The day of the wedding Ken and his assistant never stopped photographing all the special moments and making sure that the photos were done as smoothly as possible! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT KEN. He really saved my day and made sure I was happy. We first met Ken at a Bridal Expo at Stony Brook that I originally didn’t want to go to but my mom forced us. LOL. I saw Ken’s table and started looking through his Giorgio’s albums and loved his work. All of the sudden, this guy starts talking to me for a solid 5 minutes about I don’t even know what and then he goes “oh by the way I’m Ken Hild! I own the company.” LOL. We truly hit it off immediately so we made an appointment to meet and it was a real easy choice from there. Our engagement photos were included in the package and it just really solidified that we made the right choice. We were cracking up the whole entire time. It really felt like we were hanging out with a friend. Fast forward to our wedding day, the morning was a little chaotic (3 AM getting ready time/weather was looking iffy/hottest day of the Summer/MIL not in the best health at the time). Ken walks in with his assistant Steve and was hysterical and enthusiastic from the start. He knows the best shots, angles, lighting, literally everything. He is so passionate and truly cares. Our pictures came out amazing. I am so happy we decided to go to that bridal expo that day and I am so forever grateful to Ken! Can’t wait to use him again for the next photoshoot one day!

Ken and Kenny did a wonderful job capturing all the important moments of my wedding. They were lovely to work with especially day of. We got married in a hurricane and the team was able to capture all the photos as if it were a brought sunny day, we're so thankful for that. Very professional and enjoyable photographers. We worked with Ken for our July 2022 wedding. He brought an indiscribable energy to our incredibly stressful and hectic day and treated us like friends rather than wedding clients. Ken and Kenny (our second photographer) were kind, funny, patient, and flexible. Two months after our wedding, we got our photo gallery back and are in complete and utter shock at how beautiful the photos came out. I highly recommend using Ken Hild as your photographer! I got married 4/30 at Larkfield and he was so excited to get detailed pictures, he is very creative and enthusiastic. You can tell he loves what he does! He also was very efficient, organized and helped the flow of our wedding day. He made us feel very comfortable.. highly recommend using him and his team!

Where can I start! Ken is an amazing photographer! He is so goofy and fun I love it. My husband is not really a fan of taking photos but Ken made it all work! It was such an incredible experience from booking him to our engagement shoot and then our wedding. Ken has a way of always bringing energy to the day. We met Ken at a wedding showcase and he stood out right away. He was the only one that caught our attention. He made a late night appointment with us to sit down and go over everything because both my husband and I were working late hours and it was great. Then we scheduled time to have our engagement shoot and that was amazing also. Ken was running late from the prior shoot but he called us and made sure we were aware. Just before our wedding on Monday, Ken gave us a call to go over timing and everything. He is very open with explaining his timelines which I love. He was at my house around 10:45am and started right away. My husband had a 2nd photographer at his house so that he can have his get ready photos taken. Both Ken and Mike worked extremely well together that day bringing us beautiful photos for our memories. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to work on our albums!

Having Ken as our engagement and wedding photographer was by far the best and easiest decision we made during our wedding planning process. From the first time we met Ken during our engagement shoot, we clicked right away and he had us laughing the entire time. He takes so much pride in his work and the photos were absolutely perfect. Ken spent over 11 hours with us for our wedding and his energy and commitment continued the entire time. He does whatever needs to be done to get the perfect shot. Whether that is getting into an awkward position or standing in the freezing cold; Ken 100% makes it happen. We can’t thank Ken enough for all he did for our wedding. Ken was responsive when it came to communication leading up to the wedding and made sure that my husband and I were comfortable and relaxed all day. His sense of humor, personality, and creativeness are the perfect combination for getting the best and natural photos.

We got married at Land’s End on October 2nd, and our wedding photos came out AMAZING! They were better than I could have ever imagined them being. Kenny took our photos and he was so nice and we communicated with Ken throughout the process and he was awesome. Seriously blown away by the amazing quality.

Masking us laugh and making us more and more comfortable. The whole vibe between the photographers and videographer was great. Everyone was working together and laughing and basically making it the best day. Because we were so ahead of time, we got sooo many photos and video footage they all said “we’ve never taken this many photos of a couple before and been to this many places at the venue for photos before” this made us so happy!

First off, I will say...Ken Hild is the best of the best. Almost instantly, my husband and I chose Ken as our wedding photographer (quite literally, as we booked him during our first meeting). Throughout the planning process, Ken was always there to answer questions, and put our mind at ease, as planning a wedding during a pandemic was stressful enough. Fast forward to the week of our wedding, Ken worked with us to create a near-flawless day-of plan and shot list, which he executed on completely. Ken and his assistant Mike were fun, made us laugh, and most importantly, made us all feel comfortable while taking 11 hours of photos. Throughout the day, Ken did everything possible to get the perfect shot, and I can tell you, he not only got one perfect shot, but hundreds. As we got the photos sent to us, we were able to relive the best day ever through the outstanding work of Ken and Mike. I could not recommend Ken Hild Photography enough!

If I could give Ken more than 5 stars - I would. There is not enough good things to say about how amazing Ken is at what he does. From remembering every shot I asked for to laying in bushes to make sure he gets the PERFECT shot - he does it all! We used him for our engagement shoot and fell in love with his work and literally planned our postponed wedding due to covid around dates he was available. I have nothing else but amazing things to say. Even with our families - he just clicks with everyone to make your day perfect.

Hands down Ken is absolutely AMAZING!!! I didn't get my photos back yet I just got married last Friday but I already know they are going to be amazing. Ken is such a great person. We sat down with Ken back in 2019 and we knew immediately that he was the one. We didn't even meet with anyone else. We left got in the car didn't even fully pull out of this parking lot and we called him to book. Ken is very personable makes you feel comfortable very out going funny and nice. Our engagement photos were beautiful that's how I know that our wedding photos will be the same. My Husband and I hate photo's but Ken makes it easy and effortless. My fiancé and I hired Ken and his team after seeing samples of many photographers, once we saw his work we knew he would capture our day perfectly. His photos are all natural and no cheesy editing effects like fake sunlight. He made sure we were out there for pictures at the perfect times to capture what we were looking for. Another thing we truly appreciated were the candid photos and not so many staged pictures but also loved that fact that throughout our whole day it was like we knew each other for years, a real down to earth professional. Also major bonus points when we found out our date is also his anniversary.

We hired Ken Hild for our wedding day pictures. He is an amazing photographer! He really captured the perfect moments in every picture taken. He kept the bridal party in order the whole day, super helpful. He also created a very helpful timeline for the whole day. He was always available by phone or email with questions. Ken was one of my favorite vendors! He was absolutely wonderful to work with. I originally met him when I was a bridesmaid at my friend’s wedding and he was the photographer. If you have ever been a bridesmaid, you know - that’s the perfect way to see how the photographer works his/her magic from start to finish! I knew I had to hire him when it was my turn to be a bride. The morning of the wedding, Ken arrived (early) and immediately got to work. He provided great direction, allowed requests, and was polite, kind, and comical!! He kept us laughing! I specifically wanted to have all photos done before cocktail hour and Ken made it happen with time to spare! What I loved most was how Ken created a schedule for us and it was followed perfectly which really set the tone for the day/night. I was very crazy about getting certain things done on time, because I wanted to be with our family and friends during the cocktail hour and reception, and he made it happen! So glad we went with Ken for our wedding photos. Super energetic guy who is funny and loves what he does. Gets amazing shots and always has everybody smiling for the photos. Very skilled in his craft, photos look awesome and the lighting is always great. Absolutely nothing but nice things to say about our experience with him.

We liked his style of photography (not overly edited or posed), he had a lot of experience shooting at our venue Lands End, would not charge extra to do engagement pics near NYC, and had a lot of energy. He was very fun to work with for both the engagement pictures and on the wedding day due to his goofy personality and high level of energy. We did our engagement shoot at Gantry Plaza State Park in Long Island City. He did enjoy saying inappropriate things to loosen us up so that took some getting used to. I was not overly thrilled with his response rate via email at times. I wish I would have reviewed the wedding timeline in greater detail beforehand with him because we were pulled away from our cocktail hour and reception more than I would have liked. He also spelled my name wrong on the website where he posted our wedding pictures, so that was annoying. We got our pictures back a little over 6 weeks after the wedding but they came out amazing.

Ken is the absolute best! He is such an amazing and comical guy who made our engagement shoot and wedding day photos a breeze to take. Ken is an amazing professional who is an expert in his field. His work is amazing and he always pays such close attention to detail. I have and continue to tell all of my friends and family about Ken and his work! Ken Hild is just the best. Himself and his two other photographers made sure we got all our family and party pictures done all beforehand so we can enjoy everything. My now husband doesn't like getting his picture taken but Ken worked his magic and i can't believe all the amazing pictures I got of him actually looking at the camera! Ken was a great wedding photographer! My husband and I weren't sure if we wanted a wedding photographer because we didn't want someone following us around. We are very glad that we ended up hiring Ken. He listened to us and really catered it to our needs. He was able to capture all of the special moments. I loved meeting Ken and his photographers at an expo. For photography I was completely clueless what to look for in a company. I luckily found 2 companies that I connected with so well and had the right packages for me. While I didn't pick the cheapest, I definitely got excellent quality. Our photographer Ken P did our engagement shoot and we had an absolute blast with him. He kept us engaged and comfortable. I was slightly nervous how the wedding day would turn out with our timing, we had such a tight schedule. But they worked so well with everyone that everything we did had us ahead of schedule. This review is solely off of the experience of working with the photographers.

Ken was awesome when it came to seeing exactly what and when things should be photographed. He was clever and fun to work with and the few shots he did show us were incredible. From the minute we saw Ken’s photography and met the man himself, we fell in love. Ken Hild’s outgoing and spunky personality is outstanding. He is easy to talk with and always trying to lend a helping hand in the wedding process. Ken is truly a photographer and a wedding planner all in one. I’m not joking— Ken developed a day-of schedule for us and walked us through the logistics of how everything will happen. He is part of the reason why my wedding day ran so smoothly. My party was extremely large (10 bridesmaids, 10 groomsmen, and our immediate families). We also told Ken that we didn’t want to miss cocktail hour so Ken was there bright and early and stayed to the very end making sure we were able to get all our photos in before sun set and got us there right on time for cocktail. My husband and I were so pleased. He brought with him his assistant Mike who was equally as amazing and just as awesome as Ken himself. The two of them worked so well together and I was soooo happy to have them both there. Ken has this ability to capture those little moments that emphasize the love a couple has for each other and you can tell that Ken truly takes pride in making sure every photo is as perfect as the next. Our engagement photos came out stunning and everything I ever imagined. I haven’t received the photos from my wedding day yet (it was only a few days ago) but I will tell you I have no doubt that he has captured beautiful photos of the love my husband and I shared on our wedding day. Ken shot our 10/5/18 wedding at Land’s End and we are very happy with having booked him. Ken was the right guy for the job...we needed someone to work VERY quickly given that we weren’t doing a first look and really only had a little over an hour in between the ceremony and cocktail hour for photography. Ken and his assistant (Ken squared as we affectionately nicknamed them) were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and quick. We are very much so not the pose-y “comfortable in front of the camera” types and Ken did a great job getting us out of our awkwardness and making it really fun for us. From our first meeting, to our engagement shoot, to our wedding day we found it a pleasure to work with Ken. Ken did an amazing job capturing great pictures that we will cherish for a lifetime! Ken was great. He took beautiful pictures that just blew us away. We had a lot of people in our wedding party and he was able to manage and get pictures of everyone. We are so thankful for his hard work and amazing photography skills!

Words can not describe how perfectly Kenny is able to capture every single moment and feeling of your wedding day. As a bride, it’s so hard to be aware of everything going on, especially when you have a wedding of 230 guests.
