Congratulations! If you are reading this, then you are about to embark upon the wonderful journey of marriage. I get asked why do I (an estate planning lawyer) want to be a wedding officiant. The answer is quite simple. I LOVE WEDDINGS! Hi. I am Ken Eisner and am excited to help you create a once in a lifetime and memorable experience because that is what your wedding should be. Even if you want a ceremony that is short and simple doesn't mean it can't be personal and meaningful. I make it unique by learning about you and reaching out to your family and friends to make it especially personal. I attempt to combine the perfect amount of the personal touch, along with warmth and humor (I do improvisational comedy as a hobby) so that your friends and family know what a wonderful couple you are. I typically spend about 15 hours preparing each ceremony. I embrace inclusive ceremonies for all couples, including those of diverse faiths and sexual orientation. My ceremonies include LGBTQ+, non-denominational, interfaith (other than Steelers-Ravens, of course), secular, and Jewish wedding celebrations ( I love to help facilitate a successful hora as well). While I am based in the Pittsburgh area, I will go anywhere to make your ceremony special and love destination weddings! Also, check out my website at www.kenimarryyou.com. My fee depends upon the type of ceremony, rehearsal and geographical limitations but my standard fee is $900 and $1000 with a rehearsal which I highly recommend. I know that this is a bit more than the standard charge but it is due to demand, the limited number of ceremonies I accept, the amount of time I spend preparing for your special day and quite frankly, I am looking to work with couples that care about the ceremony as well as the celebration. Hi! I am blessed to have an amazing wife Jodi and two phenomenal daughters Carly and Jamie and two great dogs, Riley and Lily. I was raised in Pittsburgh. I went to Penn State where I announced play by play football. I then went to George Washington University for law school. I have several hobbies, including doing improvisational comedy and making creative but often awful drinks. A dear cousin of mine asked me to officiate her wedding. While I expected it to be a one and done experience, I enjoyed it so much and received so much positive feedback that I decided to make it a second career!

From the very beginning, he was there for us every step of the way. We had meetings leading up to the wedding where he took the time to really get to know us, our story, and what was most important to us. Having known Ken since I was very young, it was extra special to have him officiate, and he went above and beyond to make the day meaningful. One of the most memorable touches was when he came up with the personalized phrase, “I love you in every universe.” It tied so perfectly into our love for Marvel Movies, and we haven’t stopped talking about how special it was. That phrase has become something we now say to each other every single day, and it’s a reminder of just how much thought and care Ken put into making our ceremony feel like us. You can truly tell that Ken is passionate about what he does. He pours so much time, creativity, and love into his ceremonies, and he makes sure they reflect each couple perfectly. Not only this, but his professionalism and dedication to the craft allows you to focus on your day and live in the moment knowing he has the logistics handled. He helped us with marriage license questions and kept us up to date on his timeline of sending the license in and updating us when it was received. beginning when it came to our ceremony, we wanted everyone to be able to share in our story and what makes us "us." We wanted to have some fun with it and also have those sentimental moments that mattered. Ken totally understood this from the start. After talking with us and learning about us, he reached out to friends and family to learn more about our relationship. He took the time to check in with us and ask us some of our input, but he really took the reigns with constructing the ceremony, which was so comforting considering the millions of other things you worry about with wedding planning. We had total confidence in him, and he delivered way more than we could have expected. Everyone was engaged during the ceremony, laughing and tearing up at times. We got SO many compliments after the wedding and still are about how nice our ceremony was! We couldn't recommend Ken enough. This is however, NOT, one of the things my wife and I procrastinated and boy am I glad because the officiant, Ken specifically, made our day. After interviewing many officiants with no noticeable spark and general lack of interest we scheduled a meeting with Ken of Ken, I Marry You? as we love a good pun. From the very moment we got on the Zoom call with Ken we knew he was the one. He was attentive and inquisitive about us, our love and what we were looking for in a ceremony. Unlike many others it didn’t feel like he was just checking off boxes and putting us on his “to-do” list. After booking with Ken we stayed in email communication over the next few month allowing him to get to know us. We had bonded over a love of concerts on our first call and even had the opportunity to meet up with Ken in person. As part of his package, Ken took time reaching out to some of our closest friends and family members to get their thoughts on our marriage. He then took their words and intertwined them beautifully into the ceremony. It was amazing. Ken described our love story PERFECTLY. The ceremony was filled with so much energy, love, and togetherness. Not even an exaggeration, every single person at our wedding said it was the best, most heartfelt ceremony they’ve ever attended and there was not a dry eye in the room. If you are looking for an officiant look no further - Ken is it. We can’t thank him enough for everything he did - his professionalism, his attention to detail, his hilarious jokes - he’s worth every penny and more and we’d highly recommend Ken to anyone looking into wedding services!

He told our story in such a heartwarming and honest way there was not a dry eye in the house (all happy tears of course! lol). It was truly a magical ceremony filled with laughs and heartwarming testaments from our loved ones. So many guests complimented us on his ceremony and stated it was the best ceremony they have ever heard. Not only was his ceremony impressive but also numerous guests raved about what wonderful people he and his charming wife are. He was truly an absolute pleasure to work with and have as a guest at our wedding. We wholeheartedly recommend his services if you are looking for a personalized and unique ceremony for your special day. We wanted to give him 5 million stars out of 5 but the website did not allow it!

are with everyone, and Ken went above and beyond with that. He scheduled many zoom calls, just to connect with us and hear stories about us as a couple. He paid attention to every detail and incorporated the perfect balance of humor, love, and sincerity in our ceremony. He even reached out to our wedding party to get some words from them, which was incredibly touching. We felt so much love and every one of our guests approached us afterwards to tell us how much they felt it too, all thanks to Ken!
