Kemper Mills Fant Photography The photographer was one of the vendors we were struggling with finding the most. We were getting married after dark in winter on nearly the shortest day of the year. Most everyone we met with tried pressuring us into doing a first look during the daylight hours – which we were dead set against. That is, until we met with Kemper. He did a great job of making us feel comfortable with our decision to not have a first look and was confident in his abilities to take beautiful pictures in limited lighting – which he came through on! There were a few hiccups with a flash function after the ceremony – but he and his assistant handled it well and it was resolved quickly. Our pictures were delivered in about 3 weeks post weddings (which included Christmas and New Years!) and are absolutely stunning. We would highly recommend working with Kemper. You cannot go wrong with his years of experience and expertise in any setting.

Kemper was amazing and kept us all on task! He made sure we got the photos we wanted and even helped us find places to take photos that we hadn't considered. He was a pleasure to work with!

The perfect photographer to really pay attention to all the important details (big and small) and produce the most beautiful photos you will print and put up all over your home! The greatest attitude ever and made everyone feel so comfortable, relaxed and excited!

Can I give him 10 stars??? He deserves 10 stars and more. I wanted one particular shot, he was not only able to get the shot but to give us more than we could have ever imagined. You want someone who will give you everything you thought you wanted and more, use Kemper. We could not be happier!!

Highly suggest Kemper! He did our wedding in October at the Homestead and the pictures turned out stunning! I really liked that he was not in your face with the photos but took so many shots without you even realizing that he was there. He caught so many beautiful candids and ambiance shots that really helped me remember the day. He also got good shots without needing you to spend half of your wedding taking pictures. He was just incredibly professional, personable and not in your face. I looked at other photographers from Charlottesville that were 2x or even 3x his prices and I cannot tell a difference. Definitely go with these guys, you won't regret it!

Incredible! He is amazingly talented, makes great use of the environment to come up with unique photos. Captures candid moments perfectly! I have zero regrets about picking him as my wedding photographer!

Kemper is so talented and genuinely loves his job. First of all, before the wedding he was so organized, accessable, and had helpful advise on planning the timeline of the wedding day. He took the time to meet with us several times before the wedding to talk about specific photographs we wanted and simply, to get to know us! (I don't think everyone does this). On the day of, he was so professional, incredibly prepared and was on time with everything! More importantly he was great to be around. He made my husband and I feel comfortable and helped us to enjoy our day. We covered all of the photos we discussed before the wedding with ease and spent one-on one time with him for our portraits. During the ceremony and the reception he was so discrete. Only on occasions did I realize he was snapping photos. In the end, the photos are what matters - talent beyond talent! I am so glad Kemper was the person to capture my wedding day. I couldn't have imagined anyone else being there. You have to at least meet with him and see his work. It is incredible.

Kemper truly LOVES his job!! Even at 10:45, he was still coming up with new photo ideas, showing his true passion! He did a great job!

I had seen this photographers work from co-workers weddings and knew that I would use him at my wedding. Great pictures! Very creative! He was very professional at the wedding and was very easy to work with. Made us feel at eaze. We have approximately 500 touched up photos to choose from. It is going to be tough choice! I'm a little disappointed in the family pictures and wedding party photos - I don't feel like everyone is meshed together but the pictures are good.
