieces of art. On the big day Kelsey kept us calm and once again captured the day in a way that was natural and true to who we are as a couple. She had taken her time getting to know us leading up to our wedding, and by that day she was well prepared to capture each detail of our day that meant so much to us, from the airplanes flying overhead to the sunset on Mt. Rainier. We were so sad to say goodbye at the end of the night! When we received our sneak peaks and full gallery we were AMAZED. Everyone we showed them to shared the same sentiment – they. are. beautiful. We spent a night together crying and reliving one of our favorite days through Kelsey’s lens. When it comes to our wedding, Kelsey is one of the best decisions we made (aside from saying “I Do.”) We SO highly recommend choosing Kelsey as your photographer and can’t wait to continue following along with her adventures and hopefully getting to work with her again 😊!
